    Why did you say the Room number out loud?

    I will never accept having my Room number read aloud at check-in. What do you think guest safety means? If my Room number is exposed and I am put in danger, you will take full responsibility, correct? Moreover, I immediately instructed the staff member involved to change my Room, yet they responded as if it were a hassle. This happened because of your mistake. On top of that, as I was getting into the elevator, I clearly heard that staff member and others around them mocking me with remarks like “She’s overreacting” and “She’s ugly—why is she even worried,” which was extremely unpleasant. If I had been recording, I would have confronted you with it. All front desk staff were men, so perhaps they are indifferent to crimes targeting women—this is deeply disappointing. Even if there is any price difference due to the Room change, it is entirely your fault and I will not pay it.

    Great location.

    Very close to the station, with a LAN behind it. Shopping areas are also not far—an excellent location. We booked at a good rate: 39,000 for three days for three people. If I can get a price like this again, I would consider staying here again.

    It was affordable but cold.

    Conveniently located near the station, clean, and affordable. However, despite the air conditioner being on maximum, the room temperature did not rise enough and it was cold. I regret not asking the front desk for a blanket. It would likely be comfortable during seasons other than winter.

    Disappointing impression

    Stayed for a business trip I made a reservation because the reviews were good However, I couldn't adjust the heating in the room and there was no phone to call the front desk, so I couldn't report it and couldn't sleep because it was cold The breakfast had so few items that it could hardly be called a buffet, and I was disappointed with how bad the white rice tasted I didn't go for breakfast on the second day; I hope this will be improved

    The cleaning was tho...

    The cleaning was thorough, and I had a pleasant stay. More hotels are offering coffee service in the lobby, but providing light snacks (this time chocolate chip scones) is rare and was a delightful service. The toilet seat in the room was cold, making me jump every time, so it would be appreciated if it could be changed to a heated seat.

    Comfortable with a multifunctional shower only!

    Conveniently located near JR Ikebukuro Station. There are many restaurants in the area, and being on a main street, the night walk felt relatively safe. The Hotel was clean and stylish. The counter was spacious, making it easy to spread out luggage or work. There was a water dispenser and a coffee machine near the front desk, both free of charge, so I didn’t need to buy water. Breakfast was served at a stylish and renowned Italian restaurant, featuring homemade dishes, a mix of Japanese and Italian cuisine, and it was unexpectedly delicious! The view wasn’t bad either, making it a Hotel worth staying at.

    High cost performance! Will repeat.

    I have an acquaintance in Ikebukuro, and I often stay at a Hotel in Ikebukuro with one adult and two elementary school children. Good Points: - Close to the station - Although Ikebukuro Station has many exits, the Property is located at the end of a road you will always pass if you exit on the east side, making it easy to find even from a distance. - Complimentary light meals are appreciated - 7-Eleven is right across the street - Plenty of dining options nearby - Child Sharing Existing Bedding is allowed up to 11 years old - Strong water pressure in the shower - Powerful hairdryer - Convenient power outlets near the bed - While the shower room and toilet are indeed small, the Room itself is spacious, which makes up for it. - Reasonable price for a deluxe twin Room. A Few Concerns: - Stayed during the New Year, and the central air conditioning made the Room too hot. I had to wear short sleeves inside, and the temperature difference with the outside was harsh. The window only opened slightly, likely for safety reasons, so I gave up. However, after reading other Reviews, I regret not asking the Hotel staff about it. - For some reason, only on the first night, it became freezing cold at dawn (even though the window was closed). I ended up changing into regular clothes and even wore a coat to sleep. From the second night, I borrowed a blanket from the front desk, and it didn’t get cold anymore. - The foot lamp for sleeping was out (used the reading light as a substitute). - Next door is a free information center for certain types of establishments, which might be a concern for families with children. However, it’s not blatantly inappropriate, so it’s somewhat acceptable. Impressions: The Property seems to actively welcome foreign tourists, so you can hear conversations at the front desk and in the hallways. However, once inside the Room, it’s quiet. Despite the air conditioning issue, the many positive aspects outweigh it, so I plan to stay again.
