    It was really great!

    I stayed here for a concert trip, and overall I was very satisfied! The salmon and salmon roe rice bowl at breakfast was delicious. I’m not great with the smell of raw food, but I still want to eat seafood—so it made me really happy that this place let me enjoy it. One thing I noticed: when I took a shower at night, the bathwater seemed to leak into the bathroom from somewhere. It drained away quickly, so I wasn’t sure if that’s just how it’s designed.

    When making my Reservation, I accidentally booked a smoking room for the second night, and when I tried to change it, all non-smoking rooms were fully booked for that day. However, before check-in on the day, the hotel contacted me and said, “A non-smoking room is available, so we will make all three nights non-smoking,” which allowed me to enjoy a comfortable stay with a spacious bed. The front desk staff were always polite and kind. My trip to Sapporo was definitely even more memorable thanks to them. I would love to stay here again next time.

    It was a clean and comfortable Room.

    The front desk staff welcomed us kindly, and we enjoyed the delicious welcome drink. The amenities were well stocked with a variety of teas, and we were happy to find face masks as well. The Room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were very comfortable. We would like to stay again. Thank you very much.

    Following last year's trip, this year’s Hokkaido journey was amidst heavy rain.

    During my trip to Hokkaido, I stayed at your hotel from the night of the second day until the morning of the fifth day. This was my first time staying at the same accommodation for 3 nights and 4 days during a trip. The first two days of my journey involved traveling by train (JR Hokkaido) in heavy rain, with train cancellations and significant delays, which made it quite challenging. After arriving at your hotel, I noticed a sign near the front desk (as shown in the image below), but I did not visit for any live events. Instead, I used your accommodation as a base for activities such as watching baseball at Es Con Field Hokkaido, touring Royce Chocolate Factory near Sapporo, and sightseeing around Otaru Station. Your hotel is 14 stories tall, offering views of Sapporo's city lights from higher floors; however, my room was on the 5th floor. Despite this, my room was clean and very comfortable. For breakfast over three mornings at "Hanabi," a Japanese-style izakaya restaurant on the first floor: - On Day 1: Obihiro Pork Bowl Set Meal - On Day 2: Hokkaido Zangi Fried Chicken Soup Curry - On Day 3: Dosanko Set Meal I thoroughly enjoyed these meals featuring local flavors from Hokkaido and felt very satisfied with each breakfast experience. If I have free time again in the future, I would love to stay at your hotel once more. Thank you so much!

    One night in Sapporo

    The staff's service was exceptional, surpassing even that of a first-class hotel. The location is convenient, within walking distance from the station, about 6-7 minutes. The accommodation and room were kept clean, and the facial mask amenity was perfect for soothing my face after walking around in the summer heat. I had a very pleasant stay. Thank you very much!

    I want to come back again.

    The hotel offers plenty of amenities that women will appreciate. Even with a large suitcase, you can walk to Sapporo Station. The selectable breakfast options include a grilled fish set meal, which was delicious.

    It was my first time using this accommodation, and I was upgraded to a spacious room. Thank you very much. The unit bath is a bit old, but I had a comfortable stay. I would like to stay here again if I have the chance.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    I stayed in a Single Room for 5 nights. The last-minute discount made it very affordable. Although it's a bit far from the JR station, it was convenient for shopping and other activities. The room had a spacious desk, making it easy to work on my PC, and the WiFi speed was reliable. However, the chair was hard and uncomfortable after sitting for long periods; a cushion would have been helpful. The bathroom was a unit bath with a large tub that allowed me to relax. However, the tap water came out extremely hot at first and took some time to cool down, which was inconvenient. There was no complimentary water provided, but I appreciated having bath salts and drip coffee available on the first floor. As for breakfast, it was served as set meals which ensured no crowding and allowed me to enjoy my meal in peace. However, after 5 days of similar side dishes, I found myself getting bored with them. Overall, I had a positive impression of my stay and would like to use this accommodation again in the future.

    Convenient location

    I stayed at a hotel close to the venue for a live concert in winter. The location was convenient, and the amenities were very well-equipped, which was great. The check-in at 2 PM and check-out at 11 AM allowed for a relaxed stay, which was helpful. It was my first time using this hotel, but I was satisfied with it.

    Convenient location

    A few minutes from Sapporo Station. Easy to find as it is on the corner. The Room is spacious for being near the station (used a twin room). The staff's response was also pleasant.

    Double Payment

    At check-in, my card was charged even though it should have been settled. Upon checking, it was found to be a double payment. I don't know why this happened, but I hope you will be careful.
