    Highly satisfied

    Yokohama & Tokyo Trip

    I stayed at this Hotel to visit my son and his wife who live in Yokohama, and to meet friends in Ikebukuro. It was very convenient, close to the station and easy to get to Tokyo as well as Shin-Yokohama and Yokohama. Although I arrived early, I was shown to my Room as it was already prepared. It was a single Room, but spacious and spotlessly clean, with a wide bed that made my stay very comfortable. Amenities were available for pickup on the front desk floor and were well stocked. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety and everything was delicious. I would like to stay at this Hotel again on my next trip to the Kanto area.

    My Favorite Hotel

    Whenever I have a get-together nearby, I always stay here. The pet-friendly size, the bath size, the feel of the Room, and the cleanliness— even down to the amenities—are perfect for me. Of course, the front desk staff are also very friendly. Thank you as always.

    Has issues

    The Room we were shown smelled of smoke even though we chose a non-smoking Room, and it wasn’t properly cleaned—there was hair left behind. I assume the linens had been washed, but stains hadn’t come out, which was unpleasant. There were people making noise late at night, so I couldn’t sleep peacefully and regretted choosing this place.

    I’ll definitely be a repeat guest!

    This was my second stay. It’s a very comfortable Hotel, so I chose to stay here again. The Room is kept very clean, and all the staff are friendly and pleasant. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is delicious. I plan to stay here again in the future.

    Overall, I’m satisfied—pretty much as expected.

    The Room was mostly clean, but there was a long hair in the washbasin. For amenities, it would be appreciated if items such as a shower cap, cotton pads, hair ties, and bath salts were provided.

    The Finest Business Hotel

    The area around the station near the Hotel is filled with commercial Facilities and has been thoughtfully developed as a convenient, functional compact city designed for “walkable living.” It feels like a top-tier Business Hotel in an ideal setting. True to its reputation for being “safe even for families and women traveling alone,” I felt reassured walking around even late at night. The guest room was spotless and refreshingly uncluttered—in the best way. I slept very comfortably. The front desk staff were also quick and courteous, which is exactly what guests value most. Nature is close by as well, with places like the Tama River riverside and Todoroki Ryokuchi Park nearby—it quickly became one of my favorites.

    I stayed on the 17th floor for 4 nights and 5 days, and the bathroom always had a slight odor.

    It was convenient and nice, but…

    The location near Musashi-Kosugi Station was convenient and great, but the voices of people walking in the hallway late at night were loud and woke me up several times. It’s not really the Hotel’s fault, but it was a bit disappointing.

    Satisfied with reliable service quality

    When traveling to the Kanto region, I usually stay at Richmond Hotel. This time, I stayed at Musashi-Kosugi after a while. The hotel is conveniently accessible from Haneda Airport, and there are convenience stores and supermarkets right in front of the hotel. Additionally, it’s very convenient for traveling to central Tokyo or Yokohama as multiple train lines are available. The price is reasonable, and the quality of service is excellent—I am very satisfied. I will definitely use this hotel again. It’s perfect for business trips or casual travel with friends without any complaints. Furthermore, the facility is impeccably clean throughout. Thank you very much!

    A cozy Hotel!

    I enjoy staying at hotels around Tokyo and Yokohama Minato Mirai on weekends for a relaxing getaway. I have stayed at this Hotel several times, and it is conveniently located near the nearest station with convenience stores and commercial facilities nearby, making shopping hassle-free. The location is ideal for accessing both Tokyo and Yokohama, making it suitable for business use as well. The Hotel staff are always kind and greet guests with a smile, which is very welcoming. Depending on the Room's location, some may find train noise noticeable due to its proximity to the tracks. This is a Hotel I would like to continue using occasionally in the future.     Favorite Accommodation

    Richmond Hotel is my favorite accommodation. I use it during business trips when it's affordable. This time, I stayed in Musashi-Kosugi at a great value. Although I requested a single room, they kindly provided me with a spacious twin room, for which I am truly grateful! Despite the challenging environment of re-employment, this is an accommodation I'd like to use again for business trips. The only dissatisfaction during this stay was that while draining the bathwater, the drainage seemed to overflow and backflowed through the drain, soaking the bath mat completely. It was quite bothersome when using the toilet as the surrounding area was wet.

