    I’m a returning guest.

    I have stayed here many times. The Facilities are excellent, the Room is clean, and I always enjoy a comfortable stay. As I often visit Chinatown and the Yamashita Park area, I chose this Hotel for its convenient access. I also really appreciate being able to use the ReFa hair dryer and hair iron. I would like to stay here again in the future.

    I don’t want to waste time.

    Although it was the cheapest Room, check-in took a long time. There was demolition work next to the Hotel without prior notice. The Room was not cleaned well, and there was hair in the bathroom. The breakfast area was dimly lit like a bar, the selection was limited and not fresh, and the buffet was messy because there were not enough staff. The only advantages are that it is close to the stadium and Chinatown.

    The Quality of Daiwa Net Hotel

    I’ve stayed at Daiwa Net Hotel in various locations, and everywhere except Kanazawa has been comfortable. This time, even though it wasn’t a suite, the room had a two-tier refrigerator (with a freezer) and a microwave, which was very helpful. It’s a little far from the station, but not enough to be an issue. Yamashita Park is nearby, and Chinatown is right next door. Yokohama Stadium is also close, but I couldn’t hear any noise. If I have another chance to visit Yokohama, I’d like to stay here again.

    Bathroom with washing area

    I chose this Hotel by searching for a bathroom with a washing area. It’s true that I made a Reservation with the Room type left to the Hotel, but since it appeared in the search results for a bathroom with a washing area, I believe it should at least match what was shown in the search. 　After I complained, they changed my Room, but charged me 5,000 yen. It felt like I had been scammed.

    Since I left the Room type up to you,

    I should have checked more carefully, but I left the Room type up to the hotel and ended up with a Room that has a unit bath. I often stay at Daiwa Roynet in other areas, so I mistakenly assumed that separate bath and toilet is the standard. It was my own fault, but using a unit bath was slightly disappointing. However, everything else was excellent as always.

    Comfortable Hotel Near Chinatown

    Close to Nihon-Odori Station and Chinatown. The staff were kind (though there was no explanation about the amenities). The room was new and comfortable. While the view from the room only showed the hotel across, it wasn't an issue as my stay was for business purposes. It seemed there were no laundry bags available, but other amenities were fine. One concern was the sound of a dog barking. Is this accommodation pet-friendly? The barking echoed in the hallway (and could be heard inside the room), which was surprising.

    Hair is still present...

    I recently stayed for a Multiple Night Stay during a business trip. The hotel had a clean and fresh atmosphere with white as the main theme. The room I stayed in looked clean at first glance, but when I opened the sliding door of the bathroom, I found several strands of hair on the door rail, which made me uncomfortable. As a result, I couldn't use the toilet or bathroom in my room during my stay. I ended up using facilities elsewhere because, of course, I needed to use them. However, since it was already a cold season, it was quite inconvenient and disappointing. Is there some inconsistency in cleanliness? I never want to stay at a hotel where I can't use the toilet or bathroom again!

    A Hotel where you can stay comfortably.

    I enjoy staying at the Hotel on weekends while refreshing around Minato Mirai and Kamakura. This Hotel is conveniently located near Chinatown, Yokohama Stadium, and Yamashita Park. The Room is very simple, and it's helpful that you can choose amenities, coffee, and tea at the front desk as needed. Check-in and check-out are quick with automated payment machines. Overall, it’s a cost-effective Hotel with high satisfaction, and I would like to use it again. The staff are also kind. Thank you for taking care of me this time as well!

    Family Trip to Yokohama with Your Dog

    I was looking for a Hotel where I could stay with my dog and also enjoy sightseeing. Even though I was with my dog, the high-floor Room was very nice. The quality of the amenities was excellent, making it a comfortable stay. The coffee packs provided were also delicious. There were Reviews mentioning that the front desk could get crowded, but when I visited, there was no one around, and I received a thorough explanation during check-in. At check-out, although it was an automated payment system and I got confused, they immediately assisted me. Thank you for your hospitality. I would love to stay again!

    Hope you had a great weekend!

    It was my first time staying here, and I had a satisfying weekend. I chose a Room with a theater setup to enjoy some videos, but it required a subscription to watch. I wish I had researched this beforehand! Also, it would have been nice to have hand towels available. The Room had a small refrigerator with a freezer, which was great for storing ice cream—this was a pleasant surprise! The bathroom had two sinks and was spacious enough. The elevator had information about breakfast, mentioning that coffee is brewed by staff instead of a machine. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but it turned out to be amazing as they tailored it to my preferences. The breakfast venue isn’t very large, so you need to choose a time during check-in, but the quality exceeded the price. The salad was fresh with plenty of variety, and the French toast, bread, and other options were so good that I ended up eating too much!

    When I requested a non-slip bath mat for the bathroom due to my mobility issues during the reservation, I was contacted the day before and informed that such an arrangement could not be made. However, they kindly suggested changing to a Universal Room instead. Additionally, as I am disabled, they reserved a parking space for disabled guests, which was extremely helpful and greatly appreciated. The hospitality exceeded expectations for a Business Hotel. Thank you very much!

    Convenient, well-located, and clean.

    I stayed here for a baseball game and a visit to Chinatown. The Room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The Room even had a microwave, which was very convenient. One downside was that the refrigerator didn’t cool well (though the freezer worked fine!). I bought milk for my child and set the fridge to its maximum cooling level, but it didn’t get cold enough. However, the excellent value of the Room more than made up for this issue, and I was very satisfied overall. Having both a restaurant and a convenience store on the first floor is incredibly convenient!

    It was comfortable.

    I had to stay in Yokohama unexpectedly and stayed at this Hotel as it was available. The Room was small but clean and comfortable. It was very reasonably priced.

