    After a concert at B...

    After a concert at Budokan, I stayed one night with my daughter. The good points were the convenient location near the station, a great seafood rice bowl restaurant nearby, and the view from the high floor. The disappointing points were that there were no amenities and quite a lot of noise came through the gap under the door.

    At the breakfast venue

    The buffet breakfast offered a well-balanced selection, and the staff checked the dishes frequently to prevent shortages and replaced items quickly. They also cleared empty tables discreetly and efficiently, creating a comfortable breakfast atmosphere. I couldn’t help telling one of the staff members, “You’re doing an excellent job,” and they replied, “That really encourages me!” I chose this Hotel because it is close to my son’s apartment and I found it while searching to make a Reservation, but I would definitely like to stay here again in the future.

    About Amenities

    This was my first time using this Hotel. I have stayed at several other business Hotels before, but this was the first time staying at a Hotel with almost no amenities. The toothbrush was so thin it felt like it might break if I brushed too hard, and the toothpaste provided was barely enough for two uses. There were no body towels or shower caps, and the hand soap doubled as body soap. Only a glass cup and one packet of powdered tea were provided. I stayed for two nights, and for towel replacement, I was instructed to place used towels on the ground outside my door in the morning. I felt very uncomfortable placing towels directly on the ground. I am unlikely to use this Hotel again in the future. However, I was satisfied with both the service from the front desk staff and how clean my Room was kept.

    Excellent front desk service.

    I stayed here for my last 3 nights in Tokyo during my temporary return to Japan. The service from the front desk staff was absolutely outstanding, and I felt compelled to leave a comment. Everyone greeted me with a smile and provided such courteous service that it completely lifted my spirits. Thank you so much. The Hotel's location is also very convenient, being close to the station and having a convenience store on the first floor. The Room was compact but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included as a complimentary service, so I can't complain, but personally, I think it would have been nice to have some traditional Japanese accompaniments like seaweed, natto, or pickles. I look forward to staying here again.

    Request for Air Conditioning Improvement in Guest Rooms

    The air conditioner in the room was not cleaned, covered with dust, and emitted a peculiar smell. Additionally, the built-in air conditioner could not adjust temperature or humidity, causing very high humidity levels in the room. The combination of humidity and odor led to headaches and discomfort.

    The location is convenient.

    Located right next to the subway and close to a convenience store. The Room is standard for a Business Hotel. Breakfast, to be honest, felt like convenience store bread. The side dishes were limited in variety and left something to be desired. It seemed lacking in nutrition.

    Conveniently located near the station

    Located right next to Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station with a convenience store downstairs, this Hotel is very convenient. Situated in Tokyo's old town, the area is calm and offers some sightseeing spots. The Room is slightly more spacious than a typical Business Hotel in Tokyo, providing comfort. Amenities like lotion are not provided. While breakfast isn't luxurious, it offers sufficient portions. Overall, this Hotel provides good value for money.

    Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, ...

    Kiyosumi-Shirakawa, which is spacious and convenient, is my favorite area. The Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo is also within walking distance. Comfort Hotel is right next to the ground exit of the Oedo Line, and the convenience store on the first floor was handy. The front desk staff's service was excellent, and while the Room was compact, it was clean, and I enjoyed a pleasant stay with a view of the Skytree. The library next to the front desk had a good selection of books, and the drink service was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was nicely served, pleasant, and delicious. Since the elevator is crowded in the morning, it's reassuring to check out with plenty of time.

    Room with a view of the Skytree

    Just steps from the station! The Hotel interior is very clean, and while the Room is compact, it has a sense of cleanliness. I had a comfortable stay. Above all, I was impressed by the beautiful view of the Skytree from the Room window. I would love to stay again if I have the chance.

    It was good.

    After decades, I went to Fukagawa, where my son lives, with my wife. Guided by my smartphone from Tokyo Station, we took the Metro and arrived at the exit of Kiyosumi-Shirakawa Station without any issues. Right next to it is Comfort Kiyosumi-Shirakawa. So close. The transportation cost was surprisingly cheap at 178 yen per person. We checked in immediately. The hotel staff were all smiling and courteous. The room was compact, but it was no problem for the two of us. Amenities were well-provided. We thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. There was consomme soup and another type, but it would have been even better with miso soup, pickles, natto, and seaweed. Access to places like Sensoji Temple, Tokyo Skytree, Ryogoku Kokugikan, Kanda Shrine, Mitsukoshi, and Ginza was excellent. Smoking is outside. It would be even better if there was a smoking room indoors. It's the trend of the times, so it can't be helped. The accommodation, food, safety, cleanliness, smiles, courtesy, and accessibility were all excellent. We will stay again.

    Used for a business trip

    I used this place for a business trip because of its convenient location. The included breakfast is quite ordinary and commercial, but if you don't have any particular preferences, it's fine. The entire building is supposed to be non-smoking, but as soon as I entered the room, the lingering smell of tobacco hit my nose, and it was especially bad when I turned on the bathroom fan. I don't think I'll be staying here again.