    Unexpectedly!

    Wondering how it would be, I entered the Room and was surprised. For a single, the bed is big, and the Room is quite spacious. The view from the Room is also nice. Definitely! Staying here again next time—Done!

    My mother was also satisfied.

    It was a comfortable Room on the 19th floor. My mother was pleased with the semi-double bed, which was very cozy and convenient. The limousine from Haneda Airport stops nearby, making it very convenient. Although slightly in the suburbs, I think it’s a great Hotel.

    2 Multiple Night Stay

    Stayed for 2 nights. Cleaning could be selected via the TV screen in the Room, and I had requested regular cleaning, but unfortunately, when I returned to the Hotel at night, the cleaning was not done and the Room was left as it was. However, after contacting them, new towels were promptly delivered to the Room. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station with supermarkets and commercial Facilities nearby.

    It was a comfortable stay.

    This was my second stay. The Hotel is conveniently located near Musashi-Kosugi Station, with several commercial Facilities nearby and a convenience store close to the Hotel, making it very comfortable without any inconvenience! The front desk staff were excellent, with wonderful smiles. Thank you for your kind assistance. One minor issue was the strong smell of the shower curtain in the bathroom; it might be time to consider replacing it. Also, the bathroom ventilation seemed weak or ineffective? It felt humid after use... These are small concerns, but overall, this is a very good Hotel with great value for money. I would love to stay here again and recommend it for business trips, sightseeing, or relaxation. Thank you for another pleasant stay!

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed at the accommodation to support a tournament held at Komazawa Park. Since I rarely drive myself to the Kanto area and stay overnight, I was nervous about parking, but every staff member greeted me with a smile and provided courteous assistance, which put me at ease. The room was also comfortable, allowing me to fully recover from the day's fatigue and head out for the next day's support feeling refreshed. I plan to prioritize using Richmond Hotel Group accommodations in the future as a member whenever I need a place to stay.

    I initially reserved...

    I initially reserved a smoking room as non-smoking rooms were unavailable. However, during the confirmation call the day before, I was informed, "We apologize for not having non-smoking rooms available and will do our best to remove any odors." On the day of check-in, I was delighted to be informed that a non-smoking room had become available and my reservation was changed. The thoughtful service made me very happy.

    A well-balanced Hotel.

    This was my first time staying at a hotel in Musashi-Kosugi, and it turned out to be a highly satisfying experience! The location exceeded my expectations, with commercial facilities around the station for shopping and plenty of dining options both outside and within the Hotel. The Hotel is clean, equipped with all necessary amenities, and ensures a comfortable stay. As a Tokyo resident who enjoys staying at hotels in Yokohama or Tokyo several times a month for a change of pace, Musashi-Kosugi had not been on my list until now. However, this stay allowed me to rediscover its charm. I would love to stay here again. I also appreciated the staff accommodating additional requests like extra plates or bath mats. If I were to point out one downside, it would be the lack of drinking glasses provided in the room—I was surprised but managed by purchasing plastic cups from a convenience store nearby. Overall, this is an excellent Hotel that I can recommend for business trips, sightseeing, or simply refreshing yourself. Thank you very much!

    Noise? No problem if it doesn't bother you.

    I have a hard time sleeping, so I requested a quiet Room, but there was a constant low-pitched "vroom" sound. I'm not sure if it was a machine noise, wind from the building, or something unavoidable due to the building's structure, but I couldn't sleep at all. There was no sound from the train. Perhaps Rooms facing the other direction might have had train noise. I think there are people who can sleep without being bothered by noise, so for those people, it would be very comfortable without any issues.

    The parking lot is...

    It was a very good Hotel. It was clean, and the amenities were great. However, I chose it partly because it said there was parking, but I was told, "This car won't fit (Harrier)," and I had to go to a nearby parking lot in the rain, which was shocking... It would have been nice if it was mentioned on the website.

    Excellent location

    I stayed for the first time. It was very convenient as it was close to the station and there were several commercial facilities along the way. The hotel was a bit old, but I added an extra bed to the double room this time, and it was not cramped and comfortable. When I visited to leave my luggage before check-in, a woman who seemed to be the hotel manager kindly assisted me. I would like to use this hotel again.
