    I had a relaxing time.

    The buffet was delicious, and the tram station was conveniently nearby.

    Despite being a majo...

    Despite being a major Business Hotel chain, the cleaning was surprisingly poor. First, there was a large stain on the elevator carpet. The Room felt dusty, and I noticed dust on the walls. The bathroom had red and black mold, and the smell from the drain was overwhelming. I usually refer to Reviews on IKYU.com, but it's hard to believe this Hotel has a rating of around 3.9 with such conditions. Good points: Location and clean towels.

    Close to the station...

    Close to the station and right in front of the downtown area, this is a great location for sightseeing in Hiroshima. Amenities are available at the front desk, but it would be nice if skincare items like other Business Hotels were provided (only cleansing oil was available). The Room was comfortable and sufficient for sleeping. Having loungewear provided was also appreciated. The price was higher due to the weekend, but considering recent trends, it felt reasonable.

    Affordable dining options available nearby

    There are Nakau and Matsuya restaurants nearby. A drugstore recently opened, and when I visited around 6 PM, bento boxes were 40% off, though the quantity was limited. Drip coffee is available as an amenity. Since I had an early departure, I opted for bread and milk from a convenience store for breakfast. The city of Hiroshima was crowded due to a Carp game. It was great to stay at an affordable price.

    Guest Rooms

    The lobby and guest rooms of the Hotel were well-maintained and clean, which was good. However, there was no guidebook in the Room (such as where the vending machines are located). I thought it might be available on TV, but there were only regular TV broadcasts with no Hotel information. Eventually, I found out about things like "vending machines are on 2F" while in the elevator during outings. Additionally, there was no explanation at check-in that amenities are available in the 1F lobby. That point was unsatisfactory.

    The hospitality is excellent.

    A severe cold wave hit, and I stayed in Hiroshima on a snowy day. It's about a 10-minute walk from Hiroshima Station, but by the time I arrived, everything was covered in snow. Being born in a northern country, I found the snow enjoyable after a long time, but during check-in, I was soaked and struggling. A woman at the front desk kindly offered me a dry, white towel. I was very grateful. When I tried to return it, she told me to please take it to my room. Even more grateful. I have stayed here before, and it's a clean and functional business hotel. Therefore, while I can't give it the highest score, it's definitely recommended. The standout feature is the location. Across the tram street, there are all kinds of restaurants and entertainment districts, making it ideal for business trips and sightseeing.

    Convenient around the Hotel

    The city tram stop is right in front, and it's nice to have a convenience store, drugstore, and places to eat and drink nearby. Taxis can be easily found from morning until late at night. The showerhead has changed since my last visit, and it was great.
