A Luxurious Private Retreat
I stayed in Room E. At first I was a bit surprised—“It’s inside a shopping arcade?”—but once I stepped in, it felt truly luxurious, and I was excited from the moment I arrived. The self check-in worked smoothly with no issues. The layout feels like a detached annex: after entering the first door, there’s another main entrance beyond it, creating a special space with great privacy. Inside, there are three bedrooms and a large sofa in the living room, so even with a group you can relax comfortably. Each bedroom features tatami and wood accents, giving both a unique atmosphere and a calming feel—I slept very well. They had everything covered: drinks were provided not only at the water dispenser but also in the refrigerator, and towels were placed throughout (by the shower, bath area, etc.). Having two sinks and two toilets was also extremely convenient for staying as a group. It was also nice that you can check usage instructions and rules directly on the TV. The sauna was easy to operate and heated up properly; even as a beginner I really enjoyed it. In terms of size, using both the sauna room and the relaxation chairs with around three people felt just right. The bath and shower areas were clean and comfortable to use. The sauna was amazing! The location is close to downtown as well, making it easy to go out for dinner or drinks at night. Overall, both the Facility and space were highly satisfying—I could relax while enjoying an escape from everyday life. I’d love to stay again when I want to spend time unwinding with friends!

I’ve always wanted a Hotel like this in Niigata.
Because it’s a maisonette-style room, it’s exceptionally spacious—very different from a typical Hotel. Stylish and relaxing, with satisfaction that exceeds the price. Just as the Reviews on other sites said, everything was thoroughly cleaned. There were plenty of towels, and thoughtful extra touches here and there that made for a very pleasant stay. It was my first time using an unmanned Hotel and that was my only concern, but check-in and everything else went smoothly with no issues. The building was quiet, security felt excellent, yet it was also comfortable to come and go without feeling self-conscious. An unmanned Hotel is definitely a great option. I visit Niigata often for both work and leisure, and I feel like I’ve finally found a Hotel I can confidently recommend to others.

I had a very comfort...
I had a very comfortable stay! Both the property and the Room felt clean overall, and it seemed well maintained down to the smallest details. Above all, I really appreciated the sense of privacy that let me relax without worrying about others. This time I stayed in Room C, and with its high ceiling it felt open and more spacious than it actually is. With its calm atmosphere, I think it’s perfect for anyone who wants to take things slow and unwind. The amenities included all the essentials, so there was nothing I found myself missing, and I was able to stay comfortably. Personally, I also liked that there weren’t too many unnecessary items. The location is great as well—you can enjoy exploring Niigata city while still having a quiet place to relax at the Accommodation. Overall, it was a Hotel where I felt truly at ease and would love to stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing stay or who values privacy!
