    Ideal for an overnight stay before a flight from Narita Airport.

    The cotton swabs in the lobby seemed to have a quality issue: after using one, the inside of my ear turned black. If you touch them with wet hands, your hands may also turn black, so please check this. I only found out right before boarding that the airport Shuttle Service requires an advance Reservation. It is written in the access section on IKYU, but when checking in at a kiosk there is no chance for staff to inform guests, so it would be helpful if this were posted in a more noticeable place. The breakfast is very delicious, so I highly recommend trying it! I sometimes stay at Richmond Hotel properties, and recently I have started seeing more warnings and confirmation notices that I did not see four years ago. This is all due to some guests who do not follow the rules—smoking in non-smoking Rooms, misrepresenting the number of guests staying, reselling Reservations and having someone other than the Reserver stay, etc. Thank you for all your hard work handling these issues.

    Pros: Great value for money; the room layout matched the photos; staff were friendly and attentive; the airport shuttle service was excellent. Cons: After checking in, I found dust and dead insects on the desk and bedside table. There were also multiple brown stains on the walls, which made me hesitant to touch or get close to them. Overall, the service was truly impeccable. I have no particular expectations about how new or old the room Facility is as long as everything works properly, but cleanliness needs improvement. I have high standards for cleanliness and am very afraid of insects. I don’t think I’m likely to choose this hotel again next time.

    Perfect for an overnight stay before your trip!

    I stayed here for a trip departing from Narita Airport. The Facility isn’t brand-new, but it’s more than sufficient for the price. The bath was spacious, so I could soak and relieve my fatigue. Amenities, including bath salts, are selected from in front of the front desk. There was a wide variety of tea, and options like honey tea were delicious. Buses to Narita Airport ran every hour starting in the 6 a.m. hour, so I took the first one and had plenty of time. When I wasn’t sure which departure time to choose, the front desk staff kindly said, “If it were me, I’d choose an earlier time,” which made me very happy.

    We stayed with three people and didn’t feel cramped. Since you pick up what you need at the front desk, they also had items like toner, which was helpful. It’s close to the station and there is a shuttle bus, so I think it’s fine even for early morning flights. I would use it again when flying from Narita Airport.

    The shuttle service is much appreciated.

    Because I was taking an international flight, I realized a morning departure would be too tight, so I stayed the night before. I’ve stayed at Richmond hotels elsewhere as well, and the consistent standards were reassuring. It said the shuttle bus required reservations in check-in order, so I hurried, but there were only a few passengers. That was disappointing, because it would have meant I could have had dinner at the transfer station.

    Great value for money!!

    I made a Reservation to stay the night before my flight because it’s close to the airport. It’s great value, and being able to book the Shuttle Service is very convenient!! There’s also a convenience store nearby. I didn’t realize you choose amenities in front of the front desk, so I searched all over the Room (lol), but I was happy to find bath salts and face masks. I took two—one for night and one for morning—and was very satisfied. The staff were very pleasant and greeted me many times, which made for a comfortable stay. The complimentary coffee service in the waiting area was also a thoughtful touch!! Thank you very much.

    Great location

    The location was excellent, and the staff provided great service to foreign guests. The breakfast was delicious. However, the noise from the air purifier in the room was loud, so it could only be operated on low mode.

    The facility is good, but...

    The check-in counter was staffed only by trainees and foreign staff, and the foreign staff could not communicate properly in Japanese. During check-in, I encountered guests arguing at length about their room directly in front of the counter. From what I overheard, it seemed like an issue caused by the Hotel. Moreover, they left a person with a cane standing for an extended period without any consideration or sincerity, which I found to be extremely poor service. When I asked about my own Room as it did not match the Plan I had reserved, their response was terrible. The language used was often inappropriate for customer service; they repeatedly emphasized "cheap" in a loud voice when referring to my reservation of an upgraded Room at a lower price, making me feel belittled. This kind of interaction can provoke responses one would rather avoid saying. Since they didn’t listen or try to understand my concerns properly, I gave up and stayed with unpleasant feelings before what should have been an enjoyable trip. I will never stay here again. The Facility aspects such as the free shuttle bus to the airport and well-equipped amenities were excellent. Therefore, if you can use machines for check-in/out without interacting with staff, there might be no issues. However, this Hotel left me strongly feeling that you cannot rely on them for help or consultation if something goes wrong. Having received exceptional service at other Richmond Hotels and becoming a fan as well as a member because of that experience led me to reserve this Hotel—but now I've decided to cancel my membership altogether after this stay.

