    Parking

    We arrived by car. We mistakenly entered the wrong designated parking lot, then exited and parked in the correct one. It would have been helpful to be able to check a map online.

    Sounds good.

    We stayed during Golden Week and felt it was very reasonably priced. The breakfast had more variety than expected and was delicious. Drinks were available at all times, making it easy to relax.

    Just for sleeping.

    Stayed overnight for an early morning flight from Narita Airport. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the station. Be aware that trains to Narita Airport can be infrequent depending on the time. Both check-in and check-out are done via machines, but staff are kind and helpful if you need assistance. When I asked for dinner recommendations, they provided detailed directions with a map. Amenities are available in front of the reception area, where you can take what you need. There’s also complimentary coffee and tea service nearby, which is a nice touch. As it’s a Business Hotel, it’s suitable for just sleeping before your flight. A free breakfast is included, which is appreciated; however, keep expectations reasonable as it’s complimentary. Personally, I would have preferred plain white rice over peanut-flavored rice. The female staff members were particularly kind and attentive. Overall, great value for money—thank you!

    Library Cafe: A Moment of Relaxation

    Late-night check-in was smooth. I enjoyed a relaxing time at the complimentary library café with delicious drinks. The breakfast buffet was delightful, featuring unique dishes like peanut rice that I tried for the first time. I truly appreciate the warm hospitality of all the staff.

    Neither good nor bad.

    I had business in Narita and stayed the night before. The check-in guidance was excellent, and I felt the hospitality was good. I wasn't looking for luxury, just a place to stay, and it fully met my needs. A simple hotel with no frills or faults. I will stay here again when I have business in Narita.

    This time, I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay. The good points were the customer service of the front desk and morning staff, the bedding including pillows and bed mattress. It was conveniently located near the station, reasonably priced, and I had a comfortable stay.

    Accommodation

    Complimentary breakfast and unlimited coffee and tea service until midnight were excellent. However, it was unpleasant that the staff at the front desk kept clicking a pen during our conversation, appearing restless. It felt lacking in professionalism.

    Serenity

    This is my second stay. I decided to return because of the warmth I felt from all the staff's hospitality. The scrambled eggs at the breakfast buffet are excellent, and of course, the other menu items were great too. I would love to stay here again.

    We had a wonderful trip.

    The entire place was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious—I'd love to have the peanut rice and yuzu smoothie again.

    Used for an additional night after a business trip.

    The reception staff was polite and attentive. The cleaning was thorough, and the place was very clean. The Room was a bit small, making it challenging to open a large suitcase.

    I stayed at the Property to visit Naritasan Shinshoji Temple. Initially, I planned a solo trip and made a Reservation for a single Room, but my husband suddenly decided to join, so I requested another single Room. The location of the Hotel was easy to find, and the nearby affiliated parking lot was convenient. However, as an elderly person, I thought it would be nice to have a crosswalk near the Hotel (just a personal wish). The complimentary breakfast was more than sufficient compared to what I usually have. For some reason, I didn't try the rice. I forgot my charger, and I am grateful for the prompt assistance provided. Thank you very much.

    Worth the price

    Thank you for your hospitality. Since my flight arrived at Narita at night, I chose to make a reservation here, thinking it would be close to a place where I could have a meal even late at night (last time I stayed at a hotel near Narita Airport, the only option for dinner was a convenience store). At the time of reservation, I thought the price was very reasonable, but after staying, I found it to be appropriate. It was inconvenient that I couldn't adjust the room temperature.

    Convenient hotel from Narita Airport

    One stop from Narita Airport, close to the station. Breakfast included. I stayed here to catch a flight from Narita Airport the next day. The hotel is old, but it serves its purpose.
