    It was a comfortable stay.

Two nights for sightseeing. The location is perfect. Bunmeido Sohonten is just nearby, and there’s a great Italian restaurant close by as well. You’re also near Youme Town. It’s a good idea to check the parking in advance—I drove past it. Breakfast was delicious too. We had a wonderful stay. Thank you very much.

    Highly recommended!

I chose this Hotel because it seemed convenient for joining the Inasayama Night View Bus Tour. When I stopped by to leave my luggage before check-in, the staff kindly suggested that I register in advance if time allowed, which made the later check-in process very smooth. Amenities were available in the lobby, so I had everything I needed. Having a separate bath and toilet was also one of the reasons I chose this Hotel. Nagasaki has many hills, so I planned to relax in the bath to ease my tiredness and was thinking of buying bath salts somewhere—but they were already provided in my Room. I gratefully used them. When using the laundry facilities in the Hotel, the front desk also kindly helped me with making change, which was very helpful. All staff provided pleasant service, and I felt comfortable and at ease throughout my stay. This is a Hotel I would like to use again when visiting Nagasaki.

Very small. Even for a twin room, we recommend single occupancy.

I’m sorry to leave a low rating, but… I stayed for two nights in a twin Room with my family. The Room was much smaller than expected: we could only open our suitcases on the beds, and if one person sat on the chair it blocked the walkway, so the other person had to squeeze past sideways. The bathroom has no changing space and nowhere to put clothes or bath towels (the towel rack is inside the bathroom). From other comments, it seems some Rooms have a basket, but ours didn’t. We ended up placing the chair in front of the bathroom as a makeshift place for clothes. Even though we were family, it was still inconvenient not having anywhere to change. Also, the shower head is very large, and using it as usual I hit my chin on it. Even four days later it still hurts slightly. As shown in the photos, there is only a washbasin installed in the Room. Water splashes around easily, so toiletries and even a hair dryer can get wet. I wouldn’t recommend this Accommodation for friends or couples because there is almost no privacy—brushing teeth and washing your face are completely visible. On the other hand, I think it would be comfortable for solo travelers.

    A clean Hotel

It was quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was enjoyable for both days, with no overlap from the previous day’s menu. The Hotel staff were pleasant and very kind. It was also great to have a bathroom with a separate washing area.

    The location is excellent.

Clean and excellent hotel. The separate bath and toilet were unique and made the stay comfortable. The location was fantastic, with Bunmeido Main Store, Chinatown, Dejima, and Tojinmachi all within walking distance—perfect accommodation for a leisurely walking trip.

    It was a bit disappointing.

Stayed on the top floor Grand Floor after a long time. Excitedly entered the room, but was disappointed by a strange smell (like sewage). The toilet and bath didn’t smell, so I couldn’t figure out the source. Ended up buying an air freshener since it was just a one-night stay. The independent bath is convenient, and the air conditioning works perfectly! The mist function on the showerhead is especially appreciated by women. The location is excellent, so I’ve used this accommodation multiple times. However, even with a mask on, the smell persisted—please assign me to a different room next time.

    The staff were all v...

The staff were all very kind and attentive. Their greetings were pleasant. The fried horse mackerel at breakfast was delicious, and I had it two days in a row. It was a bit disappointing that there was no fruit available. Unfortunately, due to exterior construction work, the building was completely covered, so there was no view outside.

    Convenient location

Returned home for my grandmother's first Obon. The Hotel is within walking distance from Nagasaki Station and very close to the endpoint of the Shoro Nagashi festival. The Ohato bus stop is also nearby, making it a perfect location. Our Room was on the top 14th floor, so we were not bothered by the sounds of firecrackers or fireworks from Shoro Nagashi. As mentioned in other Reviews, having chairs and washbasins in the bathroom was very convenient. I enjoyed soaking in the bathtub and felt completely relaxed. Even though the Room was small, it was well-designed with space to hang clothes, making it comfortable for a Multiple Night Stay. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient; they helped us ship our suitcases via Yamato Transport both on arrival and departure—thank you! I would love to stay here again!

The best business class experience ever.

I used to live in Nagasaki, so I knew it was in a convenient location. "I just need a place to sleep, and the location is good." I made the reservation without high expectations. But! It felt like being in my own room. The cleaning was thorough, and although it's along the tram street, it was quiet at night. The bath and toilet were separate with a washing area, compact yet very comfortable! Having stayed at numerous city hotels and business hotels, this one made me feel like I got great value for my money.

    It was comfortable!

I chose this hotel for a one-week stay to ensure a comfortable experience. It takes about 10 minutes from Nagasaki Station, but there is, of course, a tram station nearby. The room had separate bath and toilet facilities, amenities available at the front desk including skincare products and body towels (sponges), and even carbonated bath tablets in the room. The TV was compatible with YouTube and other streaming services. The cleanliness was excellent, and all the staff were kind (except for one man at check-in who seemed cold, which was the only disappointment). Although it was a No Meals Included Plan, I had breakfast several times. While not comparable to luxury hotel breakfasts, I enjoyed local specialties like Goto udon noodles, braised pork belly, and seaweed tsukudani from Nagasaki. Everything I needed was provided; the price was satisfying as well. I would recommend this hotel to others and would love to stay here again myself!

    Hotel with very delicious breakfast

The Hotel sign was visible right after getting off the airport express bus at Ōhashi. It was within a 10-minute walk to Nagasaki Station, making it very convenient. The Room had separate bath and toilet facilities. I stayed for three nights, and the breakfast menu was slightly different each day, which made it enjoyable. The fried horse mackerel was surprisingly delicious. The menu featured many local Nagasaki specialties such as braised pork, fish cakes, and Sara Udon. Desserts like sponge cake, matcha pudding, and almond tofu were served in cute, bite-sized portions, allowing you to try many varieties. I’m not sure where it was from, but the milk was sweet and tasty. If I may add a wish, it would have been nice to have Castella cake! (Please consider this!) The staff at the breakfast venue were very efficient and attentive. The Lantern Festival venue and Shinchi Chinatown were also within walking distance, which was convenient. I would love to stay here again during my next visit to Nagasaki.

It is good that the toilet and bathroom are separate.

The separate toilet and bathroom were great. I think it would have been nice to have a safety box to travel light. The location is convenient, and I think it's a cost-effective Hotel.

    Wonderful

It was a wonderful hotel. I appreciated that the skincare products were from POLA and the room slippers were sturdy. Additionally, the bath salts were very useful for relieving travel fatigue in the bath. I remember being very pleased with the "Have a nice day" the reception staff said when leaving the hotel. The price was reasonable, the location and layout were excellent, and I would definitely like to stay again when I come to Nagasaki next time. Thank you very much.

I think it is a good Hotel.

I used it for work as I wanted a Hotel near the site. I felt it was very convenient as the bath and toilet were separate. It is within walking distance to Nagasaki Station, and if work goes well, I would like to use it for a long term stay. I will use it again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for your hospitality.

It was nice that the bath and toilet were separate.

I used it for the first time. The price was reasonable, and I was impressed that the bath and toilet were separate. The Room was clean, and I would like to use it again when I work. Thank you for your hospitality.
