  Mistake...

  The Hotel was neither particularly good nor bad. It has convenient access from the underground shopping area. The Receipt I received at check-out belonged to a different guest... They addressed it promptly afterward, which was appreciated.

  The Hotel was clean and the service was good, but I would appreciate a shelf in the Room bathroom to place bath towels.

  Satisfied with the location and price

  I always stay here when visiting Nagoya. It is close to Sakae Station and the downtown area, and the accommodation fee is reasonable. However, I was dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the room I stayed in this time. There were long hairs on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub, and there seemed to be dust behind the TV stand as if it hadn't been wiped. It's convenient, so I will use it again, but please ensure there are no hairs as it feels unpleasant.

  It was excellent.

  My wife stayed this time and was extremely satisfied. The room was clean and comfortable, and despite arriving earlier than planned, the staff accommodated her check-in. She was deeply impressed by the kind and courteous service of the employees. Thank you very much!

  Kind and convenient

  I use this facility when staying in Nagoya. It has good access to Sakae Station and the downtown area, and there is a convenience store within the same facility, which is convenient. The front desk staff are also kind and courteous, and they are willing to discuss check-in times. If I may offer one criticism, the trash from the complimentary coffee is left unattended, which is unsightly. I would like them to either install a trash can or clean it up regularly. It is also a matter of manners for the users.
