    Excellent value for money

    Delicious, clean, and convenient!

    There’s a 7-Eleven on the first floor, and MaxValu is just a short walk away. It’s also close to Miebashi Station on the monorail, and Kokusai-dori is right nearby. The location was incredibly convenient. The front desk and the room were very clean, and we enjoyed a delicious breakfast. In the afternoon, there were free Blue Seal ice cream and drinks—my child even said, “I want to stay here forever.” I was amazed we could stay at this price during summer vacation; everything was perfect. The staff were also very pleasant, so we’ll definitely stay again when visiting Naha.

    Affordable with a wide variety of breakfast options.

    We chose this hotel because the check-in time was around 11 PM, and the price was reasonable. Our group consisted of three people: my spouse, our high school-aged son, and myself. The room had three beds and was spacious. Although we didn’t have high expectations, the breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. In fact, I thought the breakfast here was better than at the DoubleTree by Hilton where we stayed afterward! There’s also a 7-Eleven on the first floor, which was very convenient.

    Great location

    Conveniently located near the monorail station and Kokusai Street. The staff were very accommodating, and the amenities were excellent. Enjoying ice cream in the lounge was a nice touch. However, all the towels in the Room had a fried food smell, which was unpleasant.

    Close to the Yui Rai...

    Close to the Yui Rail station, with a convenience store on the first floor, making it very convenient. The Room was relatively spacious and did not feel cramped, which was great.

    I would like to stay again.

    In May 2025, I stayed at the Richmond Hotel in Sapporo and had such a comfortable experience that I canceled my originally planned accommodation to stay here. Although my flight delay caused me to arrive just before 8 PM, limiting my time at the lounge, I was very pleased when the staff kindly asked during check-in if I would like to use the lounge first. The breakfast buffet staff created a welcoming atmosphere by actively recommending freshly prepared dishes, making it an enjoyable dining experience. I would definitely love to stay here again!

    Good.

    I chose this place because it is close to the station and port. At check-in, I was kindly upgraded to a spacious Room, which allowed me to relax comfortably. Additionally, I enjoyed welcome drinks and ice cream in the lounge. After feeling a bit tired from traveling, it was truly refreshing. I had such a relaxing stay—thank you very much! I would love to stay here again next time.

    It was excellent.

    Aside from the slightly outdated Facility, it was a very comfortable Hotel. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast venue staff were also very kind. It is conveniently located near Miebashi Station, with many massage shops and restaurants around the Hotel, making it easy to have dinner nearby. The lounge offered a variety of coffee options as well as ice cream. What I appreciated most was having two face towels provided in the room, which was a big plus for me. I would definitely like to stay here again when visiting Naha.

    Cost-effective Hotel

    This was my first time staying here. I arrived on a late-night flight, so I only stayed for the first night, but the Room was spacious, clean, and very nice. I was surprised to find that the shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the bathroom were from Mikimoto. It’s a brand I had always wanted to try, so it was great to use them as a reference. Although it was during hours when the lounge was closed, one of the staff kindly brought me Blue Seal ice cream, which made me very happy. The plane ride had been quite turbulent and left me feeling slightly unwell, so having cold ice cream tasted absolutely amazing. At night, I wasn’t sure where to eat dinner and ended up buying food from the Seven-Eleven next door to eat in my Room. Having a convenience store nearby was really helpful! They even had items different from those in Tokyo that I enjoyed exploring. I’m glad I could spend a relaxing start to my trip here. Thank you very much!

    Used for a pre-stay ...

    Used for a pre-stay before heading to remote islands from Tomari Port. I have stayed at hotels in Naha City about twice a year without specifying, usually around 10,000 yen per night. The room, toilet, and bath were top-level for me. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable compared to anywhere else. Due to Okinawa's first heavy rain during my visit, I couldn't step outside and ended up having pasta from the attached Seven-Eleven as dinner—but that was fine too. This is definitely a hotel I would like to use again next time!

    It was comfortable!

    This was my first time staying for one night. It’s away from Kokusai-dori, so it was quiet, and there were also a few small izakayas nearby, making the location very convenient. Above all, the staff were extremely kind and truly hospitable. I also appreciated being able to enjoy complimentary drinks in the lounge. I will stay here again when I visit Naha. Thank you for your hospitality.

    I stayed for 3 days....

    I stayed for 3 days. The Room was spacious and clean, making my stay very comfortable. The ice and drink service available from 1 PM to 8 PM was excellent. The breakfast menu had a variety of options, and everything was delicious throughout the 3 days. I would love to stay here again!

    Clean Hotel Near Kokusai Street!

    Stayed for 2 nights after a long time. There is a Seven-Eleven on the first floor, and although parking is paid, it was very convenient. The Room is standard for a Hotel but well-cleaned and comfortable. It's close to Miebashi Station and within walking distance to Kokusai Street, making it an excellent location for staying near Naha. I became a Richmond member, so I will continue to use this Hotel in the future!

    We recommend preparing materials about recommended dining options.

