  The staff were very courteous.

  I stayed with my child. The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, when we went for breakfast around 8:00, there were hardly any side dishes left. I understand it may have been a busy time, but I felt it would have been better if refills had been timed a little more thoughtfully.

  The room was average. The room was larger than other Hotels and spacious and comfortable. It was crowded at breakfast, so I canceled.

  It was comfortable.

  Spacious even for two guests

  We slept comfortably even as a couple! Breakfast was healthy, and the unique menu felt fresh and different from anywhere else. If I could make one request, I’d love to have options like natto or eggs. There were also various complimentary drinks available during our stay, which was perfect for a coffee lover like me. Thank you very much.

  I was prepared for negative aspects, but there were no issues. It was comfortable.

  I chose this accommodation after reading other reviews. While I was mindful of the negative points mentioned, I found no major issues and felt it was an average business hotel. The room had a well-functioning air conditioner, no unpleasant odors, and was comfortable overall. However, since my room happened to be next to the elevator, the sound of it going up and down was slightly noticeable. Breakfast wasn’t bad at all; in fact, it leaned towards being tasty. The staff's service was generally polite as well. The only thing that bothered me a little was that one staff member at the breakfast area seemed to have a rather intense gaze while serving or patrolling, which came across as slightly intimidating. Other than that, everything else was very comfortable, and with the good surrounding environment, I would like to stay here again.

  Room with a great view

  The view of Mount Akagi and the Gunma Prefectural Office from the 10th floor is amazing! I thoroughly enjoyed it both at night and in the morning. The breakfast was diverse and exceeded expectations—I had a hearty meal. I will stay again! Thank you very much.

  The Ultimate in Minimalist Budget Accommodation

  Extremely noisy. No services provided. I expected this considering the price, but the worst part is that the elevator never comes. It takes over 10 minutes just to get to floors with the lobby or vending machines. For an extra 2,000 yen, I could stay at a decent Business Hotel, so I'll choose that next time.

  Gunma Trip

  I stayed here during a trip to Gunma with friends. The hotel was clean, and the room was very tidy. There was no sponge for washing the body among the amenities, so I used the towel provided in the room instead. Also, it was a bit disappointing that there was no white rice at breakfast. However, overall, it was a satisfying hotel experience. I would like to stay here again when visiting Maebashi next time.

  It was my first stay.

  It was very beautiful. Being able to choose a 12:00 checkout was also great. The breakfast smoothie was incredibly delicious and impressive. I would love to stay again if I have the chance. It would be even better if we could watch Netflix or similar services using our own login.
