    The room shakes each time a bullet train passes by. It surprised me.

    A clean Hotel

    This was my second stay, and the Hotel was as clean as ever. Thank you very much. When I visit Koriyama again, I will stay at Comfort Hotel.

    The staff’s service was truly outstanding.

    I made a last-minute Reservation on the same day. From check-in to check-out, the staff’s service was truly outstanding. At the breakfast buffet, one male staff member in particular provided excellent service and smooth operations, and even during the very busy peak time, I was able to enjoy it comfortably. The front desk team and housekeeping staff also greeted me cheerfully and treated me with kindness and care. This may have been the best service I’ve ever experienced. It was a truly wonderful stay, and I would definitely like to stay again. Thank you very much!!

    Positive Points:

    Positive Points: - The Facility is overall clean. - The breakfast includes smoothies and local dishes, offering a rich variety for being complimentary. Staff attentively monitor the area, keeping the buffet station clean. - The Akabeko design in the Room and throughout the Facility is charming. Negative Point: - The bathtub in the unit bath of the Room is quite small.

    It was comfortable.

    The front desk staff were very kind, making the check-in process uplifting. The Room is slightly small but perfectly fine for business use. The bathroom is also a bit compact. The complimentary breakfast was very convenient, and the staff in the breakfast area were particularly energetic and efficient, creating a pleasant atmosphere. The location is on the backside of Koriyama Station with only a convenience store nearby, so walking a bit of distance might be a downside. However, the effort and dedication of the staff more than make up for this minor inconvenience. I would love to stay here again!

    The experience was terrible...

    Although reserved for 2 people, amenities were provided for only 1 person. Even after pointing this out, there was no sign of apology, which was disappointing. The walls are extremely thin, and voices from the neighboring room could be heard clearly. The sound of doors opening and closing echoed loudly, as did knocking sounds. Conversations in the hallway were also completely audible. Amenities included only a toothbrush—there were no combs, hair ties, or cotton swabs. Only shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were provided; there was no face soap, which was disappointing. Additionally, I was surprised to find that pajamas were not provided. I have stayed at several Business Hotels in Koriyama before; however, this one is far from the station and left the worst impression. I do not plan to stay here again.

    Good value for money

    Located on the opposite side of the bustling area of Koriyama Station, it is quiet despite being close to the station. The room was clean and was quite good compared to the accommodation fee.
