    Even for a smoking Room, it’s terrible.

    I stayed in a smoking Room. Since it is a smoking Room, I understand that lingering odors and stained wallpaper are to be expected, but there were several other issues I could not accept. The Room was bleak with no decorations at all, and the old desk and chairs had worn edges and were covered in scratches. The bedside outlet and the alarm display were also so worn and faded that I couldn’t read them. There was a noticeable stain on the bathroom floor, and the hair dryer was placed in a cramped, unstable spot, which made me afraid it would fall. I would not stay here again.

    The toilet had not been cleaned.

    This was my second stay. I appreciated that it was close to my business destination and affordable, but the room was not cleaned thoroughly. There were urine stains left on the toilet seat from the previous guest, and there seemed to be grime in the bathtub. It felt like some cleaning had been missed.

    The service this time was disappointing.

    Although it is a 5-minute walk from Chikushi Exit, this hotel offers great value for money and has been my go-to accommodation for business trips to Hakata. However, during my recent stay, I initially booked a plan without breakfast due to an early morning schedule. When my plans suddenly changed and I needed to stay another night in Hakata, I called the hotel to ask if I could book the second night's reservation with breakfast included and transfer that breakfast to the first morning. Unfortunately, they immediately responded with "That is not possible," without any hesitation. As a result, I chose a different hotel for the second night of my stay. Since their breakfast is typically served as a buffet, accommodating one additional person should have been feasible in principle. It was disappointing that they couldn't handle this request more flexibly. While I appreciated the complimentary sweets and coffee available after check-in during previous stays, this experience left me so dissatisfied that I likely won't be returning in the future.

    Convenient Hotel near Hakata Station

    This time, I visited on a business trip. I was grateful and delighted to receive the small sweets and coffee provided after check-in. It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there are convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making it a convenient Hotel.

    The location is good, about a 5-minute walk from Hakata Station. The room is small, with space to open a suitcase in front of the door. Nevertheless, there is an unnecessarily large chair in the center of the room. I bumped my foot on it several times. The scrambled eggs at breakfast are dissolved, requiring a spoon. The sound of doors opening and closing on the same floor can be heard in the room. If it happens late at night, it might disturb your sleep. If you're just staying, there's no particular problem.
