    Just a short walk from the station.

    I stayed here the night before using Narita Airport. It’s very close to the station, and compared with nearby Business Hotels, the Room is spacious. Being able to spread out my suitcase on the floor instead of on the bed and still sleep comfortably in bed is a big plus.

    The location is great, and the Room was a decent size, but it was disappointing that the Room air conditioning only has cooling. Also, I was surprised that the toilet seat doesn’t have a heating function!! The front desk staff were unfriendly!

    I stayed in a twin room. The room was spacious, and I had a relaxing time. The complimentary bottled water service at the front desk and the breakfast with both Japanese and Western options were satisfying. There seemed to be some reviews mentioning a limited variety of dishes, but considering the affordable price for a plan with breakfast included, it was more than enough for me. Initially, I considered accommodations in central Tokyo, but they were quite expensive. Since I was traveling from Fukuoka to Nagano with an evening arrival at Narita Airport and only needed a place to stay before taking the Shinkansen the next day, I decided on this accommodation instead. In the end, it turned out to be convenient as it is close to both JR Narita Station and Keisei Narita Station, with restaurants nearby as well. While the hotel is old and I found the unique faucet design confusing at first until I got used to it (which lowers my rating for facilities), overall, I would recommend this accommodation.

    Stay Only

    After welcoming international teams visiting Japan for the Deaflympics at Narita Airport, I stayed at this accommodation. Since I had booked through IKYU and already completed the payment, all I needed to do at the front desk was pick up the key, making check-in hassle-free—perfect for my tired body. The room was neither exceptional nor disappointing. It was sufficient as I only needed a place to shower and sleep. If anything, it would be nice if there were basic skincare products included in the ladies' amenities. For breakfast, I skipped the frozen food options and enjoyed salad, grilled fish, natto, pickles, and fruit instead. It was delicious!

    Close to the station! Convenient!

    We stayed here for a family trip. This Hotel is conveniently located near Narita Airport. Since we checked in late at night and checked out early in the morning, our stay was short, so we cannot provide detailed feedback. However, one thing that stood out was that the Room (including the bed) felt somewhat damp.

    This Hotel is likely mainly used by those traveling through Narita Airport. The price is relatively affordable, and the Room is spacious with no major issues. However, as it is an older Hotel, you may notice signs of aging in various areas. Additionally, I was guided to the new building, but it was quite far from the entrance.

    The price and suspension are commendable.

    I used it for an overnight stay before golf. The access is convenient with both the station and taxi stand nearby, and there is a convenience store right next to it, which is commendable. The Room is noticeably old, and the bathroom is a combined unit with the toilet and sink, with a step on the floor. The lights need to be turned off one by one, giving it a rather outdated impression for today's Business Hotel. The air conditioning only has settings for strong, medium, and weak airflow, and there was no temperature setting available. Regarding the price, amidst the widespread opportunistic price hikes, I think this can be evaluated at a reasonable level.

    The location is good.

    One station from Narita Airport, exit the ticket gate, and you can reach the entrance without much walking. The location is very good. As mentioned in other people's reviews, the smell lingers in the elevator. The room was clean and not cramped, which was a relief, but I was shocked by the poor condition of the plumbing. The mirror's surface was peeling and shabby, the shower curtain was moldy, and the washlet was "National." It may depend on the room, but the room I stayed in was completely different from the photos above.

    Old Hotel?

    I recently stayed at a terrible Hotel. First, the elevator gives a terrifying feeling like experiencing an attraction in a dreamland. Upon entering the Room, the humidity is overwhelming... The Room's air conditioning cannot be switched between heating and cooling... The bathroom in the Room feels as if it was used an hour ago, with lingering moisture... For some reason, the provided towels are damp and wet... The cleaning is inadequate, and there is mold everywhere... Also, there are three shared microwaves, two of which are broken, and one is almost broken. It's just a Hotel close to the airport.

    Not recommended for those with germophobia.

    The location is very good. However, if you are a germaphobe, please refrain. The bath is dirty, or rather, is it not cleaned? Hair is accumulated in the drain. Mold is severe. The room smells moldy, and the pillow has a rotten smell. It doesn't seem like a Japanese Hotel. It has an atmosphere like a hospital.

    I have never had an unpleasant experience with a hotel booked through Ikkyu, but... While soaking in the bath, I noticed the back of the sink was covered in red and black mold. It was very disappointing, especially since many older hotels are still clean. The service was good, but it's a shame... And while I was soaking in the bath, the area around the toilet became flooded. I don't think I'll be going to this hotel again...
