  Delicious breakfast and friendly, attentive breakfast staff.

  I stayed here on a business trip. It’s close to my workplace, and there’s a convenience store on the first floor, which is very convenient. For breakfast, you can choose between a bento box and a sandwich. You can eat at the venue or take it out and enjoy it in your Room or while you’re out, which is very convenient. The bacon-and-egg sandwich was filling and delicious. The female staff are always cheerful and efficient, so I can enjoy breakfast time comfortably every time. Thank you!

  Somehow

  The property feels dark, and the front desk staff seem reluctant to help. The Room smells of cigarette smoke.

  It is relatively close to Nishi-Umeda Station, but the nearby exit has stairs.

  A very calm and relaxing Hotel. The breakfast is delicious, but the beverage area can get a bit crowded depending on the time.

  I had a comfortable stay.

  Daily cleaning was thorough, making my stay very comfortable. The breakfast seemed affordable and even available for takeout, but this time I purchased from the convenience store on the first floor. Next time, I might opt for a stay with breakfast included.

  I stayed for two nig...

  I stayed for two nights for a relative's wedding. The price felt a bit high, but the location was good, and the Room was clean and comfortable. It's a pity that the view is not very visible due to the exterior wall construction. I will use it again if there is another opportunity.

  Kettle

  The kettle was unsanitary. When I tried to use it, the inside was wet and when tilted, it contained a brown liquid.
