  The Room was compact...

  The Room was compact but not too small, and it was easy to use. There was a large stain on the bed sheets, which made me feel a bit uncomfortable. If such a noticeable stain cannot be removed, I would like you not to use those sheets. The complimentary drink service, such as coffee, was very good.

  We stayed here at the end of spring break.

  We stayed here so my daughter could attend an event, and because it was close to my eldest daughter’s home. Since we only needed the Room to sleep in, we didn’t expect much, but it was quiet and very comfortable. The heating didn’t work and it was cold, but since the two of us slept together, we managed. For breakfast, due to air conditioner installation work, it was provided in a bento box and we ate it in our Room, and it was delicious. We would like to stay again.

  I was able to study at a relaxed pace for my certification exam.

  I stayed the night before because I had a certification exam nearby on Monday afternoon. With the 12:00 checkout and access to the lounge, I was able to study and stay focused until the end without having to rush around unfamiliar cafes before my 13:30 exam. I became a member, so I’d like to stay again. Thank you.

  Breakfast

  Stayed for one night from Saturday to Sunday. I made a reservation because the breakfast looked wonderful on the website, but upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis every 30 minutes. As I couldn't get my preferred time and had to consider the checkout time, I reluctantly chose to skip breakfast. It may not be suitable for those with early plans the next day.

Additionally, we prepare bento boxes so that guests can enjoy their meals in their rooms; however, our guidance on this was insufficient and caused inconvenience. We realize the need for improvement in providing clearer and more comprehensive information during check-in and beforehand to ensure better understanding. We take your feedback seriously and will work on making improvements to provide thorough guidance to all our guests without exception.   Breakfast was enjoyable.

  I stayed for one night. I was a bit puzzled as the toilet nozzle didn't retract properly. Other than that, the room, bathroom, and sink were clean and well-maintained, making it very comfortable to use. The bed was also very comfortable. I didn’t have high expectations for breakfast, but it was delicious and frequently replenished, leaving a great impression. Above all, the staff were kind and wonderful, which lifted my spirits during my stay. If I have another opportunity, I would love to stay here again. Thank you very much!

  It was quiet.

  The elevated highway is nearby, but there was hardly any noise from outside. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, but it might not be an issue for a stay of about two nights. I thought the breakfast was quite substantial for a complimentary offering.