    I had a comfortable stay for two days. I appreciated being able to choose whether or not to have the Room cleaned and towels replaced during a Multiple Night Stay. One improvement I noticed is that the Hotel should prepare informational materials (including maps) about recommended dining options around the area (lunch, dinner, etc.) and their budgets. Based on my past experiences, most Hotels generally provide such materials to some extent. When I asked the front desk about recommended yakiniku restaurants nearby, the staff member seemed unaware of any options. While I thought they could have quickly asked another employee for assistance, their response felt slow.

    Comfortably designed Hotel

    Stay on February 28th. Just a 2-minute walk from Miebashi Station, located in a prime spot along Route 58. The first floor features a Seven-Eleven convenience store, and the second floor serves as both the front desk and a dining area that doubles as a lounge. Convenient access between the first and second floors via both an elevator and an escalator. There is a car drop-off area under the roof in front of the first-floor parking lot, which is especially useful in Okinawa's frequent rain. The staff are friendly, and I was pleasantly surprised by the great view from the guest room. This hotel is perfect for those using Naha as a base for work or sightseeing by car. Looking forward to staying here again!

    This was my first time using it, and the convenience was excellent as it is close to the port and also near Miebashi Station from the Hotel. I will use it again if I have another chance to visit the island. The Hotel has a convenience store on the first floor, which is very handy. It’s a clean Hotel with a simple yet pleasant atmosphere, and I was very satisfied.

    The staff are kind and cheerful.

    Conveniently located near the station with easy access to Yui Rail and buses, as well as plenty of dining options nearby. Above all, the breakfast staff were very energetic and friendly, and the front desk staff were polite and kind. This was my fourth visit to Okinawa, but I would like to make this my regular accommodation from now on. I have two small requests: 1. For those arriving on the 4 PM flight from Tokyo, it’s unfortunate that we cannot enjoy the benefits of the welcome lounge such as Blue Seal ice cream or soft drinks. This is difficult for one-night stays; however, during my three-night stay, I was able to enjoy them thoroughly. 2. The lack of USB power outlets was inconvenient—if possible, please consider improving this in the future. That said, it was a wonderful stay with excellent hospitality at this fantastic accommodation!

    Business Hotel with High Hospitality

    I have stayed in Naha many times, but this is my first stay at this hotel. I stayed for two nights, and it was within a 5-minute walk from Miebashi Station, making it a hotel I had been curious about. I have also stayed at several business hotels in Naha, but the lounge available to guests and the amenities prepared here were more than what you would expect from a business hotel, offering great value. Although I didn't include breakfast and therefore didn't eat there, the warmth of the staff's hospitality was remarkable, and the attentiveness at the front desk was also impressive. I was moved by their attitude of treating both guests and passersby with care. When staying in Naha again, I would like to be taken care of by this hotel once more and had them make me a membership card.

    It was easy to find ...

    It was easy to find from the nearest station, and having a convenience store on the first floor of the Hotel was very convenient. At the front desk, I received a polite explanation and was able to check in quickly. The cleaning of the Room and bathtub was spotless, but it was disappointing that the toilet seat was not properly cleaned.

    Ideal for business use

    This was my first time using Stays here, and the Accommodation Fee was reasonable, and the room was spacious enough. Although there were a few concerns about the Facility's age, it was well-maintained and comfortable. The availability of a smoking room is appreciated by smokers. The lounge in the front lobby on the second floor is available for use outside breakfast hours, and the free drinks and Blue Seal ice cream were a nice touch. The lounge was very spacious, clean, and had a modern impression. It was a comfortable space for a short break or remote work. Although the breakfast selection was not extensive, it offered a good balance of Okinawan, Japanese, and Western dishes, which were delicious. Located along the national road in Naha, with Kokusai Street and Yui Rail Miebashi Station nearby, it is a recommended Hotel for both sightseeing and business.

    The place was clean and the breakfast was good.

    This was my first time using it. The Room was more spacious and convenient than I expected, and I was satisfied. I was also pleased with the Blue Seal ice cream service. The breakfast was served on Yachimun pottery, which made the dishes look great, and I was very satisfied! Having breakfast on Yachimun pottery at a Business Hotel... it was very delightful, and the food tasted even better. Of course, the taste was also very good. It was more satisfying than the price. Thank you very much.

    It was my first time using it.

    Thank you for taking care of us during the New Year holidays. We had made a reservation for two rooms for our family of three, and it was very helpful to be assigned to adjacent rooms on the same floor. The hotel's location was convenient for going anywhere, and there were many types of amenities available. We also received Blue Seal ice cream as a complimentary service. Thank you very much.

    The front desk servi...

    The front desk service is excellent, and the location is convenient from the station and downtown, leaving nothing to be desired. The price is also good. The only issue is the poor drainage of the bathtub.

    Conveniently located near the station.

    It was convenient.

    It was sufficient as a normal Business Hotel. I was very pleased to have drinks and ice available in the lounge on the second floor. I stayed for 5 Multiple Night Stays, but it was a bit inconvenient that the room cleaning would remain simple unless instructed via the TV. (I thought it would automatically be done on the third day)

    Convenient Hotel

    It is conveniently located near the Yui Rail station, with a convenience store on the first floor and restaurants in the surrounding area. The lounge also offered Blue Seal ice cream service. The breakfast was also quite tasty.
