    It was great.

I stayed here again. I made a Reservation for a concert day at Tokyo Opera City in Hatsudai, and it was great to be able to walk back. The next day, I could also walk to Shinjuku Station, which was very convenient. I slept so soundly that I overslept.

The pillowcase had mold on it.

Overall, the property was clean and pleasant, but it was disappointing to find mold on the pillowcase. The breakfast selection was also limited, which was disappointing. There were no English labels, and other international guests seemed to have trouble as well. Also, guests are expected to clear their own dishes after eating.

    We stayed here durin...

We stayed here during Golden Week. We booked the day before and had a semi-double Room for two, and it came to around JPY 8,000 per person (using Points immediately). For the Shinjuku area during Golden Week, it was a good value. Pros - Luggage storage is available before (and after) your stay. There are self-service lockers. - Self check-in and check-out via kiosk; quick and easy. - Direct access to the Lawson convenience store on the first floor. - The Room and unit bath are new and clean. - TV supports YouTube. Cons - Limited amenities; about 10 items available at the front desk. - You can hear noise from the hallway and rooms above. - More than a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. No bus service? If you just need a place to sleep, this was a very good Hotel.

    It was great.

For a Hotel in the Shinjuku area, the price this time was reasonable and satisfactory. After seeing a show in Shibuya, I was able to take a taxi here, so it wasn’t tiring.

Close proximity to the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building

It is accessible by bus from Shinjuku South Exit, about a 15-minute walk. There is a convenience store inside the hotel, making it very convenient. I took a walk around the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building area on foot. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel, which is also convenient.

    It was comfortable.

I had to stay alone at the accommodation due to an urgent matter, and it was mostly just for sleeping. Since it was a Sunday stay, it wasn’t crowded, and I could check in and out smoothly. Other guests included solo business travelers, couples, and families, with fewer foreign visitors. The room was a double bedroom—clean and comfortable. There was no noise from outside, and instead of curtains, the window had wooden sliding doors that blocked out light completely, allowing me to sleep peacefully. I would like to use this accommodation again in case of another urgent situation.

    Unfortunately.

Stayed as a party of two. We wanted to have a meal in the room, but there was only one chair available. When we asked if we could borrow another chair, we were told there were no extra chairs for lending, and the response felt cold and disappointing. After checking in, we went to a convenience store for shopping, but an older man at the front desk stared at us until we got into the elevator. It felt as though he was suspicious of us, which left a very unpleasant impression. We do not plan to stay here again.

    Single Accommodation

I stayed here to visit a nearby concert hall. The reception staff were very kind and pleasant. The elevator requires a room key to operate, which I think is reassuring, especially for solo travelers. Amenities were available at the front desk, so I didn’t feel any inconvenience. Above all, having a convenience store directly connected to the hotel on the first floor was extremely convenient! Considering the price, the room was satisfactory. As for breakfast, it wasn’t as good as I had hoped, but the vegetables were fresh. It’s a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Station but not far enough to feel inconvenient.

    Affordable and budget-friendly.

The Room we used was not very spacious, but considering the price, it was reasonable. The location is about a 10-minute walk to Tochomae Station, and there is a convenience store nearby as well as Yamaya, making it quite convenient. The breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes and tastes delicious. The staff's service was attentive and excellent, leaving us very satisfied.

The staff's attitude at checkout was...

I stayed in a twin room for one night to attend a concert at Opera City Hall in the evening. Given the location in Shinjuku, I understood that it would be difficult to find low-cost options, but the room felt small for the price. The amenities were average, but the tissues were very thin, possibly to cut costs, which was disappointing. At checkout, there were two male foreign staff members who did not greet me and continued chatting with each other while I was using the machine. It was an unfortunate experience.

If you arrive early, we would appreciate it if you could allow an early check-in depending on the room availability.

    Accommodation for the concert

Visited Tokyo from afar and stayed at the accommodation. Given the nature of the area, the room's compact size felt understandable. However, all staff were courteous, and everything was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. The grilled chicken at breakfast was delicious and left the strongest impression. Thank you!

    Cosmetic Surgery Recovery Use

The accommodation was clean overall, and the staff were friendly, but there were some disappointing aspects. The washlet was dirty, which was surprising. I used the tap water for drinking after boiling it in a pot, only to later notice that the faucet itself was unclean. In the early morning, I went to the 7-Eleven on the first floor because I was thirsty, but there were no staff present despite calling out multiple times. Feeling unwell and wanting to buy water and bread, I waited for a long time with no response. It made me wonder how they handle situations like theft. Eventually, a staff member returned from what seemed to be a restroom break but displayed an unfriendly attitude as if my timing inconvenienced them. While it might have been bad timing on my part, this experience left me disappointed since the hotel’s foreign staff provided excellent service otherwise. Additionally, during rainy weather, I was informed that taxis couldn’t be called due to demand. Fortunately, a bus heading to Shinjuku arrived right in front of us just in time; however, it would have been helpful if this option had been mentioned earlier. On a positive note, receiving a handwritten welcome letter upon arrival brought joy and warmth to my stay!

    The air conditioning...

The air conditioning is on even when you're not in the room, allowing for temperature adjustment upon return, which is commendable. The bath water also runs well. The walls of the Room are thick, preventing sound leakage. There are three elevators, so they arrive quickly. However, room cleaning is only done once every three days. Requests cannot be made unless submitted by 10 a.m. the previous day, meaning bed-making cannot be requested for the day after check-in and will not be done unless staying for more than three nights. Gowns are also not changed regularly. This significantly lowers satisfaction levels. Sometimes you want bed-making even during a two-night stay, so having no options is inconvenient.

I used the Hamamatsucho branch the day before, so this is a comparison. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the Room. Also, the front desk service felt a bit cold.

    Thank you very much.

I stayed at the property when attending a live concert! Although I was a woman traveling alone, the area was safe, and the direct route from the station made it easy for someone like me, who is bad with directions, to find my way smoothly! Since it was the New Year period, instant soba was provided in the room, which warmed my heart. Thank you very much.

    The breakfast was also delicious.

I used the breakfast-included plan for a business trip. The cost performance was good, and I was very satisfied. Although it's a bit of a walk from Shinjuku, it was convenient as I could walk to my destination in Yoyogi every day. The foreign male staff at the front desk was pleasant, answering questions promptly with a smile, which left a good impression. I heard that there is a corner near the front desk where you can store luggage with a lock after check-out, and they also offer loan umbrellas. I stayed on the 14th floor, and it was quiet with a view of the cityscape from the window. However, one of the three elevators had vibrations, which was a bit scary, so I rated it four stars. I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

The facility is old, and I wonder about the step between the room and the bathroom in this day and age. The location is convenient, but it's disappointing.
