  Quiet at night and conveniently located near the station.

  Although it is right in front of the station, it was quiet at night with little noise. There was hardly any nighttime mechanical noise from the refrigerator, etc., which was very nice. I was a bit confused about how to operate the air conditioner remote control buttons.

We are also relieved to know that the operating sounds of appliances such as the refrigerator did not interfere with your comfort and helped you sleep well. However, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused regarding operation of the air conditioner remote control. We will work on improvements so that it can be used easily by anyone.   The bath and the service were excellent.

  The Room was very hot, just as my friend had told me. It seemed like the heating was still on even after I turned it off. Even on cold days, I slept with the window open. Also, the coin laundry has only two washing machines and two dryers, so I would like you to add more. If possible, I would prefer separate rooms for women and men.

Our air conditioning is centrally controlled throughout the Hotel, so heating and cooling cannot be adjusted individually in each Room.   Satisfied!

  Conveniently located Hotel near the station!

  I stayed at this hotel to visit Samukawa Shrine. On weekends, I often stay at various hotels around Tokyo and Kanagawa for a refreshing getaway. The staff were pleasant, and the person during check-out left a lasting impression with their wonderful smile! The room was fine for single use, but since we were two people this time, the bathroom felt slightly inconvenient to use. The layout seemed not well-considered... The accommodation had a casual atmosphere with relatively younger guests. It might be slightly less suitable for senior generations, but overall, it's understandable why it has good ratings as a facility. Thank you very much!

  Very convenient, close to the station!

  It is very convenient as it is right by the station and there are plenty of commercial facilities in the area! I arrived late at night due to work, but there was staff at the front desk 24 hours, which was very helpful! The service was also very good. The room was well cleaned and tidy, and most importantly, the separate bath and toilet is a point! However, I was concerned about the small black stains in the grooves on the bathroom floor and the mold in the grooves on the side of the bathtub and the ceiling. It is very convenient and reasonable, so I would like to stay again on my next business trip! Thank you very much!!