    I considered staying at a major hotel near Narita Airport, but opted for this hotel as it’s accessible without relying on a shuttle service in case of late arrival. From Keisei Narita Station, the path is flat after descending and passes by a convenience store, making it easy to reach even with suitcases. At the self-check-in machine, I received my room key and breakfast ticket (there’s also a staffed front desk). Amenities can be selected freely in front of the reception area, with an impressive variety! Tea bags in several flavors (all delicious), drip coffee, onsen bath powder, face masks, POLA skincare products (lotion, emulsion), facial cleanser, makeup remover, toothbrushes, body towels—you could practically arrive empty-handed! A handy tote bag is provided for carrying amenities. You can also reserve the free shuttle bus to Narita Airport using the terminal in the lobby. The room was not too small for a single; the bed was about 140cm wide. The TV was large and there was ample desk space with a desk lamp. The bathroom featured a spacious showerhead with excellent water pressure. It was helpful to have two additional towels besides the bath towel—many hotels don’t offer this. It allowed me to use one for washing up and another for wrapping my hair. The provided SALONIA Glossy Care Hair Dryer left my hair incredibly smooth! The TV included terrestrial channels and BS as well as apps like Tver and YouTube. Hotel information such as breakfast crowd levels could also be checked via TV. The multi-charging cable provided meant I barely needed any of my own items. Breakfast lived up to its reputation—everything was delicious! I enjoyed it at the bar counter in an atmospheric restaurant setting. Dishes included unagi rice bowl (eel over rice), nikujaga (meat & potato stew), salad, fruits… I wish I had tried more! Overall satisfaction: excellent stay! Even though checkout wasn’t crowded nor were elevators busy that morning—I managed to board my train just five minutes after leaving my room door (even catching an earlier train than planned). However, I recommend allowing extra time just in case! I look forward to staying here again someday—thank you very much!

    Stayed here last yea...

    Stayed here last year before using Narita Airport and chose it again this year because it’s close to the Keisei station and reasonably priced. The amenities are well-prepared, and the drinks available in the lobby were convenient. The Room is minimally spacious, so you can’t open a suitcase fully, but it’s fine for an overnight stay. The unit bath is a bit of a downside, but understandable. If there’s ever a chance for renovation, having a large public bath would be appreciated!

    Convenient Location

    Stayed overnight for an early morning flight from Narita. About a 10-minute walk from JR Narita Station when using the Narita Express. The Room was clean and simple, with amenities available at the lobby to take as needed. The staff were kind and provided excellent service. The next morning, it was just a 5-minute walk to Keisei-Narita Station, arriving at the airport in under 10 minutes. Extremely convenient and great value for money!

    Convenient for an overnight stay before your flight from Narita.

    I stayed the night before my flight departing from Narita Terminal 1 at 9 AM. It’s less than a 10-minute walk from JR Narita Station, and the straightforward route made it easy to find. A QR code for check-in was sent in advance, allowing me to complete the process smoothly using an automated check-in machine. Since I paid online, there was no need for additional payment. For check-out, I simply inserted my card into the machine. A reservation at the front desk was required for the shuttle bus to Narita Airport. As it takes 30 minutes by shuttle bus, I opted for a quick 10-minute train ride instead; however, since you have to go up from underground to reach the departure lobby at the airport station, I might use the free shuttle bus next time. Breakfast can be reserved during check-in. Amenities are available near the front desk so you can take what you need; bath salts were also provided. The lobby offered complimentary coffee, cocoa, matcha latte, tea, and more in lidded cups that could be taken back to your room. It was perfect for a simple stay without meals included. I plan to use this accommodation again when staying near Narita Airport in advance of flights!

