    Comfortable and safe

    I think this is a Hotel specialized for business travelers. Overall, it’s simple, but it feels like all the essentials are well covered. It was also great that I could store my luggage in self-service lockers before and after check-in and check-out. There was an earthquake during my stay, but they promptly made an announcement about the situation, which reassured me. I’d definitely like to stay here again.

    Close to the station!

    Within a 10-minute walk from the Nihonbashi Exit of Tokyo Station, under the railway overpass. Ideal for an overnight stay before early-morning departures or after late arrivals on tours. A convenience store is also nearby, making small purchases easy. One thing to note—this may apply only to Single Rooms, but there is a fairly large step at the entrance to the Room’s unit bathroom area, so guests with mobility concerns should take care.

    I think this price with breakfast included is a great deal, just a 7-minute straight walk from Tokyo Station. The room was well cleaned, but the hook in the toilet for hanging the trash bag had come off. It was disappointing that the air conditioning temperature could not be adjusted—when it was on, it was too cold; when it was off, it was too hot. Overall, I’m satisfied and would like to stay again.

    I made a Reservation at this Hotel for overseas guests. We originally planned to stay with four people, but due to visa issues one guest was unable to travel to Japan. The cancellation was on the day of check-in, and normally a 100% Cancellation Fee would apply; however, because of my oversight I was unable to contact you that day. When I asked about the payment method the next morning, your staff kindly told me, “No payment is necessary this time.” I am truly grateful for your sincere and warm consideration. The guests who stayed also spoke very highly of the Hotel, saying that the Room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and they were very satisfied overall. They also said the staff’s kindness left a strong impression. If I have another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay here again. Thank you very much.

    I would like to stay here again.

    The location is convenient, and the staff are very helpful. Since I would like to stay again in the future, I have two small concerns: the drain hole in the sink looks a bit darkened (it felt unpleasant when I accidentally put my finger in it), and sometimes there is still foam left on the hand soap dispenser nozzle from a previous guest. Overall, it is a Hotel I like—well cleaned and generally very clean.

    Disappointed.

    The toilet/bathroom smelled bad, like damp towels. Since I checked in after 10:00 PM, I didn’t ask to change Rooms, but the smell gave me a headache both when using the toilet and while taking a bath. I left the door open and placed the Room air purifier there, but it didn’t remove the odor. The washbasin drain was also clogged and drained very slowly. I chose this Hotel because my stay at Yaesu in April was good, but this time there was no guidance about amenities. Right after check-in I was directed to the elevator and got on immediately. At Yaesu they told me where the amenities were, but here—even though check-in wasn’t fully finished and my luggage had been stored—they opened the elevator doors for me, and once check-in was completed they opened them again, so I felt rushed to get on. When I went to take a bath, I realized there was only a toothbrush. I didn’t feel like getting dressed again to go pick up other items. There was trash under the bathtub and under the TV as well, so it felt like cleaning hadn’t been done properly (I have experience working in Hotel housekeeping). I can’t believe it passed inspection despite such a strong smell.

    Breakfast

    I ordered the breakfast buffet for 1,500 yen. It started at 6:30, but when I arrived at the restaurant three minutes later, there was a 20-minute wait. As expected in Tokyo—there are many busy businesspeople. Next time, I’ll line up earlier. The bed was spacious and the view was great. It was disappointing that there was no coffee in the Room.

    Sewage odor in the bathroom

    I was satisfied with the staff service and the condition of the Room, but I was disappointed by the limited selection of amenities. At the very least, I would have liked coffee and tea to be provided. Also, the sewage smell in the bathroom was unbearable. The exhaust fan was completely clogged with dust and debris and wasn’t working at all. Because of that, a strong odor filled the space, and I hesitated to use the toilet or shower. Even if it’s described as reasonably priced, it costs over 20,000 yen, so I was quite disappointed. I don’t think I’ll stay again.

    Although it is a bit far from the station, this Hotel is recommended.

    This is a Hotel I’d like to use again as a Business Hotel. Also, this time I asked about an early check-in at the last minute, and they kindly agreed, which was very helpful. Across the traffic light there’s a beef bowl restaurant and a convenience store, and if you walk a little farther there are plenty of places to eat. It would be even better if it were a bit closer to the station… that’s how I felt. You can also see the Shinkansen from the Hotel, and the view was nice. Since it was a weekend, voices from other guests on the floor were a bit loud. Still, more than that, the staff’s service and overall atmosphere stood out in a positive way. I’ll stay here again if I have the chance. Thank you very much.

    It was a convenient business hotel.

    I stayed here on a spur-of-the-moment trip to Tokyo. It was a last-minute Reservation, but from the Room I could see the trains outside very clearly—so much so that if my train-loving nephew had come with me, he might not have wanted to leave the Room. The Room was a single, but it had a bit of extra space and was easy to use. You can bring your own amenities as usual, so I don’t think you’ll have any trouble. (Even if you forget something, there’s a convenience store right in front and others nearby, so it should be fine.) I added breakfast for one day; there were quite a few strongly seasoned items for the morning, which was a little heavy for me personally. Other than that, it was convenient and great—close to Tokyo Station, Nihonbashi, and Kanda as well. Thank you very much for your hospitality this time.

    I use it frequently.

