    Excellent!!

    I stayed here for a live show at Pia Arena MM. I wasn’t sure which Hotel to choose, but picking this Richmond Hotel was absolutely the right decision! Bashamichi Station is close by, so I reached my destination quickly on the Minatomirai Line. It was also a typhoon day, and I really appreciated not getting too wet in the rain. The room is very simple, but it was comfortable and there was no trouble finding space for my luggage. The mattress was excellent and I slept very well. The amenities were also great—toner, emulsion, face masks, etc.—and I liked the system of picking them up in the lobby. Just one thing: the shower curtain had a bit of an odor. Other than that, I was very satisfied! The shower water pressure was fantastic. Since it was for a live show, I planned to bring my own hair iron, but when I checked with the Hotel in advance they lent me one. It’s an iron that can do both straightening and curls with one unit—and it worked really well. The staff and front desk team were very kind, and I had a pleasant stay. I’d like to use this Accommodation again.

    Business Hotel Comparison

    I stay at Business Hotels fairly often, and this time I chose the Richmond Hotel. It was even closer to the station than described on the Reservation site (using Kannai Station), which was very convenient. Above all, every staff member at reception was excellent and made me feel welcome. Their greetings and service attitude were great, and the in-room Facilities were clean and well maintained. I was also personally satisfied with the amenities. This is a Hotel I would like to use again. Thanks to such a pleasant stay, my trip turned out great. When staying in Yokohama, I will definitely return.

    It was good, but.

    Overall, it was very good. Since I checked in and out using the self-service machine, I didn’t pay much attention to staff service. However, if I had to say one thing, it would have been nice to hear something like “Are you okay?” or “Do you understand?” just to confirm. I almost entered the wrong Room because I mistook the Room number 6 for 0. The Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, but perhaps because it was during spring break there were many guests, and at night there were quite a few noises and what sounded like footsteps from the floor above, so there were times when I couldn’t rest well. The breakfast café was excellent in every way—service, serving, and food. If I have the chance again at a different time of year, I would like to stay again.

    Enjoy the Christmas Market & Chinatown

    I stayed here for a short trip to the Christmas Market and Chinatown in Yokohama. The Hotel front desk staff were very accommodating and kindly allowed me to check in early after checking availability. Amenities could be taken as needed, and the Room had a portable charger compatible with various devices, which was really convenient. I would love to visit again!

    The location is convenient, and the size of the room is just right, which I really liked. When I asked about the membership card at the front desk, they kindly provided detailed information. Breakfast is served at the restaurant on the first floor, where you can choose from four options—it was hard to decide! On the first night, I had lasagna, and on the second night, curry; both were delicious.

    This stylish Hotel, ...

    This stylish Hotel, located in a charming neighborhood, was absolutely satisfying! During my trip to Osaka, I stayed at Richmond Hotel and had such a great experience that I decided to choose Richmond Hotel again for my Yokohama trip. It was just as comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast system was unique, the food was delicious with just the right portion size, and the Room's size was perfect too. I came for a concert at Pacifico Yokohama, and this Hotel's proximity made everything so convenient! I would love to stay here again if I have the chance!

    The front desk is friendly and helpful.

    The front desk staff who assisted when I left my luggage early in the morning on the day of check-in was very polite and helpful. Since there are no major roads nearby, it is quiet at night, which is nice. There is also a convenience store close by. However, because it’s so quiet, there are fewer people around, which felt a bit scary when returning late at night. The accommodation is near Kannai and Bashamichi subway stations, but there are few exits with escalators or elevators, making it challenging to move around with a suitcase. The room is spacious enough to open a suitcase comfortably and includes convenient features like a mobile charger, outlets by the bedside, and a makeup mirror. It would be perfect if there were bottled water in the refrigerator.

    The bed makes noise...

    I recently stayed at this accommodation. The location and front desk service were excellent, but the room felt slightly outdated. The window faced another building directly, so I couldn't open the curtains. More importantly, the floors and walls were extremely thin. Early in the morning, I started hearing loud creaking noises from a bed above my room. It seemed like someone on the upper floor had started their "activities," as rhythmic creaking sounds echoed throughout my entire room. This was a first for me, and I was very surprised. Needless to say, it made it impossible to sleep properly. Future guests should be aware of this issue during their stay.

