    I’ve stayed at Presso Inn in Shinjuku, Akasaka, Kudanshita, and here as well. I used it for a Multiple Night Stay, and if you request it, they will clean the Room free of charge. The Room key card is a magnetic stripe card, which has become rare these days. I accidentally locked myself out, but they quickly verified my identity and reissued the key. The amenity coffee is instant powder. Since there’s a nice cup in the Room, I’d prefer drip coffee. It would also be great to have tea. What makes Presso Inn especially good is that the Accommodation Tax is included, so whether it applies or not, you don’t have to deal with any unpleasant surprises on site. I hope more Hotels do this—and I’d like IKYU to display this clearly as well. Please consider expanding to Sapporo too. Maybe there isn’t enough business demand there...

    No power outlet by the bed.

    These days, not having a power outlet by the bed is disappointing. Also, for some reason, only Nippon TV was available on terrestrial channels. Well, I guess you get what you pay for.

    Perhaps because the Room walls are thin, noise from the neighboring Room could be heard very clearly, which felt unsettling.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Conveniently located near stations served by multiple lines, making access very easy. The surrounding area is quiet and relaxing, so I was able to spend my time comfortably. A short walk brings you to convenience stores and restaurants, so there was no inconvenience. The staff were courteous and pleasant, allowing me to stay with peace of mind. This is a Hotel I would like to use again.

    I got off at Kanda S...

    I got off at Kanda Station North Exit and managed to find my way using a map app. On the way back, I headed straight to Kanda Station West Exit, which was easier to navigate. The breakfast was delicious. I felt the miso soup lacked ingredients, so I added some side dishes like ganmo and green beans. It was disappointing that the Room TV couldn't play BS channels. I forgot to borrow comics from the lobby.

    Extremely convenient location for getting anywhere! It's hard to find a more convenient Hotel in the city. It's also quiet and safe at night, which is a great plus.

    What if you stayed in Tokyo even though you live here?

    During this stay, I was deeply disappointed in several aspects. First, I was disheartened by the significant price difference between the advance reservation and the rate on the previous day. When I inquired about this at reception, my concerns were completely dismissed, leaving me feeling upset. Additionally, the room smelled of cigarettes, and the carpet was sticky, making it impossible to stay comfortably. The JR-affiliated hotel I stayed at the following day was excellent, which further highlighted my disappointment with this stay.

    The air conditioning is too strong.

    The air conditioning was set to the maximum, which was appreciated on a hot day, but I adjusted it to the lowest setting upon entering the room. After some time, it still felt too cold, so I turned it off. I considered opening the window but decided against it. The Facility's temperature management needs improvement, so I will reconsider using this accommodation in the future.

    It was comfortable.

    The room was clean and well-maintained, allowing for a comfortable stay. Both the front desk staff and cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming. Although I didn’t use it, the manga books in the lobby added a warm touch. I appreciated the thoughtful efforts to ensure guests have an enjoyable stay.

    I forgot my laundry.

    I have stayed at this accommodation multiple times, but for the first time, I forgot my laundry. I explained the room number and details, and it seems to have been found, but I am dissatisfied that there has been no contact regarding shipping so far.

    There were various issues at the Hotel due to its outdated Facility.

    During my stay at this Hotel, I experienced several issues and discomforts. (1) The handwritten room number on the paper room card key holder provided at check-in was incorrect. (2) The toilet in the Room had unflushed toilet paper. (3) The old-style air conditioner in the Room (with only three settings: high, medium, low) did not work well and failed to cool the Room. → After contacting the front desk, I was asked to check the air conditioning in a neighboring Room and eventually moved to another Room. (4) The room card key I took with me when going out could only turn on electricity but could not unlock the door upon return. A new one was prepared by the front desk but still failed to open the door. → A staff member from reception had to adjust the lock attached to my door manually. (5) Due to these various troubles, I told reception that "I cannot agree with paying full price under these circumstances; please consult someone higher up." Shortly after, a manager came over and offered me a breakfast voucher as compensation, which I declined. Before checking out, another manager informed me that no refunds were possible but said I could stay beyond checkout time for as long as I'd like—this too was declined by me. Finally, when leaving, I remarked that "Choosing this Hotel was my mistake," to which their manager shook their head emphatically while saying nothing further in response.

    Close to the station, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby for your convenience.

