Clean Room and delicious breakfast. It was excellent.
Stayed for two nights as a base for touring Hokkaido and exploring Kushiro Shitsugen National Park. The room was exceptionally clean, and the staff were kind and attentive. Thank you very much for your hospitality. One concern to consider is the affiliated parking lot that was recommended. The anti-slip surface at the entrance and exit posed a significant risk of losing control on a motorcycle, making it quite frightening. It made me consider choosing a different hotel for my next stay in Kushiro City. I suggest staff try riding through it themselves to understand the issue better. There are many other paid parking options available nearby. A large public bath would have been fantastic as well! Other hotels have set high standards, so I hope improvements can be made here too!

On the other hand, we sincerely apologize for any concerns you may have had regarding the parking area. For guests arriving by motorcycle, we provide access to a locked employee passageway on a first-come, first-served basis. This passage is also used by staff and has narrow pathways, so we kindly ask guests to move their motorcycles manually when entering or exiting. While this minimizes risks such as losing control of the handlebars and falling, we will continue to explore ways to ensure even greater safety and peace of mind. Stayed for the first time in May 2025.
Stayed here during a trip around Hokkaido. Since I had my own car, I used the parking lot, but as the hotel's parking was under construction, I was directed to a nearby coin-operated parking lot (500 yen per night). Upon check-in, there were complimentary welcome drinks available from 14:00 to 24:00 in the lounge space on the first floor, which could be enjoyed as many times as desired. The room was a bit small but sufficient for just sleeping, so it wasn't an issue. The bathroom and toilet were part of a unit bath setup. From the room window, I could see Kushiro Station. It seemed that many guests staying in surrounding rooms were on multiple night stays for work purposes; there were lots of trash bins and used towels placed outside their doors in the hallway. Breakfast starts at 5:30 AM and is free of charge but exceeded expectations with its quality. Instead of plain white rice, multigrain rice was served during this season along with several side dishes. There were also salads, yogurt, and fruits available. While it might get repetitive for those on multiple night stays, considering it's free, it's an excellent service overall! Thank you very much!

The price was very reasonable, and I had a relaxing stay. I would love to use this service again. The parking staff were very kind and made me feel at ease.

Close to the station
It is located close to the station and right after getting off the airport bus. There is a robatayaki (Japanese grill) right in front, and several other dining options are available. The amenities are insufficient, but during the day, the restaurant is open as a lounge where I believe you can have coffee and water. I thought it was adequate for sleeping.

Static electricity
It would be nice to have something like a static electricity removal sheet since static electricity is a concern.
