    A high-quality Hotel you’ll want to make your regular choice

    The Room is new, and the bathroom area is spotless. The staff were very courteous, and above all, I was amazed by the high quality of the breakfast. With a focus on locally sourced ingredients, there were also local specialties such as chilled soup (hiyajiru), chicken nanban, and shiso tofu, plus even a trolley service—quality you wouldn’t expect from a Business Hotel. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the station, but close to the downtown area; it was a wonderful Hotel where I’d definitely like to stay again when I visit Miyazaki next time.

    The front desk staff were arrogant and the service was terrible. I don’t think I’ll stay here again.

    The Room and bathroom cleanliness are excellent. You can really feel the care and attention to detail from the cleaning staff. I’ll definitely stay again—thank you!

    Thank you again for having us. We have stayed here several times, but this time when I went into the toilet, it had not been flushed and there was toilet paper left in the water. Also, there was a clump of blood stuck on the side under the bathtub. I wiped it off myself, but it was very unpleasant. It had hardened quite a bit, so it took courage to clean it. Other than that, everything was fine as usual and we were able to stay without any issues.

    Great meals. Convenient location. Excellent service.

    I stayed for a Multiple Night Stay of 3 nights and had a comfortable, pleasant stay without any unpleasant experiences. The breakfast buffet was full of Miyazaki特色, and I felt the fresh sashimi was beyond what you’d normally expect from a buffet. The value for money was so good that I was genuinely surprised. I had been considering another Hotel for my stay in Miyazaki in August, but I will stay at JAL City Miyazaki again. Whether early morning, daytime, or late at night, the staff were consistently courteous and attentive. It’s a Hotel I can trust. Thank you very much.

    Overall, it was good.

    Although it is a Business Hotel, the staff provided exceptional service that truly reflects JAL's standards, making for a very pleasant stay. The Room was not spacious but compactly arranged, so it did not feel cramped. However, there was dust behind the desk lamp, and while it's a minor detail, more thorough cleaning would be appreciated. There was a slight delay due to parking machine trouble upon departure, but the staff's polite response left a positive impression. I look forward to staying again.

    Best of Both Worlds Hotel

    The Hotel itself is not very large, but its excellent location and compact yet fully equipped facilities as a Business Hotel make for a comfortable stay. Most notably, the quality of the breakfast is outstanding, significantly enhancing its appeal. The impressive buffet selection and the warm hospitality of the staff made me want to return.

    It was comfortable.

    It was a very clean Room and a smoking room, but there was no cigarette smell at all. The unit bath was also cleaned well, and I was pleased with the hygiene. The cleanliness is significantly different from other Hotels. I would like to stay again. If it's cheap, this is the place to be. The location is good, close to Tachibana Street shopping district and Don Quijote.
