    It was great.

    This was my second stay. Both check-in and check-out can be done at a machine, which is convenient. Amenities are provided in a system where you choose what you want and take it with you. If I had to ask for one thing, I would like single-use skincare items. The Room was clean and comfortable. I also enjoyed the plum kelp tea. Thank you very much.

    Reasonably good.

    I was reasonably satisfied. The Room was a decent size, the in-room air conditioning, and the view from the high floor were great. The bed sank a little, but the pillow suited me and I slept well. What I wasn’t satisfied with: - The connection to the station was hard to find - Staff service was minimal and businesslike - Facility information/layout was confusing The desk light was an awkward type to use, and some amenities were dusty. It said it was directly connected to the station, but at first I couldn’t figure it out and ended up walking around in circles before entering from the first floor. I’m not used to big-city systems, so it was difficult on my first visit. Since the Room itself was comfortable, I’m giving 4 stars, but I’d like them to improve how easy it is to find the station connection and also step up cleaning a bit more...

    Front Desk Staff Service

    The front desk staff at checkout mentioned that I had exceeded the checkout time. Despite my polite apology, she stated that normally an extension fee would be charged after 15 minutes but decided to overlook it this time while advising me to be more careful in the future. If this policy is so important, I believe it should be communicated during check-in. That said, all other staff members were very kind and helpful!

    It was a quiet environment.

    It was a bit difficult to find the route to the Hotel as it was my first time using the station, but checking in during daylight made it easier to navigate even at night. The route through the building was well-lit, with a convenience store along the way, which was very convenient. The Hotel itself was quiet and allowed for a relaxing stay. I would consider staying here again next time (the convenience of Shinagawa station made it highly accessible).

    My favorite accommodation.

    I love this accommodation. It is conveniently located near the station, yet surrounded by beautiful natural surroundings. While there are slight signs of aging in the building, the staff are pleasant, and it is a very comfortable hotel. However, if you return very late at night, the greenery-rich entrance area might feel a bit dark and intimidating for women alone (though it should be safe as people are passing by).

    Directly connected to Osaki Station, offering great convenience. Surrounded by restaurants and drugstores, ensuring a comfortable stay. The Hotel provides the reliable Roynet quality for an exceptionally pleasant experience.

    It was comfortable.

    I stayed one night in a Hollywood Twin Room. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. It was quiet and very pleasant. If I may be a bit indulgent, having lotion or moisturizer at the amenity bar would have been perfect. Although I was initially worried about the self-check-in process, the staff kindly guided me through it without any issues.

    It was excellent.

    I stayed at the accommodation during a business trip. Although I initially got lost and took a detour through an unfamiliar route, I later discovered a very convenient path when heading to the convenience store. I recommend checking the route in advance! (laughs) The woman who assisted with the check-in process had a wonderful smile. I was grateful for being upgraded to a room with a foot massager, which was perfect for my tired feet after walking all day. The accommodation is close to the station, and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to others!

    The entrance is difficult to find.

    It's confusing without a Hotel signboard at the Osaki Station South Exit or the New West Exit. It's a trap for first-timers. Other than that, I was very satisfied.

    I feel that the accommodation rates in Tokyo have increased.

    It is conveniently located near LR Osaki Station, the Room is spacious, and the breakfast was delicious. However, perhaps because it was a Saturday in December, the price was about three times higher than when it is cheap, which was expensive. At this price, I wish at least amenities like lotion were provided, or that we could watch Youtube on the TV.

    It is conveniently located near Osaki Station. If you don't take the wrong exit, you can reach the second floor of the Hotel building via the direct passage from the station (the front desk is on the fourth floor).
