    I have stayed here every year during the Obon holiday for the past 10 years.

    Since it was the Obon holiday period, it was crowded as usual. However, I would like you to manage the breakfast service more efficiently. I checked three times in the morning before I was finally able to eat. As someone who also runs a restaurant, I found this approach very disappointing.

    Very satisfied.

    The location was great, and the bed was large and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options and was very satisfying. I would like to stay here again.

    I would like to stay here again.

    It is a Business Hotel, but I think guests will be pleased with features like the free coffee service despite the lack of parking. The staff were also kind and helpful. I would like to stay at this Hotel again.

    Highly satisfied!

    I stayed here on a business trip and was very satisfied with the affordable price and complimentary breakfast. The front desk staff provided excellent service. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

    The Facility is old but a clean Hotel.

    The Facility is somewhat dated, and the air conditioner was rarely used, possibly due to an odor issue, making it difficult to use. However, the Hotel showed a strong commitment to compensating for this with excellent service. The environment was kept clean and well-maintained, and the complimentary breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, allowing for a comfortable stay.

    This is my second stay...

    This is my second stay. The place is clean, quiet, and comfortable, which is why I chose to stay here again. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service with a smile. The bathroom was also clean, and the bed was spacious—no complaints at all. However, it was unfortunate that I couldn't sleep due to the loud snoring from the person in the neighboring Room. I guess that's unavoidable sometimes.

    Convenient Hotel in Front of Kitami Station

    I stayed here during my trip to Hokkaido. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station and has a flat parking lot behind it. The guest room floor feels slightly old and the flooring is a bit dirty. The Room is a typical Business Hotel with all the basic necessities provided. It’s close to Kitami's downtown area, making dinner options convenient. Breakfast is included for free.

    This was my first time using Comfort Hotel, even across the whole country. The front lobby was neat and clean, and the casual-style breakfast area, which also served as a lounge space, felt bright and pleasant. The breakfast included dishes like keema curry and something with chili sauce—an international menu that I personally didn’t try. Instead, I opted for items similar to those offered at other hotels. I had read good reviews about the meals when searching for hotels... but this is just my personal opinion.

    Ladybug

    Comfort Hotels have the same layout in every region, providing a stable sense of security. In October, the room's air conditioning couldn't be used, and the only way to let in outside air was to open the window, but you need to be careful to prevent ladybugs from entering.
