    Great value for money!

    We stayed here during Golden Week. The front desk staff were polite and gave a sincere impression. The Room was clean, and we were satisfied with the breakfast for the price. It’s also a big plus that Ryusenji no Yu and many restaurants are within walking distance!

    The bed is large.

    The bed is spacious, so I used half of it as a luggage area. The bathtub is also large, allowing for a relaxing soak. With the quick-boiling electric kettle, I could enjoy drip coffee right after waking up, which was very convenient. The staff were kind and promptly provided newspapers to protect the carpet from getting dirty with muddy ski boots. One thing to note: place the bath mat outside the bathroom. If placed inside, draining water from the bathtub may flood the bathroom floor and render the bath mat unusable. Additionally, there are no convenience stores nearby, and only a yakiniku restaurant is available for dining options in the area—having a car might be necessary for convenience.

    Used for entrance exams.

    I stayed for my son's exam. Although it is a bit far from Sendai City, the room was clean and there were no issues. Above all, the price was cheap.

    A spacious parking lot is appreciated. Humidifiers are available for rent. There is also a shared microwave. The service, including the cleaning staff, is top-notch. The price is low, so the service exceeds the cost. To mention a few points: The TV is small at 20 inches. The mattress on the bed is hard, so it made my body ache. The Room is bright and easy to work in. There is a refrigerator that cools well. The shower temperature is manually adjusted, and the temperature fluctuates significantly. There is an independent air conditioner, but the operating noise is quite loud. Considering the price, it is top-level. Thank you very much. I will use it again.
