    The Room was spaciou...

    The Room was spacious, which was nice, but while the carpet in the shared areas had been replaced, the carpet in the guest Room looked old with noticeable stains. The Room itself was clean, but there was someone else’s hair left in the unit bath even before use, which was disappointing. The Room also had a slight paint thinner smell—perhaps due to construction somewhere—which was unpleasant. The location is excellent: it’s right near the station, it’s easy to find places to eat nearby, and there is a convenience store attached to the Hotel.

    For visits to the cemetery.

    I stayed here the day before visiting a grave. This was my second stay, and I chose it again this year because it is conveniently located near the station and the staff are very helpful. I would definitely like to stay again next year.

    Stay

    Conveniently located near the station with a convenience store next door, I have stayed here twice before visiting the cemetery. Although there is no phone in the Room, there is a phone to contact the front desk within the facility, so it was not an issue. The only minor inconvenience was that I couldn't use the morning call system, but there was an alarm clock provided instead, which worked perfectly fine. On the first floor, complimentary cold coffee and tea were available, which was a nice touch. I would definitely like to stay here again for next year's cemetery visit.

    The noise was loud.

    I went to bed late due to work, but it was a bit noisy as I could hear voices from the neighboring room, and I was woken up early in the morning by music. If you stay here, I recommend bringing earplugs. Breakfast was discounted to 1,000 yen the day before and wasn’t bad. The staff were pleasant and friendly.

    Paid rental towels available!

    The age of the Hotel was particularly noticeable as the sliding window did not move, and the toilet seat did not warm up, prompting me to rush to buy a seat cover from a 100-yen shop. I understood that the Plan included no cleaning service, but I was surprised that even trash collection and towel replacement were not provided, and rental towels cost 100 yen each. It made sense that there were still vacancies even with last-minute reservations during cherry blossom season, and I don't think I will return.

    Good value for money near the station.

    Located very close to Koriyama Station. It's convenient that you can go to the convenience store without going outside! The room is minimal, old, and has a low ceiling. Also, the bath is minimal in size, and the washlet is an old type, so it takes a little effort to get hot water. Well, I'm satisfied because the accommodation fee is cheap.

    A cozy Hotel

    Access from Koriyama Station is good. The building felt a bit old, but there were no particular issues with the stay. I had left my suitcase at the front desk before check-in, and it was delivered to the room. I was able to enjoy "Ika Ninjin," a local specialty of Fukushima, for breakfast. As for the curtains, there were only lace curtains, and the style was to close the sliding window shutters as a substitute for night curtains. However, I didn't notice the existence of the shutters, and the morning sun was so bright that I hung a bath towel on the window to block the light. If I had noticed the shutters earlier, I think I could have had a more comfortable stay.

    The cost performance is not great at the moment.

    The staff's response is kind and courteous, but the Facility is generally old (uniform air conditioning but loud noise, some items on the sideboard are unusable), and there is no phone to contact the front desk, so you have to go out into the hallway to communicate. It feels expensive to pay nearly 10,000 yen for No Meals Included (no breakfast). There is an evaluation item for "Onsen/Bath," but this Hotel does not have an Onsen, and I did not use the bath. How about allowing the option "Did not use this time" similar to meals?

    Cleaning

    The Facility is old, so it can't be helped, but it was a bit unpleasant to find hair that wasn't mine left in the bath that was supposed to be cleaned. Also, it was disappointing that the Wi-Fi was unstable and unusable even when connected. However, it was nice that the location was convenient, being close to the station.
