    I was happy that you assigned me a room on a high floor.

    On my previous stay I was on a lower floor, but this time—maybe because I requested it—I was assigned a high-floor Room. With Kokusai-dori and many other places nearby, the location is extremely convenient and makes it easy to go out. Breakfast on the second day was delicious, but there were many student guests, and quite a few of them did not follow basic manners. That’s the main reason my score went down a bit. I don’t know if it was for a national sports event or some kind of sports festival, but if they are staying as a group, their supervisors should remind them to behave properly while eating. That was the only disappointing part. Amenities were available in the elevator hall, so I used those. Since it was only one night, I wasn’t expecting much in terms of Room quality—being able to sleep and take a bath was enough—but because it was on a high floor, the night view was great and made me happy. It’s also easy to access from the airport and convenient for getting to my next destination as well, so when I go to Okinawa again, this Hotel will definitely be my choice.

    The Room on the top ...

    The Room on the top floor had a great view, and the complimentary coffee machine was excellent. I used the bar, but it closes at 11:00 PM, so I wish it stayed open a little later. The food was delicious and served in generous portions, which was great.

    No repeat visits, several disappointing aspects.

    Stayed for 4 nights due to a family visit. Since we had a 0-year-old baby, we opted for a spacious tatami room despite the higher cost. Unfortunately, there were many disappointing aspects, and I decided not to return for future visits. Although the location is convenient and I considered making it my regular accommodation if satisfied, this will not be the case. As it was a long stay, I wished for a more comfortable experience. To prevent others from having similar disappointments, especially regarding cleanliness, improvements are necessary. Disappointing Points: - Upon entering the room right after arrival, the fluorescent light was flickering and had to be replaced immediately. However, a dusty towel used during this process was left behind in the room. - While being part of a "Welcome Baby" hotel with ample rental items available for families with children, only four towels (for two adults) were provided in total; additional towels required an extra fee. Water service was only offered on the first day (no discount or perks for multiple night stays). This felt unnecessarily stingy. - Despite having a 0-year-old baby and placing "cleaning requested" signs on our door daily, it was evident that tasks like cleaning the bathtub or vacuuming the tatami floor were neglected. The diaper trash bin wasn’t emptied even once during our 5-day stay (cleaning seemed limited to bed-making, towel replacement, trash removal from bins other than diapers, and replenishing amenities). - The cleaning request sign is magnetic and placed inside after cleaning is done; however, it was carelessly slapped onto our door unevenly each time—something I hadn’t noticed at other accommodations where such signs are usually neatly repositioned. - A bed guard installed upon request had been removed during cleaning on Day 2 and left abandoned in one corner of the room afterward (likely removed during bed-making but never reinstalled). It remained untouched thereafter. Positive Points: - Excellent range of rental items available for families with children. - Delicious breakfast with kind and attentive hall staff. - Affordable happy hour at the bar with few guests around made it easy to relax even when accompanied by children.

    New Year's in Okinawa

    I decided to cancel my Multiple Night Stay in Onna Village and booked a Multiple Night Stay at a slightly cheaper Hotel in Naha City for the first time. However, the poor Room cleaning, lack of bottled water on the second day despite it being a Multiple Night Stay, and having noisy neighbors with bad manners right next door made it impossible to sleep and resulted in a terrible experience. Although staff responded to visible dust in the Room after I called, which stopped my sneezing, this Hotel left me with no desire to return. It would have been nice if the front desk had mentioned drink services available at the lounge, but I was unaware of them. Additionally, seeing some guests leaving trash and empty bottles visibly around made me uncomfortable staying there (I felt like saying something). Measures such as assigning quieter Rooms are necessary.

    Stayed here for a business trip.

    I stayed here during my business trip to Okinawa Main Island. Positive points: - Breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. - Convenient location and excellent Facility. - Outstanding service. Negative point: - Water pressure in the shower. Apart from the water heating issue, everything was perfect. I will stay here again!

    I stayed at the accommodation to have dinner on Kokusai Street the night before my trip. The price was reasonable, so I didn’t have high expectations, but my room was upgraded to a larger one than originally booked. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom seemed newly renovated and very tidy. My whole family loved it and agreed that we should have stayed another night. I would love to make a reservation here again when I visit Okinawa next time. Thank you!

    I use this place every time I travel to Okinawa. It offers affordable prices and convenient access from Naha Airport by taxi. The spa is available, and the facilities are clean and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. I've stayed here about three times already.

    Regular Accommodation

    Stayed for 7 nights on my third visit. Although I reserved a twin room, I was upgraded to a spacious superior twin room. While there are some signs of aging, I was able to relax and enjoy my stay. The best feature here is undoubtedly the excellent access. Both the Yui Rail and bus terminal are within close proximity, making it very convenient to go anywhere. This has become my regular accommodation when staying in Naha. The lobby and lounge are spacious and comfortable as well. I have tried two other hotels before, but this one suits me the best. Regarding Yui Rail, using Kencho-mae Station instead of Asahibashi Station might be more convenient. From Kencho-mae Station, take the elevator down and walk past Ryukyu Bank (currently under construction). The path is flat and easy to walk with luggage in tow.

    The location is great as it is close to Kokusai Street. The accommodation fee is cheap, but I wish the parking fee was a bit cheaper. Also, I would like the spa usage fee to be more affordable.

    The lounge was convenient.

    It was convenient as it was close to Kokusai Street. I enjoyed having coffee and juice in the lounge on the first floor and relaxing on the sofa. I learned about this from other people's Reviews, but there was no information provided at the front desk, so I wish they had mentioned it.

    Good location

    I used this Property as a pre-stay before heading to a Hotel in Onna Village. We were able to stay with 4 people in one Room, which was more economical than booking two Rooms. The water facilities in the Room were clean. The public bath required an additional fee, so we did not use it. However, the bed felt a bit springy, and I found the comfort slightly off. Since it was just a one-night stay, it wasn't an issue for me. The location is good, so it might be suitable for those with a short Hotel stay.

    I applied a filter for a sauna and made a reservation because it was located in the city center. I was surprised to hear at check-in that the sauna was an additional charge. The website only mentioned that there was a sauna, with no indication of an extra fee. The temperature of both the sauna and the cold bath was not satisfactory. Given the good location, it has high potential to become a great hotel if improvements are made.
