    Although I only stayed overnight, the Accommodation was kept clean.

    The service was excellent!

    We stayed in a room for four with my elderly parents. Although we didn't request it, the accommodation kindly prepared a room on the second floor for our convenience. We chose a breakfast-included plan and expected a buffet, but it turned out to be set meals that could be selected. My parents were able to enjoy their meal comfortably at their seats. The Japanese-style meal with freshly cooked rice was incredibly delicious, and my parents finished everything from the morning. The staff were kind and attentive, and I would love to stay here again when visiting Kagoshima. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

    A Mysterious Space

    The Japanese-style room was refreshingly different from a typical Hotel in a good way. The low mattress, rather than a bed, was also nice. I would love to stay again.

    The location was great, and I had a comfortable stay.

    The staff provided excellent service. The bathroom and washroom felt a bit outdated. Breakfast included dishes that gave a sense of Kagoshima, and it was delicious.

    Sincere hospitality and service

    On the morning of our stay, we stopped by with our car just to drop off our luggage, and the parking staff provided very polite and helpful guidance. At the front desk where we went to leave our luggage, I asked many questions, and they kindly answered each one with great patience. Although I caused some inconvenience due to my misunderstanding at the front desk... On the night of our stay, I requested a taxi reservation for an early pick-up the next morning. The staff called several companies and managed to secure one for us. However, later I realized that such an early taxi wasn't necessary and called from my room to cancel it. They responded very kindly and understandingly. I am truly grateful to all HOTEL staff members for their excellent service! The only downside was that there were no hair ties among the amenities. Also, while the toilet was extremely clean and easy to use, sounds from it could be heard in the room... It was truly a wonderful hotel where we were well taken care of. Please let us stay again!

    This was my first ti...

    This was my first time staying here. I was pleased to be provided with a room on the top floor. Despite being in the city, the view was better than expected. The room was spacious, and all the water facilities were separate, which was great. Additionally, there is a convenience store and a tram station right in front of the hotel, making the location very convenient. My family also had high praise for our stay, so we would love to stay here again when we visit Kagoshima next time. Thank you very much!

    Luxurious Stay

    Stayed in Kagoshima City for the first time in a while and chose this accommodation near Yamagataya for a business trip. The special offer made it very affordable, almost surprisingly so, but the room was a double for single use and very comfortable. A friend dropped me off by car and waited, and the staff's response to this was pleasant and accommodating. The front desk also updated my point card with a smile, making me look forward to staying here again. I truly appreciate such an excellent stay!

    We used a room that can accommodate four people for two nights to attend a relative's wedding. The room was well-cleaned, but since it was a Japanese-style room, it became quite cramped when the futons were laid out. However, since we only needed it for sleeping, we had no issues. The hotel is located in front of the tram stop and within walking distance to the downtown area, so the location is good. It would be more convenient if the affiliated parking lot were closer. The front desk service is polite, and the breakfast is delicious, with the staff being very pleasant. I would like to use it again when I visit.

    It was very good.

    I made a reservation for an event at Hozan Hall, and the location was easy to find and within walking distance to the downtown area. It was very convenient. The view from the window was not great as it faced a wall, but it was okay since I was only there to sleep. The staff were pleasant, and the room's bed was large and comfortable. Breakfast was a choice of five types. The menu unique to Kagoshima was hearty and very delicious. I found it more relaxing and efficient than a buffet. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

    Great satisfaction

    I used the car, and the parking lot was fully equipped, allowing for smooth parking. There was a tram stop right in front of the Hotel, so although it was within walking distance, I took the tram for the first time and enjoyed local cuisine at Tenmonkan. The Hotel Room was also clean, with a separate bath and toilet in this location, and both the bathtub and washing area were large. The Room was clean and quiet at night. The staff's service was also good.

    Colonoscopy

    Stayed for two nights for an inspection. The Room was spacious and new, with a nice smell of tatami that was very soothing. I chose this Room because the bath and toilet are separate, but it was beyond my expectations. When I requested cleaning, everything was done, so when I returned from the inspection, I felt like I was back home and was very relaxed. I will use it again. Thank you very much.
