    Consistently clean and well-maintained

    I stay at many Hotels in the city, but Forza is consistently the cleanest and most reliable. I could also see the fireworks from my Room, so I’d like to make a Reservation for the same Room again next year.

    Breakfast available on the day of stay.

    I wasn’t sure whether to have breakfast, but decided to on the day. The selection was just right, with a good variety of Japanese dishes, Chinese items, sweets, and fruit, and everything was very tasty—I’m glad I had it. The Room and the bath were both spacious enough. It was a very reasonably priced stay. I deducted one star for the Facility because the bathroom had a slight cigarette-like smell. It’s also close to the shopping street, so in the evening I strolled around there and went out for dinner.

    I love Oita.

    The Hotel was much more stylish than I expected, and I felt it was a great value for the price! The TV was large, and the room was comfortable and clean. I checked the nearby dining recommendations from the Hotel staff shown on the TV and went to a restaurant that was absolutely delicious. Overall, I’m very satisfied, and I really love Oita.

    Business Travel

    I often stay here on business trips. The chopsticks, forks, and spoons by the microwave were very helpful. Also, since it’s close to the arcade shopping street, it was easy to find restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

    The staff are kind, and the food is delicious.

    When I asked for the bathtub drain to be improved, they responded immediately, and I was able to stay comfortably. Breakfast offered many Oita local specialties, and I enjoyed it very much.

    A great Hotel for No Meals Included stays.

    The Room cleanliness is impeccable. Although it is a unit bath, it is relatively spacious and easy to use. It’s about a 6–7 minute walk from the station, and Miyako-machi is right in front, so the location is very convenient.

    Located in a great area of Oita City, I was able to stay at an affordable price with a same-day Reservation. It was excellent.

    Satisfied.

    No Meals Included Plan. The bedding and pillows were comfortable and just right. The service was neither lacking nor excessive, making the stay pleasant. Even without breakfast, the welcome wine and morning coffee service were much appreciated.

    Always satisfying!

    I visit Oita City every month, and I stay at Hotel Forza most often! It’s clean, has a sense of cleanliness, the beds are comfortable, and two types of pillows are provided! The front lobby offers welcome wine and coffee, both of which are delicious! It’s my favorite hotel!

    It was smooth.

    Check-in and check-out were smooth, the welcome wine was delicious, and I had a stress-free and comfortable stay. This is my second stay for a business trip, and the location is very convenient. If I visit Oita City again, I will definitely use this accommodation.

    Worth the price

    The front staff are friendly and pleasant. The room is spacious, but the cleaning is subpar, with dust accumulating in the corners, which is disappointing. The room has indirect lighting, but it feels dim. I think I will stay here again.

    The location and service were excellent.

    Since you can enter the Hotel directly from the shopping street, there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making the location very convenient. Check-in and check-out were smooth, the guest room was clean, and I had a pleasant stay. The welcome wine and the coffee available in the lobby were both delicious. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and it was a bit disappointing that I couldn't try everything because I got full. If I have the chance to stay in Oita City again, I would love to stay here.

    Convenient location and comfortable stay.

    Convenient access and a good location. I had a pleasant stay in a functional and comfortable Room. Check-in and check-out were smooth without any waiting. Breakfast is usually Western, but there was a wide variety of Japanese dishes, so I mainly enjoyed Japanese cuisine. I would like to use this Hotel again.

    Hotel in a convenient location

    There is some noise due to its location facing the main street, but it is very convenient as it is close to the arcade and the Tokiwa department store. The bathtub is a bit small, but it is clean. Additionally, the breakfast with grilled rice ball in flying fish broth is satisfying.

    Best cost performance

    Cleanliness, service, delicious breakfast, smoothness, vending machine, and cost performance were excellent. The bus stop to the airport is also nearby. The cushion-type small massager in the Room was also quite comfortable. I think you could charge more.

    Functional and comfortable

    There seem to have been various changes, but it remains a simple and functional hotel. The desk is particularly spacious, making it very convenient for some work. Recently, I stayed at a brand hotel outside the prefecture, but it only had a shelf-like space, which was disappointing (the accommodation cost was more than double). The breakfast was simple but delicious. Although the previously attached parking lot is no longer available, unless there's a significant issue, there are coin-operated parking lots around (within a 5-minute walk), so I don't think it's inconvenient. Depending on the check-in and check-out times, the fee is generally around 2,000 yen per night.
