    We had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed for three nights during the Obon holiday. It was a very pleasant space, and we are grateful to the staff. If I had to mention one point, it would be the mattress. Our family uses a health roll, so we may simply be used to a firmer feel. However, at an Accommodation in Hakone in June, we slept comfortably with Airweave and Nishikawa bedding. It is conveniently located near the bus center and dining area. We would love to stay again.

    During the Lantern Festival

    I had heard that securing parking during the Lantern Festival would be difficult, so I chose this property for its parking and convenient location close to the venue. Another plus was that the Cancellation Fee was free until shortly before arrival. I booked a Room with a separate bath and toilet, and after walking around sightseeing, it was great to relax in the large bathtub and ease my fatigue. To be honest, the Kapitan concept wasn’t really my style, but the Room was spacious and had everything I needed functionally, so my stay was very comfortable.

    It is a bit far from Nagasaki Station, but it is conveniently located near tourist spots. The Room was very clean, and the staff provided polite service. Thank you.

    Convenient location for sightseeing

    The location was very convenient for sightseeing, with Chinatown, Megane Bridge, and dining streets nearby. The Room was spacious and well-cleaned, and the separate bath and toilet made it very user-friendly. However, one surprising thing! The atmosphere around the Hotel during the day and at night was completely different. I only realized at night that the Hotel is located in an area with many bars.

    Conveniently located in the downtown area.

    Fast self check-in and check-out, convenient location near Shianbashi and a convenience store, as well as the availability of parking, always make for a satisfying stay. The drip coffee available at the front desk was enjoyed in the Room and left a lasting impression with its great taste.

    Excellent location

    Great location. Conveniently close to downtown for dining and shopping. Easy access to the airport and the ropeway station. Stayed in a single room, but the bed was quite large (possibly a double), providing a comfortable stay.

    Really good Hotel

    This was my first time using it. I travel domestically several times a year, and among the Hotels I have used so far, this was the highest level in every aspect. I will definitely use it again.

    Richmond is a cut above the rest.

    I try to use Richmond as much as possible when traveling for business because it never disappoints. I believe it offers a higher level of service for business travelers. However, some buildings appear to be aging, which is why I have given this rating. Overall, I think it's not bad.

    Nagasaki Enjoyment Breakfast

    I think it is as per other reviews. There is a sense of cleanliness and an upscale feel as a business hotel. I will refrain from making negative comments as there is no end to the small details. What is noteworthy is definitely the breakfast buffet. It includes everything from Nagasaki Kakuni Man to Bunmeido Castella and Fukuyama's Mentaiko. The salad is subtly crisp and the freshness is excellent without cutting corners! It's something you would want to enjoy even if you have to pay 2000 yen. Regarding the staff, the front desk is somewhat lacking. Why are there so many young people at the front desk when it's automated with a QR code? What was pleasant was the breakfast staff's smile and cheerful greeting, which gave me energy from the morning. Furthermore, the cleaning staff behind the scenes, although they were elderly, were very polite in their greetings, which was admirable. Since the front desk is the face of the hotel, it is understandable that they have young people who can speak foreign languages for inbound measures, but the human touch of the on-site staff was comforting. Thank you very much.
