    The Room and bed are spacious and easy to use.

    I was able to stay at a reasonable price during the Obon holiday period. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. It feels like many of the guests are international travelers.

    Easy check-in with a QR code? It feels pointless! Please improve it and make it simpler! The toilet cleaning was poor—the area under the toilet bowl was very dirty! The supervisor needs to check properly!

    No Meals Included

    I stayed here for a business trip that was suddenly scheduled during the holidays. There is a Lawson on the first floor, so even with No Meals Included, breakfast was not an issue. It is sufficient for a business stay.

    Reception Service

    I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. It was my first time staying at the station-front location, and the reception service was excellent. The breakfast tasted good, but it would be nice to have a bit more variety.

    This is my second stay at this Hotel in Kumamoto, and I am very satisfied.

    I had a great experience in Kumamoto, so I decided to stay here in Nagoya as well. I stayed for two nights, and the room was clean, well-maintained, and provided more than enough satisfaction. The staff were polite, and the amenity system allowed me to take only what I needed, which was efficient and convenient. There is no Onsen; each room has a unit bath that was sufficient and satisfactory for my needs. The facility was also clean and well-maintained with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. I only had breakfast during my stay, but there were plenty of options with generous portions, all delicious. It would have been even better if natto was available, but considering it's Nagoya, it’s understandable. Overall satisfaction exceeded my expectations. I look forward to staying here again in the future!

    Day Use

    This was my first time using the day-use service. I chose Daiwa Roynet Hotel because it has large desks and desk lamps, making it suitable for work, and I felt confident in booking. However, I couldn't use the wired LAN properly this time and could only connect via wireless LAN. The internet speed was also slow at times, even slower than 4G on my mobile phone, which was the only disappointing aspect.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    Recently, I almost always stay at this Hotel. Its convenient location near the station makes it easily accessible, and being a clean and modern Hotel with separate bath facilities and delicious local gourmet breakfast options adds to my satisfaction.

    The location is convenient.

    I chose this location because it is close to the bus terminal for traveling from Nagoya by Meitetsu Bus. It was sufficient for just sleeping, but it felt much older than it appeared in the photos. Perhaps due to a high number of inbound travelers, I had to wait quite a while for check-in even though it was late at night, which was disappointing.

    Located approximately halfway between JR Nagoya Station and Nagoya Convention Hall, it is convenient for attending conferences held at Nagoya Convention Hall. It is about a 10-minute walk. It is also conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the dining district around Nagoya Station.

    I used this hotel for the first time on a business trip. The front desk kindly changed my room to the ladies' floor, which had amenities that delighted women, such as a foot massage machine, two types of hairdryers, and Yakult cosmetics, making my stay very comfortable. Many places do not replace room wear when opting for an eco-stay, but I appreciated that they changed it daily. The staff at the front desk and the cleaning staff were polite and provided excellent service. The coffee cup was small, which was inconvenient. If they could provide a mug-sized cup, it would allow for a more relaxed coffee experience and could also be used for a small soup when feeling peckish.
