    I had a comfortable six-night stay.

    The Room was clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast is included, and there is a refrigerator as well as shared washing machines and an ice maker, which made it ideal for a workcation. Both the station and convenience stores are nearby, and there are plenty of places to eat in the area. A map with recommendations is also available near the front desk. I could choose to skip housekeeping, but fresh amenities were placed by my door every day. I think it would have been even better if there had been an option to decline amenity replacement as well.

    This was my first stay. The location was reasonably convenient for my purpose. It’s on the east side of Sendai Station, and you need to walk a bit after reaching the main road. There is a 7-Eleven on the way, and a Ministop across from the Hotel, which was convenient. As for the stay itself, there were very few amenities provided—only a comb and a razor, as far as I could tell. When I asked whether there was a body wash towel, I was told they don’t have one. I didn’t expect that at all and it was inconvenient. I ended up washing with my hands, and on the second day I used the face towel that I had used slightly on the first day as a body towel. There was only one toothbrush in the Room, and the toothpaste tube is very small—only enough for about two uses—so during a Multiple Night Stay it may not be enough if you want to brush at night, after waking up in the morning, and after breakfast. It would be helpful if at least extra toothpaste were available at reception… The room temperature is centrally controlled. If I had known that in advance (since I tend to get hot), I might have excluded it from my options; however, this time it wasn’t set too high and I could stay comfortably without any issues. Not sure how it would be in midsummer. Even though there were some inconveniences, if it’s available at an affordable price, I might consider staying again with that in mind.

    A standard Business Hotel

    Conveniently located near the station. The free breakfast is also a plus point. On the downside, it is self check-in and self check-out, but at check-in there was a front desk staff member right in front of me who did not say anything, which felt a bit awkward. At check-out, they told me, “Please insert your card there,” so it may depend on the staff member. The elevator and Room feel old—an average Business Hotel. Also, I was bothered by a perfume smell in the Room. This likely depends on the Room as well; I suspect a previous guest used strong perfume and it didn’t fully come out.

    Convenient and generally comfortable

    The Room we were guided to had a minor issue, but when we consulted about it, the staff kindly accommodated us, which was greatly appreciated. The amenities and Facilities are minimal but sufficient, making it comfortable without having to worry about too many details. The buffet-style meals may not have an extensive variety, but I found it just right as there was no pressure to try everything. The use of carefully selected ingredients made every dish delicious and satisfying. One concern was the deep bathtub in the Room. It required quite a bit of effort to step over when entering, so caution is necessary. While changing the bathtub itself might be difficult due to structural reasons, adding handrails or something to hold onto on the wall could make it safer and more comfortable. The location is convenient as it's close to Sendai Station with good access to the Senseki Line. There are also several convenience stores along the way, making it very practical. I look forward to staying here again!

    The Wi-Fi connection was unavailable, which was very disappointing.

    I have used this Hotel several times, but this time was particularly the worst. In addition to the internet not working, there was no information about it at check-in. I was very dissatisfied with this Hotel.

    A Hotel You Can Use with Confidence

    During my trip to the Ise area, I stayed at Comfort Hotel and was very satisfied with their hospitality. For this trip to Tohoku, I saw the name again and decided to make a reservation immediately. The reception is handled by machines, but the staff's smiles and clear explanations were pleasant. Although parking was slightly challenging, there were available spaces within the hotel premises. Including the free breakfast, it offered excellent value for money. The room design is compact yet functional with well-thought-out features like outlets, a bedside stand for smartphones, lighting placement, and switches. While there is no large public bath (onsen) and only a unit bath in the room—giving it 3 stars for bathing facilities—the soundproofing was good enough that water noises from other rooms did not bother me (though hallway voices could be heard). I will definitely stay here again when visiting Sendai!

    I stayed on a weekday recently. The Room was clean and nice. Despite the affordable price, breakfast was included, which made me feel lucky. Having a convenience store nearby was very helpful. I would like to stay here again when I visit Sendai. Thank you very much!

    My son stayed at the accommodation to support the Rakuten Eagles. The location was convenient, close to both the station and the bus stop for the stadium. He mentioned that breakfast was delicious and the staff were kind. Thank you for your hospitality.

    The location was excellent and very helpful.

    Conveniently located near the station, it was comfortable even late at night, which was really helpful. The food was delicious, and the staff were very courteous, which was truly wonderful. Thank you very much.

    Amenities are limited, but breakfast is good.

    The complimentary breakfast is extensive. However, the accommodation cost is too high, lacking a sense of value. The facilities are standard, but there are hardly any amenities, which feels quite lacking considering the price. Even on busy days, this price is somewhat unreasonable. Even with two elevators, be prepared to wait during breakfast time.
