    A flawless Business Hotel with everything you need.

    As I had an exam the next day, I requested a quiet Room, and they properly arranged one at the end of the corridor. Thanks to that, I was able to take the exam in perfect condition. I’m truly grateful. I would like to stay here again when taking exams at Waseda University in the future. Many Reviews mention wanting greetings when coming and going, but I didn’t feel that was necessary. If staff are going to spend effort on that, I’d rather they rest instead. Service doesn’t need to be excessive; guests should remember they are not “gods.” If someone wants that kind of attention, it would be fine to charge a fee for it. In my view, Japan’s low productivity is partly due to unreasonable customer expectations. It would be better if only security staff were present as a rule and everything else were further automated and mechanized.

    The Room was fairly satisfactory, but it was a bit small and there wasn’t really space to open a suitcase—only on the bed. The Room was clean, and the air conditioning was comfortable. Unfortunately, the hair dryer seemed to have an issue with the airflow and couldn’t be adjusted. When checking out, I asked for directions and they responded very kindly and thoroughly.

    Short-Term Stay

    This time, I mainly used the property just to sleep. The staff greeted me pleasantly and were helpful both at night and in the morning. The Room was spacious enough for one person. The price was affordable, and I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

    A safe and convenient Hotel

    I stay here quite often when I visit Tokyo. It’s within walking distance of Tokyo Station and the Nihonbashi area, and the subway station is very close—extremely convenient. Although the expressway runs right in front of the hotel, it’s quiet even at night, perhaps thanks to good soundproofing. What I especially appreciate is that when I return late, there are usually several staff members who welcome me back, which makes me feel safe. The only downside is that the bathtub drainage isn’t very good. I’ll definitely stay here again.

    A neat Business Hotel just steps from Kayabacho Station

    Close to Kayabacho Station and neat and tidy, I sometimes stay here the night before a weekend in a luxury Hotel in central Tokyo. I appreciate being assigned to the 7th floor as requested. At check-in, it was helpful that a female staff member assisted with the self check-in, but she didn’t mention that self-service amenities are available across from the elevator... perhaps she assumed I already knew from previous stays... so I mistakenly went straight to my Room. After changing into loungewear, I realized it and had to get dressed again and go down to the first floor to pick up amenities. Even for repeat guests, I think it would be kinder to mention it briefly.

    Thank you very much for your hospitality. The location was very convenient, close to Tokyo Station, which was a great help. The front desk staff were very kind, and both check-in and check-out were smooth. Breakfast was also delicious. I would love to stay again in the future.

    First time using it.

    Close to the subway exit and conveniently located next to a convenience store. The Room was clean and tidy, but the bathroom was smaller than expected. Amenities were placed near the elevator for self-service. It would have been nice to have pouches of cleansing products or face wash available.

    Breakfast is delicious, but I wanted to watch BS channels. :(

    As a city-center Hotel, it is standard. Clean and the staff were pleasant. Breakfast was well-prepared and delicious. Unexpectedly, BS channels on TV were not available—perhaps there is no demand? I wanted coffee or tea in the Room, but only green tea was provided. There are plenty of hangers, but the closet is small; hanging coats and pants for two people might cause wrinkles. There’s also no place to put hats.

    Early Check-in

    This is my third stay. The Hotel is conveniently located near the nearest station, and there is direct access to a convenience store from the Hotel. Although the water facilities in the single Room are not very spacious, I had no issues and found it comfortable. However, one thing I noticed was that while bath towels and face towels were provided in the Room, there were no hand towels. I ended up using a face towel after washing my hands. Perhaps other amenities were available in the lobby, but having hand towels in the Room would be nice. On a positive note, there were disposable cold paper towel wipes stored in a refrigerated area at the lobby, which was very helpful. Above all, being able to check-in before 3 PM was greatly appreciated!

    Great location, but...

    The bathtub drainage was poor, and during the shower, slimy water kept accumulating around my feet. Even after stopping the shower and waiting, it didn’t drain easily, so I ended up rinsing one foot at a time before stepping out. I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay, but this issue persisted from the first night. The toilet also had black stains, making me question whether it was properly cleaned. During breakfast, I was shocked to see a female staff member aggressively banging the ladle spoon to remove scrambled eggs stuck on it. Instead of being so rough, she could have scraped it off with another utensil or replaced the spoon altogether. She continued banging repeatedly until she noticed me looking at her and stopped; however, she immediately shouted loudly at another staff member asking "How many more people?" in an angry tone. It was clear that she was venting her frustration on those around her—completely unprofessional behavior that left me appalled. This happened just past 8 AM—not particularly late—and there were still many guests having breakfast at that time. Her actions ruined what should have been a pleasant morning meal experience for me due to how uncomfortable and unpleasant it felt because of her attitude.