    I stayed here for a concert at Tokyo Dome. It is conveniently located near Awajicho Station on the Tokyo Metro, with a convenience store right by the exit and several restaurants in the area. The Room was clean and well-maintained, and I enjoyed using the shower with its strong water pressure. The surroundings were quiet, allowing for a comfortable stay without any disturbances. I would love to stay here again next time I attend a concert at Tokyo Dome.

    Clean and conveniently located

    Quiet environment, multiple train lines nearby, great for walks in good seasons, clean. Guests can choose eco-friendly settings with fewer cleaning sessions. The bathroom and washroom had an odor.

    Including the Accommodation Tax was appreciated.

    It is nice that you take off your shoes before entering the room. The outlets are well-equipped. However, it was slightly disappointing that there was only powdered green tea available and no coffee or black tea. Since I arrived around noon, I couldn’t enter the room yet. The weather was tricky—neither too warm nor too cold—so I had to access my luggage several times for a change of clothes, which might have been inconvenient for the staff. There is a restroom on the first floor where I could change clothes, but the multipurpose one lacked hooks, making it less convenient. It also felt odd that spare toilet paper was placed directly on the floor. For lunch, there were plenty of good options found via Google Maps or by walking around town, so I ate in this town both days. It was great that this accommodation included the Accommodation Tax in its pricing. When Accommodation Tax has to be paid separately at check-in or check-out, it feels like an unnecessary hassle and can create frustration about whether it's worth paying for what you’re getting—but none of that here! As more regions implement Accommodation Taxes, inclusive pricing with all taxes should become standard practice everywhere.

    Snoring is clearly audible...

    The check-in service was excellent, and the guidance provided by the gentleman near the elevator was also great. However, I couldn't sleep at all due to snoring from the neighboring Room throughout the night. I have used Business Hotels during business trips before, but this time it was terrible. The walls must be very thin as I felt exhausted all day from lack of sleep. Although I considered requesting a Room change, it was midnight and my luggage was already unpacked, so I didn't call. Perhaps it's because of its age, but for the price, it doesn't seem worth it. I chose this Hotel for its location but found it disappointing overall.

    I have used this hotel several times during my business trips to Tokyo. The service was just right, and I had a comfortable stay. If I were to suggest improvements, it would be these two points: I would like the hotel to enable BS broadcasting reception and replace the old trouser press with a new one.

    The air conditioning is disappointing.

    A large sign about the centralized air conditioning system was hanging in front of the elevator, and while the explanation was easy to understand, the outside temperature on the day of stay was cold, and the temperature inside the room felt very cold, which was disappointing. Since the perceived temperature varies from person to person, the difference in feeling hot or cold is different for each individual, but since there is no function to adjust the air conditioning in each room, it may be inevitable. In that case, how about considering a method to monitor the actual room temperature somewhere and make fine adjustments, not just the set temperature? The large explanation being displayed suggests that there are many inquiries from customers. Additionally, it was disappointing that the ventilation in the bathroom was not working, causing the smell of sewage to linger.

    As usual.

    After several years, I stayed again, but as usual, it seems the toilet cleaning is not done. There was excrement stuck to the nozzle, and there was dirt that had accumulated over the years. Upon entering the room, I couldn't stop sneezing, and it seemed like they only vacuumed in the closed room, so I think the dust was severe. I thought about turning on the air purifier, but it was covered in dust, so I gave up. There is no explanation in the Plan, but in the case of a Multiple Night Stay, cleaning is done from the 4th night, so most people do not have cleaning.

    The mold in the bathroom and the damp feeling on the floor were unpleasant.

    I have used this Property several times, but this time was terrible. Mold on the bathroom door, next to the mirror, under the sink, on the shower handle, and mold everywhere... It was so bad that I wanted to buy foam kitchen bleach to disinfect it. Even now, remembering it makes me feel sick... The floor was also damp in places, and I couldn't move without taking off my shoes. I understand that the years have passed, but if there is that much mold, I think measures should be taken... Even though the price is reasonable, isn't it too much mold for a Property? It was disgusting. Even remembering it makes me feel sick...

    Convenient Business Hotel

    Keio Presso Inn Kanda is conveniently located, so I often use it. It's a typical Business Hotel, so if you're looking for quality, it might feel a bit different, but it has the necessary minimum amenities and smooth check-out, which is appreciated. I will use it again.
