    This is a spacious Room.

    For a Business Hotel, the Room is relatively spacious and has a practical layout. Check-in and check-out are handled by machines, so there is no need to wait in line. Breakfast was also tasty, served as a set meal. However, there was one issue with cleanliness: long hair was left in the sink and body hair remained in the bathroom, so I had to clean it myself before taking a bath.

    One night in Hiroshima

    I stayed here while attending a concert at Hiroshima Green Arena and had a comfortable stay. The streetcar runs right in front of the Hotel, and the location was great, so I would like to stay here again when I visit Hiroshima.

    We do not recommend the Western-style breakfast.

    The Room was incredibly convenient, clean, and sophisticated! It was quiet and deserves 5 stars! The hairdryer was excellent! It was a Panasonic model that is quiet and dries quickly. Highly recommended! For the breakfast Plan, we recommend choosing either Japanese or Japanese-Western style. The Japanese breakfast had great volume with plenty of side dishes, which left us very satisfied. On the other hand, the Western breakfast had smaller portions overall, and the bread quality was not great... If you prefer Western-style breakfast, visiting a café like Komeda might offer better value for money and satisfaction. Since it's a set meal restaurant, the Japanese option allows free rice refills for an even more fulfilling experience!

    Big Hit Omakase Plan

    Although we checked in quite late, we were upgraded to a twin room with the "Leave it to Us" Plan! It was a difficult time for us, so we were very happy to relax in a spacious room. The cleanliness, customer service, amenities, and the use of the room key inside the elevator all made for a safe and comfortable stay. Breakfast was at the diner downstairs, which is attached to the hotel. It was clean and offered delicious Japanese-style grilled salted salmon and coffee.

    Pajamas

    The day I stayed happened to be colder than usual for early spring, and I wished there were pajama pants available. The room was clean and pleasant. However, although I thought I had reserved a non-smoking room, it turned out to be a smoking room with a strong tobacco smell. It was my mistake in the reservation, so it couldn't be helped, but the smell was strong enough to make me feel uncomfortable.

    Improvement request! Please ensure thorough cleaning and facility management.

    I used it last year because it was very clean, but this year it was terrible. The toilet and bathroom smelled so bad that I couldn't take off my mask. You have to keep pressing the toilet for the water to flush! Is that even possible these days? Do they rent out broken rooms without inspection? I think it's unbelievable. This is the first time I've encountered such a room at Daiwa Roynet Hotel or any other hotel. I felt awful. I endured because they said it was fully booked, but it's unacceptable. Are they just making things look nice on the surface? Please improve this situation.

    The location was good.

    After checking in after business, I was able to fully explore the area around the Peace Memorial Park before 6 PM. Afterwards, I met up with an acquaintance at a famous nearby okonomiyaki restaurant, and after enjoying food and drinks, I was able to return to the Hotel by 10:00 PM even after enjoying the Christmas illuminations on Peace Boulevard. After entering the room, the arrangement for a taxi the next morning was smoothly handled. I chose a Japanese and Western breakfast, but it was at an average level, perhaps? Other hotels are also striving, so I expect a bit more, but since they use a small restaurant within the Hotel, it might be understandable.

    Advice for those considering a Reservation for a "Hollywood Twin"

    In the room introduction on the reservation page, it states, "*The Hollywood Twin Room is a guest room with one room on each floor. If you reserve more than two rooms, the floors will be separate, so please be aware in advance," which is true. However, the view shown in the photos on the website is only from some of the higher floors, and the view from other rooms of this type is just the concrete of the adjacent building. For those looking forward to staying in Hiroshima with a Hollywood Twin reservation, this can be a major disappointment. If you are considering reserving a Hollywood Twin, it is strongly recommended to call the hotel in advance to confirm which floor your room will be assigned.

    Good Hotel

    Although it is away from the downtown area, it is quiet and the environment is good. The cleaning of the interior is thorough, and there is plenty of space. The only downside for me personally was that I could only book a high-priced Room, but I still recommend it for use.

    First Time in Hiroshima

    Visited Hiroshima for the first time in my 60-plus years of life. Although it was a business trip, I was able to check out early in the morning and do some sightseeing as the Peace Memorial Park and Hiroshima Castle were within walking distance. It was a comfortable stay. Thank you for your hospitality.

    Convenient, comfortable, and affordable

    The Hotel was conveniently located close to the Peace Memorial Park and within walking distance to an area with many restaurants. There is also a convenience store on the first floor, which is very convenient. The interior was like a standard Business Hotel, but the Room was unexpectedly spacious. I didn't use it because I left early in the morning, but the breakfast at the restaurant seemed to be in the 800 yen range. I will use it again.

    I was upgraded from a single to a double room, and it was very comfortable. It's a bit of a walk from the main street, but it wasn't unpleasant, and there was no noise, so it was nice. Next time I stay, I'll book for multiple nights.

    A so-called business hotel

    As a business hotel, it left an impression of being neither particularly good nor bad. There were no major issues with the stay, but a few points caught my attention. Firstly, it was disappointing to find mold in the bathroom, and I wish more attention was paid to cleanliness. Additionally, the fact that the room's refrigerator loses power unless the key is inserted felt inconvenient for a long-term stay. Furthermore, the hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, which made access somewhat inconvenient. However, it seems there is another branch of the same hotel chain located near the station, so I would like to try that one next time for comparison. Overall, it was a safe and standard stay, but with improvements in cleaning and facilities, it could become a more comfortable hotel.
