    Shower curtain is provided.

    The Room was very spacious and clean. Amenities were available at the front desk, and the tea and coffee were delicious. They even provided face masks, which were high quality and easy to use! However, in any Hotel with a unit bath, I understand some odor is unavoidable, but it smelled so bad that I felt like I might vomit. I’m sorry, but I removed the shower curtain, put it in a bag, and kept it elsewhere during my stay.

    We had a comfortable stay.

    The Room is new, spacious, and clean. I had a very comfortable stay. The welcome drink included beer, which was delicious. I would like to stay here again next time.

    This is a comfortable Business Hotel for your stay.

    The Facility felt new and was a clean Hotel. It is conveniently located in front of Obihiro Station, with an airport bus stop nearby, making access to the airport easy. Breakfast is served buffet-style. The selection is decent and includes some local ingredients, but the restaurant is not very large and small tables are placed close together, so guests who want a relaxed breakfast may find it a bit disappointing. Also, this is not a Business Hotel with a large public Onsen bath, which may be a drawback for Onsen lovers. Front desk service was average.

    It would have been perfect if there had been a brief message.

    The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It also had a humidifying air purifier, and the shower water pressure was excellent. I also really appreciated taking off my shoes before entering the Room.\nOn the other hand, there were no amenities in the Room at all. They were probably available at the front desk, but I would have liked to be informed.\nAlso, more hotels have started using self-service terminals for check-in and check-out recently, but like self-checkout registers, they are slow and inconvenient. I understand the goal is to avoid handling cash, but I would like to see better terminals.

    I stayed for one nig...

    I stayed for one night. Although there was no announcement, it seems my room was upgraded, and I got to stay in a Junior Suite Room! The room was beautiful, with carefully selected interiors, and extremely comfortable. The room amenities were located on the front desk floor, but it would have been nice if at least a toothbrush was provided in the room. Also, while this may have been unavoidable due to the timing of my stay, both the Hotel and station-front parking lots were full, so having to park far away was a bit disappointing.

    The building itself ...

    The building itself is not very new, but it is well-maintained, and the guest rooms and entrance have been renovated for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

    Eco-friendly cleaning

    I stayed for 4 nights this time and used Richmond Hotel for the first time, so I was unaware of the rules. However, I don't understand how not cleaning in the name of "eco" is considered eco-friendly. Only towel replacement and small trash bin disposal were done. Used cups, sheets, bathroom/toilet, and carpet floors were not cleaned. While it might be acceptable for a two-night stay, many guests seem to stay for three nights or more. It would be great if there was an option to pay extra for cleaning services. There were dried ramen noodles and food waste left on the floor. Wouldn't this lead to mites breeding? At least provide dishwashing detergent or bathroom cleaner in the room. Even though there are three self-check-in machines at reception, each guest takes over 10 minutes at the front desk—what's the point of having self-check-in machines? It's always crowded; you need to prepare yourself for a 30-minute wait. When bringing ice from the 8th floor, there's no ice tongs or coasters provided—it’s quite inconvenient. Is this also part of being "eco"? I use hotels every month but have never encountered one that doesn't even provide water bottles before now. I had planned a 3-night stay at another Richmond Hotel in October but canceled it after this experience—I will never stay at Richmond Hotel again!

    Comfortable

    I stayed here during a business trip to Obihiro after a long time. Although I checked in late, the room was clean, the bed was spacious, and I was able to relax and sleep comfortably. I would like to stay here again when I visit Obihiro next time.

    Please arrange parking!

    This is my second stay. The staff's service is excellent across the board. However, it was very inconvenient that the hotel parking was unavailable this time. The municipal parking lot was hard to find and caused some stress. Other than the parking issue, I have no complaints.

    It was comfortable!

    Departing Sapporo in the evening and checking in after 8 PM, the convenient location near the station was truly appreciated. Although I booked a single room, I was upgraded to a spacious corner room due to availability, allowing me to enjoy a luxurious and open atmosphere. Upon arrival, there was a welcome drink service at the restaurant. The amenities were excellent (MIKIMOTO shampoo, conditioner, and body soap), the room was clean, and breakfast was delicious. The staff provided friendly service, making my one-night stay highly satisfying. Thank you very much!

    Very convenient.

    It's close to JR Obihiro Station, there are many restaurants within walking distance, and the breakfast was delicious, so I would like to use it again the next time I come to Obihiro.

    Highly recommended!

    I traveled in Hokkaido for 12 days. Among them, I really liked this Hotel and stayed for 3 nights. First of all, it was great that the Hotel was well-balanced with its location in front of the station, providing good access to trains, bus terminals, and taxis, and above all, the rooms were clean, spacious even for singles, and comfortable. The service and hospitality were also very good. The security is solid and reassuring. It is a Hotel I can recommend to anyone staying in Obihiro.

    Conveniently located near the station

    The room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and I was able to spend my time comfortably. The coin laundry was also well-equipped, and I would like to use it for a long-term stay next time. If I were to be a bit greedy, it would be perfect if there was a large public bath.

    Repeat stay!

    The facility was clean, and the reception staff were pleasant, allowing me to stay with peace of mind. It was also close to the Rokkatei main store, so I was able to visit the long-awaited tea room! As a request, I would have liked to have bottled water in the room... The refreshing climate made for a perfect stay. I will visit again!