    Great location, truly Richmond Hotel.

    Reserved for a baseball game at Yokohama Stadium, but it was canceled due to rain... Instead, switched plans to a gourmet tour in Chinatown. Enjoyed course meals and street food, completely satisfied!

    It was a great Hotel!

    Conveniently located, close to Kannai Station and easily accessible from Bashamichi. The room was clean, and the amenities were plentiful, which was greatly appreciated! I would love to stay here again!

    Convenient Location

    Located conveniently between Kannai Station and Bashamichi Station. Stayed at the reliable Richmond Hotel and had a comfortable experience. Various options were available for breakfast, which was excellent.

    I had a comfortable stay.

    We stayed for two nights as a family of four and found it comfortable. The location was convenient, being along Bashamichi and close to both Bashamichi Station and Kannai Station. We didn't have breakfast, but the café latte at the café on the first floor was delicious. Additionally, there is a multipurpose laundry space on the sixth floor with drip coffee and a Balmuda electric kettle available, which allowed us to make our own drip coffee—a nice touch.

    Highly recommended!

    I have used this place three times. The front desk staff always provide courteous service. The amenities are well-equipped. The Room offers a calm atmosphere and feels relatively spacious. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, and both the Blue Line, JR, and Minatomirai Line? are close to the station, making it very convenient to get around.

    The Room is spacious, and I like Richmond Hotel.

    Among Business Hotels, Richmond Hotel is my favorite because the Room is spacious and the Facility is excellent. The large desk with a desk lamp and the comfortable caster chair made my stay very pleasant. The slightly larger sofa is also a nice touch. The entire Room is bright, and the lighting around the bed is well thought out. The breakfast at the café on the first floor is a bit pricey, which is a pity, but it is delicious. There are convenience stores, Lawson and FamilyMart, just a one-minute walk away. Additionally, a highly-rated udon restaurant is about a two-minute walk (though it only serves lunch). Despite the rising accommodation costs due to inbound tourism, I was satisfied as I managed to stay at a reasonable price, likely because I made an early Reservation on a weekday.

    The coin laundry was...

    The coin laundry was extremely helpful. Since I was on a Multiple Night Stay, I was worried about laundry, but this solved the problem. I was also able to relax while waiting.

    Cleaning is inadequate.

    Hair on the sheets and duvet covers, faint black stains, carpet stains... Not recommended for those with a cleanliness obsession. I probably won't repeat my stay. Amenities are the same as other Richmond hotels, but there is no mineral water service.

    The good taste of breakfast

    It was reasonably priced and deliciously balanced. A set menu was provided, and even though I had a Multiple Night Stay, I never got tired of it. I was able to choose bottled cola and enjoyed it for two consecutive days. I was happy to be able to drink directly from the bottle.

    The room was comfort...

    The room was comfortable with Airweave, and the ReFa shower and hairdryer were very good. The room was spacious and had an air purifier, making it comfortable to stay, but occasionally lively voices could be heard from the hallway. The location was also good, and the station was not too far, making it easy to get around.

    It was consistently comfortable.

    This is my 3rd or 4th stay, and it's consistently comfortable. The air conditioning and the quietness of the Room were excellent, making it a pleasant stay. However, the breakfast is chosen from a set menu, and it never changes, so I got tired of it. I will opt for no breakfast next time.

    Check-in and check-o...

    Check-in and check-out are both done via terminal input. Amenities are available in the lobby. I was pleased with the three types of bath salts. I was able to relax comfortably.

    It was comfortable.

    It was after a drinking party. I think I went with a red face because I'm not good with alcohol, but the front desk staff treated me politely as usual. I was grateful for that. I usually stay at a certain JR-affiliated hotel in Sakuragicho, but this place was quite comfortable too. The Mikimoto shampoo was a nice touch. I think I'll stay here again.