    A neat Business Hotel near Kayabacho Station

    When spending weekends at a luxury Hotel in Tokyo, I often stay at a Business Hotel near Ginza on Friday nights (parking my car at the Nishi-Ginza Parking Lot). This Hotel, located close to Kayabacho Station, is reasonably priced, clean, and has become my most frequently used option over the past two years. The Room where you take off your shoes is very relaxing for Japanese guests and provides great comfort. The windows have both roll curtains and sliding doors for complete blackout, ensuring no worries about being woken up early in the morning by light (unlike some Hotels where light seeps through curtain gaps).

    Close to the station with direct access to a convenience store

    This is my second stay. The proximity to the station and the direct access to a convenience store made it very convenient again this time. During my previous stay, I pointed out in a review that the lobby layout was different from the photos shown, and I was surprised by how quickly they addressed it. It made me feel that they genuinely listen to guests' feedback. I found this to be a trustworthy hotel, which is why I chose to stay here again. Whenever I have business in Tokyo, I would definitely like to stay here again.

    Excellent Access

    Just steps from Exit 7 of Kayabacho Station on the Tozai Line. Despite its small size, the hotel features a public bath and is conveniently located near fast food outlets and various types of restaurants. Within walking distance to Nihonbashi, Otemachi, and Tokyo Station, this Hotel offers great convenience. Amenities are minimal but in line with what is expected from modern Business Hotels. I would love to stay here again when visiting Tokyo.

    The lobby that catches your eye first is important.

    As a relatively new Hotel, the Room was clean and there were no major inconveniences. However, I felt that the lobby, which is the first thing guests notice, could have been more well-maintained. In the photos provided in the introduction, there were stylish sofas in a small but cozy space that gave an impression of being able to relax in the lobby. Unfortunately, it felt more like a train station waiting room with only long benches similar to those found in such spaces and no stylish sofas at all. It was quite disappointing. I hope not only the Rooms but also areas like this can be made to feel more like a proper hotel lobby lounge as shown in the photos.

    Just the Right Hotel

    I had a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the ability to cover the windows to block out light. While this is not about this hotel but other accommodations, I often feel that many facilities are priced disproportionately to their amenities. However, I found this hotel to be very reasonable, offering necessary features at an appropriate price. It is a very fair and considerate hotel.

    Disappointments

    - Upon entering the room, there was an odor resembling body odor, which did not improve even after using the provided spray. Was it cigarette smoke lingering? The non-smoking room was in name only. - The bidet function of the toilet did not work. - The hot water pressure was weak, taking a long time to fill the bathtub. Possibly a water pressure issue? It was the weakest among recent stays at hotels. It's unfortunate to encounter three disappointing points!

    A neat Business Hotel near Kayabacho Station

    Close to Kayabacho Station, clean and tidy, and relatively cost-effective Business Hotel. For a Friday night stay before spending the weekend at a luxury hotel in Tokyo, I often use Business Hotels between Ginza and Ningyocho. Recently, Keio Presso Inn Nihonbashi Kayabacho has become my top choice.

    Overall, very satisfied.

    I stayed in a single room for a business trip. The room was clean, and I appreciated the design where you could take off your shoes before entering. There is no Onsen or large public bath, so I would rate the bathing facilities 2 stars, but there were no major issues. As for the Facility, it was disappointing that there was no water dispenser, although an ice machine is available.

    Thank you for taking care of me during my business trips to Tokyo. It’s conveniently located close to the station. There is a FamilyMart downstairs. There are self-service lockers in the lobby, so you can store your luggage even before check-in.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station with a convenience store on the first floor, making it a very convenient Hotel. The front desk service was efficient and pleasant. I would love to stay here again.

    It was great.

