    Shower

    The shower temperature suddenly changes and turns cold, which startled me many times. I would like this to be improved. Also, the Kumamoto earthquake occurred during my stay. It shook quite a bit, but there was no contact or guidance from the Accommodation. Weren’t you at least concerned? Some nearby buildings even had their elevators stop. I didn’t think it was worth asking at the time, but some basic information or guidance would have been appreciated.

    I’ll stay here again.

    I hadn’t stayed here before, but I chose it this time because it has been renovated and is now very clean, you can enjoy Nespresso coffee in your Room, and there are many izakayas and restaurants nearby! The parking was at a partnered lot very close by and cost 1,000 yen. The Hotel Room was a twin, but it was spacious, easy to use, newly updated, and really great. There’s just one thing I’d like them to work on: I noticed hair from the previous guest in several places. I assume it may have been left behind during cleaning and wiping down the unit bath. If a final check is done at the end, guests will be able to stay even more comfortably. As a guest, you tend to notice signs of the previous occupant in the Room. Other than that, the bedding was good as well—it was truly a very comfortable Hotel!

    It was great.

    I stayed for one night and, overall, it was a great experience. The location in Chinatown is also very convenient. I made my Reservation through IKYU, but I am also a member of this Hotel, and my member benefits were properly applied without me having to mention anything. One point for improvement: Room 719. This may have gone unnoticed by the housekeeping staff, but when draining the bathtub, the drain clogs and water overflows up to your feet. It almost spills out of the bathroom. It might be hard to notice during cleaning if only a small amount of shower water is used. Breakfast was also excellent. Although the dining area is compact, it was very good. I would like to stay here again next time I visit Nagasaki.

    I was able to stay at a discounted rate with a last-minute reservation.

    One-night stay with family. My wife and daughter stayed in a Standard Twin Room, while I stayed alone in a Double Room. The rooms felt slightly dated but were clean and comfortable. We arrived around noon intending to just leave our luggage, but the room was ready, and we were allowed to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The reservation was made on short notice about three days prior for approximately 22,000 yen for three people with breakfast included. Breakfast was a buffet offering Japanese, Western, and Chinese options and was delicious. The staff provided polite and excellent service. Close to Chinatown as well as Dejima and Glover Garden.

    It was comfortable!

    I stayed for 2 nights on a solo trip. Thanks to the IKYU discount and my One Harmony card, I received complimentary apple juice and a 5% discount on breakfast, making my stay very cost-effective. The room was clean, and the early check-in at 2 PM was convenient. Since I spent much of my time in the room to conserve energy for an outdoor summer concert, having a Nespresso machine in the room made it very comfortable. On the first night, I skipped breakfast as I had an early lunch planned, but on the second morning, with an early flight ahead, I enjoyed a leisurely buffet starting at 6:30 AM with plenty of delicious options. In previous visits to Nagasaki, I've stayed at other hotels; however, next time I'm in Nagasaki, I'll definitely choose this accommodation again. Thank you for your hospitality!

    The staff are very kind and attentive. The Room is spacious enough. The parking lot is a tower type, so smaller cars are recommended.

    Excellent location

    The parking lot is right in front, allowing you to check on your car from the Hotel Room. The Room is equipped with a coffee maker that brews delicious coffee, letting you enjoy a luxurious moment. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Chinatown and tourist attractions. Most conveniently, it serves as a bus stop for visiting the night view of Inase Mountain. This time was a one-night stay, but next time I would like to have a Multiple Night Stay and explore Nagasaki on foot.

    Solo Travel

    I stayed in a single room, and compared to other Business Hotels, the Room was more spacious with a wider bed, making it very comfortable. After walking around all day for sightseeing and feeling tired, I had dinner at the Hotel's Chinese restaurant. They offered a mini set menu, which was convenient as I didn’t need to go out to Chinatown.

    Lantern Festival

    This property is located in Chinatown, making it very convenient to go anywhere, and I made the reservation a long time ago. The location is perfect. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The umbrella we borrowed was helpful due to the snow. All the staff were kind, and I would definitely like to stay again next time.

    It was clean and convenient.

    The location is within walking distance to various places, and I was able to stay comfortably in the new Room. The airport bus stop for the return trip is also nearby, making it convenient and nice to check out, leave your luggage, and go sightseeing.

    I requested a different Room for a Multiple Night Stay, but I appreciated the flexibility in keeping the same Room. The location is convenient from the tram, making it perfect for sightseeing. All necessary items, such as a mobile charging cable, were available, so I have no particular complaints. Thank you for your hospitality.

    A remarkably quiet urban hotel

    The hotel was in the city center, yet it made me forget the surrounding hustle and bustle. The lobby was enveloped in tranquility, and it was clean, allowing me to enter the room with a refreshing feeling. The amenities were also well-equipped. The breakfast seemed to be mainly Chinese, given the location, and felt a bit heavy, but the seasoning was light, so I ended up eating too much. Personally, I think it would have been better if the mattress was a bit firmer.
