    Accommodation only

    It was a clean and well-maintained Hotel, and although our stay was short, we were able to relax comfortably. This time we did not include meals, but we felt that choosing the Hotel’s dining option might have been better. We would like to stay again if we have the opportunity.

    I think it is an eco-friendly Hotel.

    A simple-style hotel designed with various accommodation needs in mind. I stayed in a twin room with a friend, and the room was clean and spacious enough to satisfy us. The local department store next door made shopping convenient.

    Convenient and comfortable.

    Located in the center of Hachinohe, it was convenient to go anywhere. There is a department store called Sakurano next door, and a Lawson on the first floor of the Hotel, making shopping easy. There were also many restaurants nearby. The Room was clean and comfortable for a pleasant stay.

    The Two Giants of Central Hachinohe

    This hotel near the Sakura-no Department Store in central Hon-Hachinohe is always a top choice alongside Dormy Inn. If the budget allows, these two options are unmatched in quality. Although this hotel has a large public bath, I rarely use it, so I don't feel compelled to choose Dormy Inn. Additionally, as a member of Daiwa Roynet Hotels from occasional stays in Tsukuba, I often opt for this accommodation. However, during this stay, the "Customer Service" rating was slightly lower due to an issue where even though I had installed their mobile app and received QR codes after booking for two people together, an error occurred and required front desk assistance—this was disappointing. Other than that, the room size and interior were excellent quality for the price. That said, there seems to be a significant price difference between weekdays and weekends. After visiting Hirosaki Sakura Festival and considering another night’s stay here, the strong pricing far exceeded my budget allowance for consecutive nights at this accommodation. Despite being quite far from Hirosaki itself, it seems that accommodation prices around Aomori or Hachinohe rise significantly during cherry blossom season.

    Stays after a long t...

    Stays after a long time. Membership information changed from card type to smartphone app, and the points I had were also gone. I was surprised, but I thought it couldn't be helped since I couldn't use it for more than 3 years due to COVID-19. The front desk and room cleaning conditions were good, and I was able to stay comfortably. In winter Hachinohe, it would have been perfect service if the air conditioning in the room was turned on according to the stay schedule. I look forward to your continued support.

    The entire front floor smells of tobacco.

    The front desk is on the second floor, and it smells like cigarettes the moment you get off the elevator. It was very difficult for me because I have asthma, and it smelled like cigarettes the whole time I was waiting for a taxi. I've stayed at hotels in various price ranges, but this is the first time I've encountered a front desk so filled with the smell of cigarettes, and I was surprised. The room was nice, but I don't think I can stay here again in the future.
