  Almost.

  I wanted a body sponge or towel to wash with. There wasn’t one in the amenities area, and I thought there might be one in the Room, but there wasn’t. Everything else was good, so it’s a shame.

  Had a great stay.

  The front desk staff provided excellent service and kindly assisted with operating the self-check-in machine. Additionally, the parking staff were very courteous and helpful.

  It was excellent.

  The parking was inconvenient.

  There is a parking lot at the Hotel (first-come, first-served), but upon arrival, I was told that my car is too large (by the way, it's a sedan, 5 meters long) and cannot fit in the multi-story parking. The Hotel staff directed me to a partner parking lot. However, since it was a 7-minute walk, I had no choice but to park in the lot right in front. This is not limited to this Hotel, but I believe the size of cars that can properly enter the multi-story parking should be clearly stated.

  I would like to stay again.

  I stayed for the first time. It was a stay for a live event, and the access was great, so I was very satisfied. The best part was definitely the response from the front desk staff. I was a little happy when they said "Have a nice day" as I went out. The chair in the room was comfortable to sit on, and the height of the desk and chair was perfect for getting ready in the morning, making it very smooth. What impressed me the most was that the tissue paper in the room was full-sized. In other hotels, it's often half-sized and of poor quality, so I was grateful. I didn't have the meal (breakfast), but I would like to try it on my next stay. The parking staff were also very kind. Thank you very much.
