    7-night stay

    I had a very comfortable stay for a week. The coffee machine on the first floor was great. It was convenient to take it back to my Room and enjoy it there. The complimentary breakfast was also delicious. Thank you for your hospitality.

    It was great.

    We stayed here for a family trip. The Room was very clean and comfortable. Since our family tends to feel hot, the Room was warm even in mid-May, and the air conditioning was not yet available due to the system settings. However, a staff member suggested opening the window to let in cooler air, and it worked—we were able to spend a comfortable night. Breakfast was automatically included, and everything was delicious. It was especially helpful on a busy morning when we really needed it.

    Excellent service and convenient access!

    After experiencing trouble with the "Limited Express Hokuto" on the way from Sapporo, I arrived completely exhausted. Not only during check-in but also when heading out to see the night view, the staff kindly explained how to access it (they recommended a bus, which was incredibly helpful! Thanks to their advice, I was able to enjoy the night view just in time). During check-out, they also provided excellent guidance for city sightseeing. The front desk staff's support was truly outstanding. I am deeply grateful for their care and attention that helped ease my fatigue. Additionally, breakfast included items like smoothies, potato soup, scrambled eggs, and waffles—gentle on a tired stomach—which was very much appreciated. On top of that, as a benefit of registering as a member (free) on the same day, I received an extended check-out time by one hour. This extra time allowed me to rest my body and was extremely helpful. The lounge was also made available for organizing my luggage comfortably before departure; this made packing much easier and greatly assisted me in preparing for my trip back home. The bed was spacious and comfortable; the room itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained—making my stay very pleasant. For this level of service at such an affordable price point, I am extremely satisfied. The accommodation is conveniently located near the station with a convenience store right in front—making everything incredibly accessible. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Hakodate!

    Worth a repeat.

    Compact and well-organized. The bathroom faucet is slightly outdated, but the bathtub and amenities like shampoo are clean. Room slippers are not very practical. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near the station with many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Prices are also reasonable.

    Breakfast

    I stayed in Hakodate for the first time in a while, and the breakfast buffet starting at 5:30 AM was great as it was less crowded early. I will stay here again when I visit next time.

    Humidity remains high.

    The staff is efficient and pleasant, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the Room felt very humid, with the air purifier's humidity display showing over 90%. I checked if the humidifier function was on, but there was no water in it. I tried using the air conditioner's dehumidifier function, but it was locked and unusable. Opening the window didn’t help as a neighboring building blocked airflow, and on this day in Hakodate, outdoor humidity was also close to 90%. It was uncomfortable to sleep. When I mentioned this at checkout, they said such complaints are frequent but due to centralized control of the air conditioning system, dehumidification cannot be used. Those who can tolerate humidity might be fine; however, at least during this season, Rooms on the building side are not recommended.

    A hotel with energetic staff

    The Hotel staff had a very lively and energetic atmosphere, which was truly wonderful. Although having only one elevator is inconvenient, the effort to open the emergency stairs in the morning is appreciated. I will use this Hotel again.

    Great location

    The location is excellent. There is Ika-sei next door. The Facility is a bit old. Don't expect much from breakfast.

    The limited amenities are somewhat understandable, but having only one elevator is a critical flaw.
