    The breakfast was delicious.

    Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options, and I really enjoyed it. I was surprised they even had pho. The staff were very attentive, and I had a comfortable stay. It would be even better if there were a large public bath.

    Delicious breakfast

    The breakfast buffet was incredibly delicious. There was a wide variety of dishes, and the flavors suited my taste perfectly. It made me very happy in the morning. I believe this is beyond the standard level of a business hotel.

    Conveniently located near the station, this business hotel offers well-equipped facilities and a comfortable stay. A QR code for check-in is sent to your smartphone the day before, allowing you to use a machine for check-in without needing to go through the front desk—very convenient for late arrivals. Amenities can be picked up in the lobby as needed. The room was spacious enough and provided a relaxing atmosphere. While noise from neighboring rooms was minimal, voices from people passing through the hallway were noticeable. This time, it was a short stay due to an early flight, but it would have been nice to spend more time here.

    Close to the station, spacious Room, great value for money, and excellent service!

    I stayed for two nights on a solo trip. It was very convenient as the Hotel is located just a short distance from the station, which was helpful since I had a carry-on suitcase. I checked other Business Hotels, but this one was the closest to the station and seemed to be in a safe area. Nearby, there is a Times Car sharing station where I rented a car to explore various places. Additionally, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, traditional confectionery shops, and restaurants inside the station—making it extremely convenient. The Room was spacious with a large bed and equipped with an air purifier, allowing me to stay comfortably. You can make requests regarding cleaning for the next day through the TV system. I opted out of cleaning but was surprised that you could still choose towel replacements if needed. The towels were hung on my door handle—a thoughtful service that lets guests select what they need individually while being environmentally friendly and waste-free. The cost-performance ratio is excellent, and I am very satisfied overall. I would definitely choose this place again when staying in Miyazaki! Thank you!

    Conveniently located...

    Conveniently located near Miyazaki Station East Exit, with a supermarket and convenience store nearby. The Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is available from 6:30 AM, making it easy for early departures. The buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. It was nice to take coffee in a paper cup to enjoy in the Room. Having tea or herbal tea options would enhance relaxation even more. As a suggestion, having a large public bath would be great!

    It was relaxing.

    This is my second time staying at the Richmond Hotel. The staff's hospitality is excellent, the amenities are far more comprehensive than others, and the rooms are impeccably clean, making for a comfortable stay. It was a great trip. Thank you very much!

    Worth the price

    The unit bath floor felt unstable, and the smell was quite noticeable. It has the feel of a traditional Business Hotel, but considering the price, it seems reasonable. The relatively large window with an outside view was a very nice feature.

    A clean and comfortable Hotel

    It was very clean and honestly surprising. The Room was spacious with a comfortable sofa, bed, and TV. Although it was on a lower floor, the view of the Science Museum dome from the window was great. Close to the station, convenient for dining and shopping. However, since the Hotel is on the opposite side of the downtown area, it was very quiet and perfect for enjoying a walk. Breakfast included many Miyazaki specialties and was delicious. The staff at check-in were quick and courteous, which was excellent. I visit Miyazaki once a year for travel, so I would love to stay here again!

    This is my first post.

    I accepted that it was my mistake to make a reservation without realizing the room was a smoking room, but there was an announcement that deodorant spray would be available, so I went to check. It turned out to be almost just alcohol and did not deodorize at all. Also, water gushed out from the connection of the shower head, and when I tried to use it anyway, the head came off. The hose flailed around and hit my head, leaving the toilet soaking wet as well. I was surprised. I think the connection must have been loose, but I wish they would check such things thoroughly. It was very disappointing. I'm sorry but I couldn't find anything good about this place. Since there is a possibility that this review may not be published here, if that's the case, I'll post it on other review sites as well.

    It was very comfortable!

    The two staff members at the front desk were pleasant and accommodating, and the breakfast was delicious. The Hotel is conveniently located near the station, and the parking lot is adjacent to the Hotel, making it very convenient. I would love to use it again.

    Always convenient to visit.

    I am always captivated by the convenience of being just a short walk from the station and use this place whenever I visit Miyazaki. The convenience is further enhanced by having a convenience store next door. I would like to use it again.

    Room is good but breakfast is mediocre.

    The Room was particularly good with the bed. Being able to sleep well was one of the reasons I wanted to stay here again, and it was because of this bed. I headed to the breakfast venue around 8 o'clock, but when I left the Room, a vacuum cleaner was placed right next to the door, and being placed so close made me feel uneasy, as if they were telling me to leave quickly or that the Room might be cleared out while I was at breakfast. Also, the breakfast was disappointing as the essential white rice was clumped together like a dumpling, with the grains crushed, and it was not tasty at all. I thought it was a bit harsh to serve this quality of breakfast at a Hotel. Perhaps it was because of the seat I chose, but while I was eating, an older female staff member with glasses kept glancing at me, and when I looked back, she quickly averted her eyes, which made me feel uneasy. I understand that she might be doing her job by paying attention to her surroundings, but being glanced at while eating is quite unpleasant and stressful, so I would like it to stop. I felt uncomfortable during the process of going to the breakfast venue and during breakfast, and I checked out feeling that the breakfast was not tasty and that I was being stared at, making me wish I hadn't included breakfast.

    I was able to spend ...

    I was able to spend my time leisurely. The amenities were also well-equipped. The Room felt more spacious than I expected, and the layout was good. I was happy to have breakfast with local products from Miyazaki. The only thing I would like to mention is that since I received it on the app, I wanted to be guided on the machine operation, but there was no inquiry, and I was told to proceed with the front desk procedure, so I wish they had asked about that. Thank you very much.

    Renovated and comfortable

    Stayed after a long time. It has been renovated, and the Room was spacious and comfortable. It's a bit away from the downtown area, but JR is a few minutes' walk. The parking lot is next door, and there is a convenience store next to it, which is convenient.

    Located in front of Miyazaki Station, it is clean and very convenient. All amenities are available at the front desk. The bed mattress is Serta, and I was able to enjoy a luxurious stay alone on a king-size bed.

    Clean, spacious, and the TV is big.

    I was considering the JR Kyushu Hotel with separate bath and toilet, but choosing this hotel was the right decision. The room was more than spacious enough, and the TV was the largest I've seen in any hotel I've stayed at. Although it was just a one-night stay, I thought it would be a very satisfying hotel for a long-term stay as well. I was able to receive all the necessary amenities. Next time I stay in Miyazaki, this hotel will be my top choice.

    Consecutive nights stay.

    This inn always provides a high level of satisfaction, but due to time constraints, we stayed without meals on the second night. It was disappointing not to have the delicious breakfast, but the stay without meals was very cost-effective.

    I used it for a business trip, and I was very satisfied as the room was spacious and clean, it was close to the station, and the breakfast was delicious. Richmond always offers high satisfaction and good value for money, so you can choose it with confidence. I would like to stay here again when I visit Miyazaki.
