    I think this is the best Hotel near Aomori Station. It was so wonderful that it’s hard to believe a Hotel like this still exists today.

    Very satisfied with breakfast.

    We stayed for two nights with breakfast included. We previously stayed at the Akita location and found it very comfortable, so we chose the Aomori location this time as well. The Room was clean and spacious, the bathtub was deep enough to relax in, and the amenities were well stocked. Breakfast was delicious.\nWe would like to stay again.

    We had a comfortable stay on our family trip.

    We stayed here for a family trip. The on-site multi-story parking garage and the water dispenser on our floor were convenient and made our stay comfortable. The Room was also very clean. We also appreciated the lobby amenities (face masks and delicious drip coffee). When we asked how to send a parcel, the staff kindly explained it to us, and we found everything very considerate, including the instructions in the Room. We’d love to stay here again when we visit Aomori!

    The facilities were new, and the breakfast was delicious. Suggestions for improvement: I hope these ideas can help further enhance your Hotel’s services. 1. Strengthen partnerships with local businesses On the day of check-in, you could offer local specialties (such as apple pie or apples) as welcome sweets or fruit. This would help guests feel more connected to the area. 2. Provide a simple sightseeing guide A map summarizing nearby attractions and a guide introducing recommended restaurants would be very helpful for guests. 3. Expand breakfast variety Rather than simply increasing the number of items, adding a “signature dish” featuring local ingredients could make breakfast more enjoyable and exciting to choose from. Of course, implementing these ideas may increase costs. However, many guests would be willing to pay accordingly if it leads to a better experience and higher satisfaction.     Surprisingly convenient.

    The location is conveniently close to the station, which is great. Additionally, the staff's customer service was excellent. However, considering the accommodation cost, it might be difficult to address this, but the room felt a bit lacking in space to open a travel bag.

    Safe and reliable

    As expected from a major establishment, it felt very standard. Neither outstanding nor disappointing, and the cost performance seemed reasonable. I would consider staying again if I have the opportunity.

    Enjoy a comfortable stay in an upgraded Room!

    We initially booked a Standard Twin, but since there was availability, we were upgraded to a Royal Suite. The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax fully. The bedroom and bathroom were separated by doors, making it convenient for using the shower or doing makeup. Richmond Hotel is known for its luxurious breakfast with a variety of local dishes. This time, they offered options like Senbei Soup, Yuzu Miso Oden, and Apple Yogurt; however, compared to previous stays in Yamagata or Morioka locations, the overall quality felt slightly lacking. While checking out via the machine was smooth and efficient, it felt a bit impersonal without interaction with staff.

    The comfort becomes even clearer on the second stay!

    I stayed overnight before and after my trip to Hakodate. The room was on the 13th floor, Tsugaru. I’m glad I made the request and stayed here. I especially liked the pillows.

    Caution regarding parking!!!!

    I stayed at the property using a car. I arrived about an hour earlier than planned and tried to enter the parking lot, but it was already full. The underground parking lot in the shopping street right in front of the hotel was empty, and I was able to park with peace of mind. When I showed the parking ticket at the front desk, I was told that they do not have a partnership. It turns out that another underground parking lot, located 3-4 minutes away on foot, is the designated parking lot. To enter this parking lot, you have to drive around the shopping street for more than 500-600 meters to reach the entrance, as indicated by the "full" sign. Why is there no partnership with the underground parking lot right in front? As a result, I ended up paying a slightly higher usage fee than the partnered parking lot. After finishing the planned evening meeting and having dinner, I returned to the hotel to find that the "full" sign at the hotel's parking lot had disappeared. It seems that customers using the hotel's restaurants and other facilities were using it. For those staying at the hotel with a car, be careful about parking lot usage.

    General Business Hotel

    I think it passes as a very ordinary Business Hotel. The breakfast was delicious. It would have been nice to have a large public bath, even if it wasn't an Onsen.

    Breakfast Venue

    Around 9:20, my wife and I went out for breakfast, but although there were about two female staff members, we didn't receive a single "Good morning!" greeting, which didn't make us feel very good. The food was delicious, but it was disappointing.

    Very satisfied

    The Room was clean, and there were welcome drinks and amenities, as well as flavored tea that delighted the female guests. The height and firmness of the bed were just right, allowing for a good night's sleep. I would definitely like to stay again.

    About the smell in the bathroom and toilet

    When I entered the unit bath, I noticed a sewage smell. The room was exceptionally good, so I would appreciate it if this could be improved.

    The staff, including the parking attendants, were very accommodating, and the room was spacious and clean, which made me very satisfied. If I have the opportunity, I would like to use it again.
