    It was comfortable.

    This was my second stay, and it was comfortable. The location is convenient from Gotanda Station, and the staff were very helpful. The Room did not feel too small. I would like to stay again.

    Satisfied.

    This was my first stay. 　The building is relatively new, and the Facility and interior were clean. The Room is small, but I had no particular complaints. Breakfast was fairly standard, but the staff were attentive without being intrusive, so I could dine comfortably. There are izakayas and other places to eat nearby, and a convenience store is just a short walk away, making it a convenient location. 　It’s also close to the station—more than sufficient as a Hotel for business use.

    Once again, I had a meaningful stay without any issues. Thank you very much. I didn’t ask, but was there a nail clipper available to borrow? I was too tired during my stay and forgot to ask.

    It was great.

    It is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Gotanda Station (which was helpful as I had a lot of luggage this time). The Room is not spacious, but there were no particular inconveniences. The staff was friendly.

    This is a standard Business Hotel. The advantages are its relatively close proximity to the station and the reliability of being part of a hotel chain. I did not use the breakfast service, so my impression might have been different if I had tried it. Since I stayed during midsummer, I kept the air conditioning on from check-in to check-out, but the noise was noticeable. There was also an odor when entering the room, so I used an air purifier. The bathroom is a unit bath, and every time I sat on the toilet seat, there was a small unpleasant sound as water filled for the bidet function. Amenities were minimal; no complimentary bottled water like some hotels provide recently. However, there were no particular complaints about cleanliness. Although YouTube and Netflix seemed accessible on TV, login was required and I couldn't figure out how to use it. Overall, there wasn't much value for money in terms of accommodation fees. I stayed here because it was close to my exam venue but would not choose this place for travel since there's no large bath or exciting features that make it appealing for leisure stays.

    The room is compact, but the hotel's location is excellent. Several supermarkets are nearby, offering options from mid-range to budget-friendly. The staff provides excellent service. I would consider staying here again if I visit Gotanda next time.

    Breakfast is not recommended.

    I booked a Plan with breakfast included and went to the breakfast venue at 8:50. I was told there was no white rice, but they said there was bread available and guided me accordingly. However... the salad looked like leftovers, yogurt was available, but the hamburger steak was sold out. The scrambled eggs were misshapen, and the blueberry sauce or honey for the yogurt as well as curry were almost empty (barely enough to scoop with a spoon). This can hardly be called "breakfast included." After me, about six more guests arrived, but there truly wasn’t anything left to eat. Since I couldn’t have lunch due to my work environment during this business trip, I had hoped for a proper breakfast—it’s very disappointing. Considering that there are convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, perhaps you could have prepared microwavable white rice or ready-made curry if supplies ran low? Unfortunately, I won’t be using this service again in the future.

    As a returning guest...

    As a returning guest, I chose to stay again because of my previous positive experience. However, I feel that having breakfast included would be better. Considering the cost-performance ratio is not as favorable recently, I may consider staying again if the opportunity arises. Therefore, I am deducting one point.

    Room Cleaning Service.

    I stayed for two nights. The first night was fine, but on the second night, the bed wasn't made, and the used towels were left as they were. New towels were placed on the bed, but... Coming back to that wasn’t a pleasant experience.

    This is a repeat stay. It's good, but I'd like to note a few thoughts. Personally, I would prefer if there were slightly higher (firmer) pillows or two types available. Also, it would be even better if there were more than two toothbrushes (toothpaste) available, even if it's limited to guests staying multiple days. Other than that, I am very satisfied with the consistently excellent service.

    We hope for thorough cleaning.

    I used a Room where you can experience ReFa. The massage cushion and steamer were also available, which was good for my tired body. However, there were some cleaning issues in the details, such as dust left on the walls of the unit bath and limescale stuck to the steamer's nozzle. Additionally, when using the ReFa shower, water splashed all the way to the area near the toilet. I think it would be better to extend the shower curtain a bit more. Other than that, it was very comfortable, so I believe thorough cleaning would improve the experience.
