    My First Trip to Sendai

    My first trip to Sendai! In that case, convenience is key—so I chose Comfort Hotel West Exit. Done!!! A famous gyutan restaurant was right in front of the hotel, and the morning market was also nearby. It really helped no matter where I went. I left my luggage before check-in and went sightseeing, and when my legs were completely tired, I was very satisfied to relax at the free café inside the Hotel. Thanks to Comfort Hotel West Exit, my 2 nights and 3 days turned into a wonderful trip. Also, there was a limited-edition capsule toy machine at the front desk, which became a great souvenir of the trip. And free breakfast is a big plus!!! I recommend having a light breakfast and then heading out to the morning market. Thank you very much.

    I stayed here on a business trip to Sendai. I was running out of time for a meeting with a client, and leaving my luggage at the station would have made it difficult to get around afterward. Even though I didn’t have time to check in, the free lockers in the Facility allowed me to store the bags I didn’t need for the meeting, which was a huge help. I’d like to stay here again.

    The location was convenient, with easy access from Sendai Station.

    I made a Reservation at this Hotel for the Sendai Tanabata Festival. It is conveniently located with easy access from Sendai Station, and the surrounding area offers many restaurants and shopping options. Right in front of the Hotel is a famous gyutan (beef tongue) restaurant, and nearby there are plenty of markets and department stores, so both adults and children can enjoy the area. This time we chose a Child Sharing Existing Bedding Plan for our elementary school-aged child, but it did not feel cramped even with my child. The only minor issue was that the bathtub felt a bit small. The next day we went to Matsushima Coast. The Hotel is close to the station as well, and since we took an early train, we were able to sit during the ride. Next time, I would like to visit again during a cooler season.

    About Wi‑Fi Availability

    Because I travel frequently for business, I stay at Hotels all over The whole country. I used this property during a business trip to Sendai, but the in-house Wi‑Fi was extremely weak and unusable for work. Not only for business travelers but also for tourists, internet access is essential for researching information online and streaming content in the room, so improving the Wi‑Fi should be a must. Even if Wi‑Fi is not well maintained, it would be acceptable if there were some added value compared with other Hotels, but I did not find anything in particular.

    The breakfast was delicious.

    I arrived at the lobby without realizing breakfast was included. The next morning, rather than heading to the station hungry, I went to the breakfast area—and found a cleaner, more plentiful spread than expected, with both Japanese and Western options and even a “local specialty,” showing thoughtful touches. It was delicious as well. The staff’s smiles were refreshing in the morning, and with the convenient location near the station and good value including meals, I’m very satisfied and feel lucky to have booked it.

    Best value for money

    We stayed here for our year-end family trip. With the early booking discount, the rate was under 1,900 yen for two nights. The location is close to Sendai Station West Exit and just a short walk to the bus terminal, making it convenient for sightseeing and shopping. Best of all, breakfast was free! It was hearty and very satisfying. Check-in and check-out were simple with self-service machines. We would definitely stay here again!

    Hotel with Delicious Breakfast

    A complimentary luxurious buffet is included. There are plenty of healthy menu options, which were very satisfying. The proximity to the station is also very appealing. I absolutely love this Hotel.

    I stayed here during my trip. It is a very nice and functional Hotel at a reasonable price. The location is convenient, being close to Sendai Station with many restaurants nearby. Check-in and check-out are self-service, and there are lockers available for storing luggage before check-in, which was very convenient. Even if I hesitated, the staff quickly approached to assist me, which was helpful. Breakfast is free of charge and had a decent variety of options. I especially enjoyed trying the Sendai-style imoni stew, which was satisfying. The Room was not too small and had no issues at all. One thing that caught my attention was the shared hallway outside the Room; there were noticeable large stains (or perhaps worn-out carpet?) in several places, particularly near the entrance of the Room I used. It stood out when entering to relax in the Room and personally felt slightly unpleasant (it somewhat looked like someone might have spilled something). This is just my personal impression though.

    Convenient location

    Very close to Sendai Station with excellent convenience. The breakfast is popular and widely used, so I did not use it.

    It was a very comfortable stay.

    The Room was spacious and user-friendly. The service was polite, allowing for a comfortable stay. I would definitely like to use it again.

    What is your priority?

    The free breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. The extended café hours were also appreciated. The bed and desk were spacious, and the Room was larger than expected, making it comfortable to use. However, the bathroom was small and inconvenient to use. Amenities were very minimal, so bringing your own skincare products is necessary (in many Business Hotels, such items are often available at the front desk even if not provided in the Room). The pillow didn’t suit me well; perhaps I should have asked for an alternative at the front desk? If you’re looking for a budget-friendly stay with meals included, this is recommended. However, if you want to relax in a bath to relieve fatigue, it might not be ideal.

    It was comfortable and conveniently located near the station.

    I stayed for two nights on a business trip. I was concerned about the adjacent multi-story parking lot outside the window and felt like I might make eye contact with users, so I kept the curtains closed. Other than that, the breakfast was plentiful, the proximity to the station made traveling easy, and the space to leave my suitcase after check-out was easy to find, making it a comfortable stay. It was a cold day with the first snow, but that also became a good memory.

    I fell asleep withou...

    I fell asleep without realizing it after a long drive and stay, so I couldn't order a massage as I had planned, but the calm Room allowed the children to sleep peacefully. I was worried about the automatic payment method, but the Hotel staff kindly explained it to me, so it went smoothly. It was helpful. Being in the city center, walking around was very convenient. I would like to use it again if I have the chance.

    No complaints for business use.

    I stayed for a business trip. I didn't have any meals. It's close to the station and has good access to Aoba Station as well. There are many restaurants around, so I found it very convenient. The room is simple but clean, and there's a desk, making it easy to work. Since it's in the city, you shouldn't expect much from the view out the window. Check-in and check-out are automated, and after check-out, you can store your luggage for free in lockers or with wires provided next to the front desk. There seems to be a limited number, so it might be better to store your luggage early during busy periods. I was able to stay without any inconvenience.
