    The twin Room was terrible. The floors and walls were dirty, and it felt very cramped. I paid an additional fee to upgrade to a higher-grade Room. It was larger and cleaner, which I found satisfactory. The staff service was good.

    The staff were courteous, and we enjoyed the meals. The bus stop was nearby, and it was within walking distance from the station, so the location was convenient. However, the Room had noticeable dirt on the floor and some hair left behind, and there was a lot of mold in areas such as the corners of the bathroom, so it did not feel clean. It may have been only the Room we stayed in, but it was disappointing.

    Please do something about the toilet.

    This is a repeat stay. I like the breakfast here, but I was disappointed that the bitter melon for the salad is no longer available, and that the fish at the seafood rice bowl station has been changed to inexpensive minced tuna (it used to be white fish). As before, I’m also concerned about the plumbing area—the toilet feels old (water splashes up from inside the bowl during flushing, which makes it uncomfortable). Also, it seems that OneHarmony benefits have been changed for the worse and are now limited to Reservations made through the official website only, which was disappointing as well. I understand you’ve had a difficult time due to recent incidents, but given your excellent location, I hope you won’t rely on that alone and will continue striving to become an even better Hotel.

    Given the age of the property, that’s understandable, but I would have liked better cleaning and repairs. The in-room carpet felt slightly damp, so I would have preferred it to be drier. The staff’s service and the housekeeping team’s greetings were excellent.

    My go-to Accommodation in Naha. For JAL fans, it’s almost too comfortable!

    My regular Accommodation in Naha. Access from the airport is via the monorail. It faces Kokusai-dori, and you can reach the Seven-Eleven directly from the Hotel lobby, so there’s no need to go outside. Made a Reservation with a Plan that earns JAL mileage. At check-in, they carefully checked availability and upgraded my Room. The higher floor was extremely comfortable. Done for next time as well.

    The breakfast is exceptionally delicious.

    I’d known about this Hotel for a long time, but this was my first stay. From Kokusai-dori, I thought it might not be that large, but it’s actually a very big Hotel. Both the front desk staff and the housekeeping staff were very pleasant. It rained throughout my stay, but I was able to spend the whole time comfortably, and I’m glad I chose to stay here. The breakfast buffet was also excellent—not only Okinawan dishes, but also freshly baked croissants that I went back for again and again. If I have the chance, I’d definitely like to stay here again.

    Because I have difficulty walking, I requested a Room. Thank you very much for your consideration. The breakfast was delicious, and I enjoyed plenty of freshly baked croissants. It is also in a very convenient location right in the middle of Kokusai-dori. Thank you for your hospitality.

    We always stay here when visiting Naha.

    I always stay at JAL City Naha at the end of my trips to Okinawa. The location is excellent, and it’s about a 15-minute taxi ride to Naha Airport. What stands out most is the wonderful food at the first-floor restaurant, Bon Appétit, and the outstanding service from the staff. I will definitely continue to stay here in the future. Thank you very much.

    The location is good, but...

    I visit Okinawa several times every year. This time, I stayed here for the first time because my wife was attending a concert, and the Hotel is close to the venue and faces Kokusai-dori. The location is convenient and great. However, I was honestly disappointed with the front desk service and the attitude of the cleaning staff. Since it’s part of a Nikko group, I expected that even as a Business Hotel it would be fine, but that was a mistake. Breakfast was almost the same for two days in a row; only the sausage and grilled fish changed. The omelet shown in photos at the live station wasn’t available on either day—only fried eggs... Hmm... With many Hotels on Kokusai-dori now offering better service, I won’t be staying here again next time.

    A friendly Hotel with a convenient location.

    I never realized there was a Hotel like this on Naha’s Kokusai-dori. It also has parking, and above all, shopping is right on Kokusai-dori, making it extremely convenient.

    Not properly cleaned.

    The room's floor is stained and dirty. Mold is present throughout the bathroom, indicating a lack of thorough cleaning. While the location in the middle of Kokusai Street is excellent and I chose this accommodation expecting quality due to its association with JAL and its 4-star rating as a business hotel, it was disappointing. From now on, I will carefully select accommodations even if they are slightly less convenient.

    Comfortable Hotel JAL City Naha

    It was a pleasure to stay here again after a long time. Being located on Kokusai Street, the accommodation was very convenient for shopping and dining. The lobby and guest rooms were exceptionally clean. At check-in, the young male front desk staff (Mr. M) kindly explained the reservation details and facility usage in a clear and warm manner, which made me feel that choosing Hotel JAL City Naha was absolutely the right decision. I believe that what makes this hotel stand out is the excellent service provided by its front desk staff, which greatly enhances the overall experience. Thanks to this exceptional hospitality, my stay from check-in to check-out was comfortable and relaxing both physically and mentally. Please convey my heartfelt gratitude to Mr. M: "Thank you so much for your kind assistance; it allowed me to enjoy an unforgettable hotel experience." I visit Okinawa about twice a year for refreshment purposes, so I look forward to staying at Hotel JAL City Naha again next time.     Used every summer

