    Morioka Trip

    It’s a bit of a walk from Morioka Station, but the location is great. If you’re sightseeing, it’s easy to get around efficiently, and I was surprised by how many restaurants, snack bars, and clubs are nearby. The jajamen shop I’d been curious about and Kenji no Daichikan were also within walking distance from the Hotel. The Room was clean and well kept, with plenty of amenities. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options; the cold noodles in particular were delicious and very satisfying. Thanks to this stay, my first trip to Morioka was truly enjoyable.

    Great value, excellent service, and very satisfying.

    I use this place occasionally. The staff's service is excellent, and the Room is comfortable with high satisfaction. The bed suits me well, and I always sleep soundly.

    Sound

    I use this facility 1-2 times a month, but occasionally I end up on a very noisy floor. This time, it seemed to be a floor with many Multiple Night Stay guests, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience with loud door opening and closing late at night and noise from activities in the Room. I was unable to sleep peacefully and felt uncomfortable.

    Noisy!!

    I stayed on the 7th floor on Saturday, October 18th. Noise from the neighboring room (possibly shower sounds?) echoed late into the night, making it impossible to sleep. It sounded like machinery noise, as if some construction work was being done. I believe it was likely caused by water pipes or shower sounds from the neighboring room. Immediate improvements are recommended.

    No internet connection.

    The free Wi-Fi at the Hotel seems to be congested, making it difficult to connect to the internet (it’s barely sufficient for checking emails on a smartphone). On a computer, even accessing Yahoo or Google results in errors (using a high-spec, latest model computer). This makes it impossible to work on a computer using the internet at night. I stay here every year, but there has been no improvement. Could this issue be addressed?

    Unfortunately, this time did not meet expectations.

    I use this accommodation monthly as it is conveniently located for early morning travel. The renovated facilities are clean and well-maintained. While the location is excellent, the view is not great, so I never open the curtains. I've never been bothered by noise before, but this time was terrible. It seems I ended up on the same floor as a group, with loud conversations in the hallway late at night and constant door slamming. Unfortunately, sharing a floor with such inconsiderate guests made for a disappointing stay. I forgot to mention this during checkout, so I'm leaving my review here instead.

    It was a wonderful stay experience.

    The service was very good. The Hotel placed the ordered items in the Room. The futon was also very comfortable, and it was very quiet during the stay. I would definitely like to use it again next time.
