  Satisfied

  Stayed here to visit Akasaka ACT Theater. Simple and stylish, with an amenity bar; the location was great and it was very comfortable. Free coffee was available anytime, and we also enjoyed self-serve donuts as a snack.

  It was my second stay, and it provided the same reliable comfort.

  This was my second stay, and I felt very comfortable thanks to the consistent cleanliness and service. The fact that the entire facility is non-smoking is also a great feature. If I may point out one thing, the full-length mirror could have been cleaner. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you very much!

  A staff member with excellent service!

  From Pilgrimage to Tokyo A keychain from Zentsuji, the birthplace of Kukai, broke during my pilgrimage. I wanted to fix it, so I asked the front desk if I could borrow pliers for accessories. Before I could even finish explaining, the staff quickly assessed the situation without needing further details from me. With a full toolset in hand, they swiftly and skillfully restored it to its original state. The speed and subtlety of their service went beyond impressive—it was truly moving. While some hotels claim to offer "service beyond expectations," it's rare to actually experience such exceptional service in reality. "Feel free to let us know anytime if you need anything else. I'm finishing my shift now (likely after a night shift), so please take your time and enjoy your stay." When I thanked the staff member who fixed my keychain, this was their kind response. In an area filled with temples and steep slopes—somewhere I rarely visit—I felt not only the energy of this special place but also the energy of heartfelt hospitality that left me deeply moved.

  Great!

  I stayed with my daughter to watch a play at Akasaka ACT Theater. I happened to find this place on the site, and it was conveniently located near the theater, as well as close to the station, as mentioned in the reviews, and we were able to arrive easily using the elevator. The only minor issue was that the toilet paper was in a slightly hard-to-reach place, but everything else was very satisfying. It was nice to receive tea snacks, and drinks like coffee were available for free 24 hours a day. Hotel prices are skyrocketing now, and it's becoming difficult to find reasonably priced hotels, but with this price and quality, I think it's the best value for money. We talked about wanting to come again as we checked out.

  I had a comfortable stay.

  I stayed with my son. By Business Hotel standards, it was very comfortable. Although there was no bathtub, the shower toilet was clean and easy to use. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable. It was a bit disappointing that the only view outside was of a cemetery. Overall, I was satisfied with the location and Facility. I will use it again.