    The staff were pleasant and welcoming, and the Room was quiet with just the right Facilities. It was a clean Hotel that was easy to use and very comfortable. It’s in a business district with good security, so I think even women traveling alone can stay here with peace of mind. It’s about a 15-minute walk to Tokyo Station, and I took a stroll to pick up dinner. It’s also less than a 10-minute walk from Suitengu Shrine, making it convenient for getting anywhere—and of course Kayabacho Station is very close. In places like Ginza, you often end up with a view of only the neighboring building wall, but from my Room I could see the river and the expressway and enjoyed the view as well (depending on which side you’re on). It was also very convenient that you can return to the Hotel from the FamilyMart on the first floor using your room key. I’d like to stay again.

    Neglecting the details.

    The location is good, and the convenience store on the first floor adds to its high convenience. The Room is larger and cheaper than those in surrounding Hotels. The front desk service is good, and although amenities are self-service, the essentials are provided. However, the disappointing part is the guest Room. At first glance, it looks clean overall, but there is a lot of dust on the power strip cords visible from beside the refrigerator. It's at a level that makes you worry about a fire hazard. The top of the TV board, window frames, corners of the Room—it's a parade of dust. The shower curtain in the bathroom smells moldy. It seems detailed cleaning has not been done. If you're out during the day for sightseeing or work and just need a place to sleep at night, you might be able to compromise... However, I recommend checking around electrical outlets first.

    The location and other physical aspects are decent, but...

    A Business Hotel that combines the convenience of being close to the station, clean Rooms, and relatively affordable prices. I occasionally use it on Friday nights as a pre-stay before spending the weekend at a luxury Hotel in Tokyo. (This time, as with last week, it was a pre-stay for Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo.) I have been using it every month recently, but the front desk level seems to be declining. And what shocked me the most this time was... When I stayed on November 29 last year, I set the air conditioner to 24 degrees, but it was cold, so I checked again and found it was set to cooling mode. When I wrote about it in a Review, the front desk chief replied, "We will take even greater care in cleaning to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future." However, this time it was also set to cooling mode. It shouldn't take more than 10 seconds to check this during cleaning. Neglecting even such a simple task suggests that the overall cleaning level is questionable. While the three advantages I initially mentioned still exist, I have made a Reservation for the end of this month as well... but my feelings are rather cold.

    A neat Business Hotel close to Kayabacho Station

    Since it is close to Kayabacho Station, clean, and not expensive, I sometimes use it on Friday nights as a pre-stay before spending the weekend at a luxury hotel in the city. While waiting to check in, I filled out the registration card, and when it was time to check in, I was a bit surprised when the staff's first words were, "Is this your first time using this hotel?" If they checked the name on the PC screen, they would immediately know that I am a repeat customer... Even after I mentioned that it was not my first time, there was no particular follow-up. As for the room's air conditioning, last time in December, it was set to cooling, which surprised and amazed me... This time, it was set to heating, but at 18.5 degrees... At this hotel, you must always check the settings when turning on the air conditioning. I have already made a reservation for February... I use it every month, but I am starting to think about looking at other nearby hotels.

    I occasionally use it on Fridays as a pre-stay before staying at a luxury hotel on the weekend. It is close to Kayabacho Station... Toyoko Inn Kayabacho Station is even closer, but they don't have twins... They have both singles and twins, making it very convenient. The time before last, I pointed out at the front desk that there was no greeting from the staff in the fall when I was leaving, and I thought I might have contributed to the improvement of the hotel as it was done last time, but this time there were three people at the front desk, and there was no greeting not only to me but also to the guests leaving at the same time... I will not point it out in the future.

    It is conveniently located near the subway exit, with a FamilyMart next door. The Room is also clean and has no issues. There is a USB port available. I used the coin laundry, but there was no change machine, so I bought three bottles of water to get coins. I don't think there are many places with a change machine, but realizing it after putting in the laundry makes it very inconvenient to go to the front desk. The drum type can be locked with a passcode, which is good. I would like to use it again if the price is reasonable due to its good location.

(This time, it was before staying at The Prince Park Tower Tokyo) The greeting at check-in, "Thank you for always staying with us," which acknowledges repeat visits, leaves a good impression. I set the air conditioner to 24 degrees, but when I checked it because it was cold at bedtime, it was surprisingly set to cooling!? I was careless not to check, but having the air conditioner set to cooling in this season is also a mistake by the housekeeping staff. I will use it again in two weeks before staying at Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama.

    A neat Business Hotel

    A neat Business Hotel located underground at Kayabacho Station. I think it's cost-effective. There is also a convenience store right next to it. It was unfortunate that the female staff in charge of check-in this time was a bit unfriendly and businesslike.
