  It was great.

  The location was excellent, and the staff were kind. The free coffee was a nice bonus, and I was lucky to be able to watch the streetcars from the breakfast area window. There’s also a dumpling restaurant, an izakaya, and a convenience store in the same building, so everything you need is right there.

  This is my second time.

  Whenever I visit Utsunomiya, I stay at this Hotel. Thank you as always. Not only the front desk staff, but also the parking staff are all very polite and kind, which makes my stay very pleasant.

  Smooth handling of issues

  The fixed part of the shower in the Room required repair, so I informed them about it. They checked and guided me to move to another Room, allowing me to stay comfortably. Thank you very much.

  Visit Futarasan Shrine

  Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and the staff were very pleasant. The Room was also well-cleaned.

  Excellent Hospitality

  The Facility may be a bit dated, but the service, especially from the parking staff, was exceptional and left a great impression. The breakfast was standard but delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again when visiting Tochigi.