    This hotel near Tokyo Station offers good value for money, so I often stay here. Although I once found a strand of hair left behind, the rooms are usually cleaned thoroughly. The availability of lockers before check-in and after check-out is very convenient. Additionally, the front desk staff welcomes guests even late at night, which provides a sense of security and is much appreciated. I will stay here again.

    Surprisingly quiet and conveniently located.

    During a busy autumn weekend, I managed to find a room here for the first time. The accommodation is conveniently located near the subway station and Nihonbashi shopping district, yet surprisingly quiet in the surrounding area, which was nice. Although it was self-check-in, there were several staff members available who provided proper service. However, the bed and pillows were not very comfortable, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable. Used cups were left as they were—perhaps this is standard for a business hotel? I'm not sure.

    Well, it was good.

    There is a step at the entrance before reaching the lobby, and since it's close to the station, many people might have suitcases, so a ramp would be more convenient. The Room was clean and well-maintained. However, the bathroom was small, and there was also a significant step between the Room and the sink area.

    6 couples (12 people) aged 65 and over

    We visited as a group of 6 couples, 12 people aged 65 and above. The Hotel is conveniently located near Mitsukoshi Ginza Line Station and Kanda Station, situated within the Nihonbashi shopping district, including the Mitsukoshi Main Store. Shopping and dining are very convenient. The Hotel is also easy to access for transportation. Cleaning was impeccable.

    I had a great stay.

    When my companion in another room fell ill during the night, I called the front desk to request assistance with unlocking the door. They answered immediately and responded promptly. I was panicked due to this unexpected situation during our trip, but their kind and swift support allowed us to return home safely. The staff at the front desk were all very pleasant and helpful.     The staff was very friendly and welcoming.

    The front desk staff were kind and efficient, providing guidance on travel routes as I am not familiar with staying around Tokyo Station. Thank you so much for your assistance. However, I was a bit surprised to find a short strand of hair stuck to the bathroom ceiling, which I quickly removed with tissue and disposed of. Other than that, the cleanliness was impeccable and my stay was very comfortable. Thank you!

    Excellent location and great value Hotel

    Just a short walk from Mitsukoshimae Subway Station and close to COREDO Muromachi Terrace, within walking distance of Tokyo Station. The Facility is aged, but at this price, there are no complaints. The female staff were pleasant. Considering using it again depending on the price.

    The room was spacious enough, equipped with sufficient amenities, and cleaned thoroughly, which made for a satisfying stay. The front desk operates entirely through machines for smooth self check-in and check-out. If I had to mention one thing, walking from Tokyo Station (with a suitcase) felt slightly far due to the gentle uphill path. Taking a taxi might be a better option if you have the budget.

    For those walking from Tokyo Station, please be cautious of the area under the elevated tracks.

    It was a comfortable Hotel to stay at. I walked from Tokyo Station. The area under the elevated tracks felt unsafe, and I saw someone swinging a ninja kumade in an empty spot. I recommend walking on the building side, heading north, and crossing to the Hotel side at the end. The bathroom was small but very clean with no musty smell from the shower curtain. You can leave your luggage at the front desk, but there are also many large lockers available. As someone who wanted to carefully bring back a large piece of paper, I found using these lockers very convenient and helpful. The air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled by the Hotel and was set to fan mode during my stay, making it chilly at night. However, you can request warm items from the front desk if needed. This information was written on a wall inside the elevator, but since I stood near the door buttons, I only noticed it when checking out. The bed had firm springs and provided excellent comfort for my back pain issues.

    Close to the station.

    Stayed here to use the express bus departing from Tokyo Station. It was the right choice as it's within walking distance to the station, so I didn't have to take the morning rush train. The step and narrowness of the bathroom were a bit concerning, but the convenience is great, so I would like to use it again depending on the purpose. I would be happier if there were a few more items for breakfast.

    Compared to other Hotels

    The room was relatively clean. Shampoo and other amenities were provided, so I didn't have to go down to the first floor because I forgot them. That was good. Some amenities were available for pickup in front of the elevator, but I couldn't find a shower cap. At the hotel where I stayed the previous day, there was a small sign on the desk with WiFi information as soon as you entered the room, which was easy to understand. However, at this hotel's desk, there was a small sign with massage information and no WiFi details anywhere. After searching around on tables and drawers without success, I inquired at the front desk and found out that it appears on the top page when you turn on the TV. Indeed, it was displayed in small letters. I requested a hairdryer with a brush but was told they didn't have one. It surprised me because it's my first time being told "No!?" during my hotel stays history. There was a kettle but no coffee or tea provided. There wasn't even a smartphone charger available in particular rooms either. I can't help comparing since another hotel from my previous stay offered better services at much lower prices than here; is this how it usually is?

    This is my second time using this service.

    Close and convenient to Tokyo Station. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Breakfast can be a bit crowded, so it's better to choose your time. The content is quite satisfying. There is a Ministop and Nakau (Nakau) across from the hotel, so you won't go hungry at night. I got a bit thirsty late at night and ended up buying a beer at Ministop, haha. I will use it again next time.

    The convenience was excellent.

    The Hotel was very close to the Mitsukoshimae subway station, making it very convenient, and the Hotel Room was clean with friendly and helpful staff. I would like to use it again when I go to Tokyo.