    Used every year for summer trips to Okinawa. Stay on the arrival or final day. In between, stay at a Hotel near the beach. Staying on the final day is convenient as it's close to the airport, making it less physically and mentally tiring—a big advantage. The same applies to staying on the night of arrival. For trips to Tokashiki Island, staying here the day before or on departure was convenient due to its proximity to the port. Having a convenience store on the first floor is also a plus. Located along Kokusai Street, it’s very handy for various needs. The Hotel staff are professional and provide peace of mind. However, it's disappointing that Room slippers are not disposable but provided in-room; from subsequent years onward, I brought my own slippers for use in Rooms. There are two coin laundry machines that stop around 10 PM—slightly inconvenient but understandable due to noise concerns. Despite some drawbacks, there are more advantages than disadvantages, leading me to return repeatedly!

    The cleanliness did not meet expectations for the price...

    The first thing that shocked me upon entering the room was how dirty the floor was. It was covered in black stains everywhere, as if they couldn't be cleaned no matter how much you wiped. I couldn't bring myself to walk barefoot in such a room and had to wear slippers at all times. The bathroom area was also extremely moldy, with large amounts of hair scattered around. The shower drain was clogged with hair and wouldn't drain at all. I had reserved a double bed room, but I was given a twin bed room instead, which left me disappointed as it defeated the purpose of my reservation. The room was so dirty that although I planned to stay for two nights, I cut my stay short after one night and booked another hotel instead. When I mentioned this during checkout, all I received was a half-hearted "We apologize" without even making eye contact while they continued working on something else. I will never stay here again.

    I had a great night's sleep.

    I stayed here on the first day of my trip to Okinawa. My flight from Haneda was scheduled for 8:00 PM, but due to bad weather, it was delayed, and I arrived at the Hotel around 11:30 PM. The front desk staff greeted me with a smile, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was clean and spotless, with a great view of Kokusai Street from the window. Although there was unfortunate weather that night with lightning flashing and thunder rumbling outside, the excellent soundproofing ensured that no noise disturbed me inside the room, allowing me to sleep soundly until morning. Additionally, having a convenience store on the first floor is very convenient!

    Good Hotel

    Upon check-in, we were offered a cold towel and salted black sugar, which was very refreshing in the heat. The Room was clean, and the unit bath was well-maintained with fluorescent lighting that added a sense of cleanliness. The location is right in the middle of Kokusai Street, making it convenient for dining out and shopping for souvenirs on the way back. It's also within walking distance to the prefectural office and Yui Rail station. I would love to stay here again!

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I have visited Naha City many times before, but this was my first time staying here. The location is excellent, right on Kokusai Street, making it very convenient. After checking in, I was able to go shopping on foot immediately. The room was just the right size and very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and greeted me with smiles during both check-in and check-out, leaving a great impression. I would definitely like to stay here again next time!

    Great value for money

    Stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it covered Okinawan specialties and was well-balanced, making it easy to choose without confusion or wandering around. The Room showed some age with noticeable mold and wear in the bathroom area, but considering the affordable price, it was acceptable. It would be great if laundry services were available until later hours. Would love to stay again!

    Excellent location

    Located along Kokusai Street, the location is excellent. The Hotel is directly connected to a 7-Eleven, making it extremely convenient! The Room was spacious and clean, with a large bathtub. I had a very comfortable stay.

    Whether to include breakfast as Earn Points.

    The hotel is renowned for its breakfast, and it truly lived up to the reputation. However, there is almost no view, and the water facilities are noticeably outdated. As mentioned in other reviews, the toilet made a loud buzzing noise every time I adjusted my seating position, and splashing water made it uncomfortable. While renovating the bathroom or sink might be challenging, I hope at least the toilets can be updated. That said, the location is excellent—right in the heart of Kokusai Street. This hotel would be ideal for those prioritizing dining and sightseeing over room facilities. I will consider staying again if they upgrade their toilets.

    Conveniently located Hotel with excellent breakfast

    The reason I have always chosen this hotel is its excellent location right in the heart of Kokusai Street. It’s incredibly convenient to go out for food and drinks anywhere. A corner of the first floor of the hotel is a 7-Eleven, and there’s also a FamilyMart right next door, which adds to the convenience. The breakfast gets upgraded every year, and I end up indulging in Okinawan cuisine from the morning. The service where freshly baked croissants are brought around the venue is fantastic, and it’s delightful that almost all Okinawan dishes are included in this breakfast. Despite all this, both accommodation fees and breakfast costs remain reasonable. When reserving, make sure to reserve with breakfast included—you’re guaranteed satisfaction!

    Great location

    This has always been my go-to accommodation in Naha. The location is excellent, and the staff provide just the right level of service. When I called the front desk about missing towels, they immediately recognized my name without me having to introduce myself, making the interaction very smooth. However, I was quite concerned about the cleanliness of the bathroom. Issues like dirt in crevices and clogged drains should be addressed for improvement.

    Ranked as a Business Hotel, but with the elegance and service of a City Hotel. All staff members, including the cleaning team, provided pleasant and courteous service, making for a comfortable stay.