    The location and beds were excellent.

    Although I arrived very tired due to train delays, the bed was extremely comfortable, allowing me to recover fully and continue my journey. It would be great if there were a few more limousine bus services available.

    Well-equipped amenity bar

    I stayed here the night before my flight from Narita Airport. The amenity bar in the lobby is well-stocked, offering tea, drip coffee, and face masks, which I particularly enjoyed. After heading to Narita after work feeling a bit tired, I was able to relax in my Room with some tea and use a face mask after a bath for a refreshing experience. The Room feels slightly dated but is kept very clean, providing great value for the price. Highly recommended Hotel!

    It was a relaxing Room.

    It was a cold day and I was tired, but the sofa in the Room provided a relaxing space where I could unwind. What stood out the most was the reception staff. Their cheerful and kind service made me feel very comfortable and helped ease my fatigue. I sent my luggage home, and they thoughtfully added "Handle with Care" stickers to the box and tied it with string, which warmed my heart when it arrived. Thank you so much! I was unsure which Hotel to choose in Narita, but I'm glad I chose this one. I highly recommend it for those who want to relax at a Hotel. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, but for dinner, it would be great if there were more affordable menu choices and slightly brighter lighting. Since there are surprisingly few dining options near Narita Station, improving this might attract more guests. The dim lighting at night made it feel less inviting and harder to use comfortably.

    Shower and pajamas

    The bathroom was spacious and very nice, but the water pressure in the shower felt weak. It would be great if the pajamas were available in larger, more relaxed sizes. My friend, who stayed with me, mentioned that wearing a one-piece made it difficult to sleep comfortably as it shifted when turning over.

    Clean and comfortable Room

    The Room was upgraded to a larger one, making my stay very comfortable. The Room was well-cleaned and had a sense of cleanliness. There is also a shuttle bus to the airport, and I think staying at this price is a great value considering the rising Hotel prices.

    Comfortable Stay

    I stayed at the accommodation the night before using Narita Airport. The room felt slightly dated in terms of plumbing, but everything else was clean and comfortable. A wide variety of amenities were available in front of the reception desk. Breakfast was also delicious. There was a shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita Airport, but unfortunately, early time slots were fully booked. It would be great if they could increase the number of buses.

    The impression is... wasted.

    I made a reservation at a hotel near Narita Station because it is newly built, but one point... I was disappointed that there was a significant difference in size between the toilet bowl and the seat (too small).

    The location and cost performance were good. It was my first time staying, and although there was a self-check-in Facility, the front desk staff kindly spoke to me, which was helpful. This is not related to the Hotel, but I think it might be challenging for those with a lot of luggage or larger individuals to get from the station to the Hotel. For business use, it is excellent.     Except for the COVID...

    Except for the COVID-19 pandemic, I have been staying almost every New Year's Eve for over 10 years. Although it seems older compared to the early days, it is clean, and the unit bath is spacious. The room is compact yet thoughtfully arranged, and the bed is spacious, allowing for a comfortable stay. After checking out, when I left my luggage to visit Naritasan, I was pleased with the words, "We will take care of it," despite the hassle. I hope to use it again this New Year's Eve.

    The response regarding the parking lot was very poor.

    When I drove to the Hotel, I was told that the Hotel parking lot was full and I had to find a place myself. There was no space available around Narita Station, so I went to the next town, called a taxi, and stayed there.

    Single use of a room with a double bed, including breakfast and shuttle service to Narita Airport, is a great value at a price in the 8000 yen range. The room is clean, and the staff at the front desk, breakfast venue, and bus all provided courteous service. I would like to use it again when using Narita Airport.

    Bright and clean.

    Stayed a few years ago, revisited for a one-night stay in a twin room. Located in front of Keisei Narita Station, with parking available, the access is good. The room is not particularly spacious, but it is decorated in bright colors and has a clean feel, and I thought it was a nice room when I entered. Personally, I can recommend this place the most around Narita Station. I feel like the breakfast could have a bit more variety...