    Poor reception service.

    At check-in, the machine encountered an error, and I had to wait in line at the reception until it was my turn. After that, I was told by the staff to use the machine again for check-in. The entire process took 30 minutes. What is the purpose of having an automated check-in machine?

    A beautifully renova...

    A beautifully renovated Hotel. It is a bit of a walk from the station, but conveniently located near Chinatown. The Hotel has a unique structure as it incorporates Yokohama's historical building on its lower floors. You enter through the side service entrance since the original entrance of the historical building is closed for preservation purposes. After passing through a hall, you'll find an exclusive Hotel entrance leading to an elevator that takes you to the front desk on the third floor. There is also a convenient passageway from the hall directly connecting to a convenience store. The Room has been renovated and is very clean. A DVD player was provided, and there’s a 50-inch TV with a large screen where I watched my own DVD—Monteverdi's opera "The Coronation of Poppea." It was enjoyable even from bed. The showerhead in the bathroom is by ReFa, offering an excellent texture for your skin and making showers delightful!

    Stay with Your Pet

    The room was very clean and beautiful. All the staff were kind and friendly. It was our first overnight trip with a pet, and we were glad to stay at such a wonderful Hotel. Located right in front of Yokohama Stadium, it was also within a 5 to 15-minute walk to Yokohama Chinatown and Motomachi. There is a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel, which was very convenient. The room had both a microwave and refrigerator, which were great features. Amenities could be taken as needed from the front desk area. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Yokohama. Thank you!

    It was a last-minute...

    It was a last-minute decision to book the accommodation, but I loved the stadium-view room. Having a Lawson on the first floor was very convenient. I was also satisfied with the price.

    Girls' Night Out for 4

    It was hard to find a Hotel where four people could stay and chat comfortably, but this Hotel was perfect. With four beds, a cozy table in the middle, comfortable chairs, and the option to enjoy coffee or tea, we had a wonderful time. Thank you!

    This was my third stay.

    I always stay here when I come to Yokohama. I'm usually very satisfied, but this time I found short hairs on the bathroom wall (probably from wiping water droplets with a used bath towel) and hair on the floor next to the bed right after entering the room. It was disappointing, but I think I'll use it again.

    Design Comparison

    I stay at various Business Hotels, but recently, whether newly built or renovated, I’ve been appalled by the cost-cutting designs that seem to completely disregard the needs of guests. However, at Roynet, the entrance, the area around the elevators, and the overall design are decent. The Room also has well-thought-out features like the sink in the bathroom, the placement of lighting controls, and a spot to use a laptop. A bedside table is essential for placing a smartphone within reach while sleeping, but most Business Hotels don’t have one. Here, there was a small round table that could be used as a substitute bedside table. The choice of chairs and other details reflect the thoughtfulness of the designers and management towards their guests, which I found very reasonable. Impressive. Others are just too terrible.

    I was overwhelmed by...

    I was overwhelmed by the historical and majestic building. However, the interior had just been renovated, making it an overall clean and fresh Hotel. From the Room, you can see Yokohama Stadium right in front of you, which is an irresistible location for baseball fans! There is a Lawson inside the Hotel, and Chinatown is just a few minutes' walk away, making it very convenient. The time limit for breakfast is a bit unsettling, but with limited seating, it can't be helped. However, perhaps due to the designated time, the restaurant was not crowded, allowing for a leisurely meal. It is a restaurant with a pleasant atmosphere. The coffee made right in front of you was delicious, and the buffet had a wide variety, making the meal very satisfying. The furnishings in the Room were also new, making for a very enjoyable stay. It is a Hotel I would like to stay at again.

    Barrier-free + Pet Friendly: Highly Satisfying

    It was an overnight trip with my 93-year-old mother, who requires nursing care level 5 and uses a wheelchair, along with my husband and a small dog. The recently renovated Room was very clean and spacious. The third bed was so satisfactory that it didn't feel like an extra bed. My mother, who can stand up on her own by holding onto something, was able to use the restroom without any issues. We were very grateful for the wheelchair-accessible parking space provided.

    It was very beautiful!

    It's a bit of a walk from the station, but it's not a problem. There is also a Lawson on the first floor, which was very convenient. The amenities were well-stocked, and the Room was spacious and clean, which was satisfying. I would like to use it again.

    Poor soundproofing.

    Sound from the neighboring Room carried heavily through the walls, and I couldn’t sleep. The TV picture quality was poor, and the internet connection didn’t seem very good. For a Hotel by a major homebuilder, this renovation was disappointing—I couldn’t help but feel the impact of cost-cutting in the materials and Facility.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    Stayed for one night to attend a meeting at Pacifico. The Facility was clean everywhere as it was just renovated. Chinatown is within walking distance, so there was no shortage of dinner options, and with a Lawson on the first floor and a "Sukiya" nearby, it was not inconvenient even without breakfast. There were no issues with the Room, and the lower water pressure was more than compensated by the latest shower head. The Yokohama Stadium, which was open for free public viewing of the Climax Series, was right in front, making it an irresistible location for fans. There were many Business Hotels around, but this was a competitive choice. If I have the opportunity, I will stay here again.

    Comfortable Stay in Chinatown

    I stayed for the first time and was able to relax in a spacious Room just after renovation. It was convenient as it was right in front of the stadium and close to Chinatown. Although it is in the center of Yokohama, it was really quiet and the late checkout was highly satisfying. The Room was unusually long horizontally, and the TV was really big, making the stay enjoyable. I would like to stay again.

    Beautiful and comfortable

    As expected after the renewal, the washroom and bath were thoroughly new, clean, and comfortable! I will visit again if I have the chance.
